Children should only worry about play

KOMPAN SHADING SOLUTIONS

When playing outdoors on sunny days, children need

protection from the harmful rays of the sun.

A KOMPAN shading solution is an easy and secure

way to get just that. The integrated sails provides a

large shaded area that slowly moves over the play

structure and areas around it. By reducing the intense

heat on the hottest of days, the children are safe from

sun fatigue and can happily play for longer.

Shade material

Sails are manufactured from Commercial 95 High

Density Polyethylene (HDPE), a knitted shade

cloth manufactured solely for tensioned sunshade

structures.

The material is treated with UV stabilisers to give it

a very long life in direct sunlight. KOMPAN shades

will not rot or fray, and the high quality lock-stitch

construction gives superior tear strength. The shade

sails are only constructed from commercial grade

knitted shade-cloth with up to 96% UV block.

In light rain, the water will run off to the lowest point,

but the water will drain through the fiber in a heavier

downpour.
