摘要:本文简述了废旧橡胶再生利用背景及再生技术发展现状,其中由最初热法
再生经历油法、水油法及高温高压动态脱硫法发展历程,以及近年开发出的常压连续
塑化法,它们均存在污染大且无法连续生产或产品质量不高等缺点。我公司通过引进
吸收、自主创新的模式成功打造了一种新型智能化模块化连续生产绿色粒状再生橡胶
成套技术装备,有效颠覆了传统再生胶的生产工艺,整个生产过程绿色环保、节能、
连续、智能、高效、安全,为再生橡胶行业未来可持续发展产生极大的推动作用。

Intelligent modular cleaning continuous production of green
granular reclaimed rubber using waste tires

Abstract: This paper briefly describes the background and regeneration of waste
rubber recycling technology development present situation, including the initial thermal
regeneration through oil, water and oil, and high temperature and high pressure dynamic
desulfurizing method development, as well as the normal pressure continuous plasticizing
method developed in recent years, they both exist pollution and unable to continuous
production or product quality is not high faults. My company through the introduction of
absorption, independent innovation pattern of success has created a new type of
intelligent modular continuous production of green pellet, complete sets of equipment of
reclaimed rubber, effectively overturns the traditional production technology of reclaimed
rubber, the whole production process of green environmental protection, energy saving,
continuous, intelligent, efficient, safe, for the reclaimed rubber industry greatly boost the
sustainable development in the future.
