VIV International Summit 国际畜牧产业创新发展峰会，已经成功举办四届，每一年的主题规划

Currently, the development of the livestock industry is closely tied to the advancements in science and technology. The

innovation of more new technologies brings more effective solutions for the sound and sustainable development of the

global livestock industry. At the same time, concepts such as One Health, animal welfare, low-carbon environment, energy

conservation and high efficiency, and food safety have also been more widely proposed and recognized.

VIV International Summit, which has been successfully held for four years, is dedicated to serving the development of the

livestock industry as well as to better serve all mankind. The fifth VIV International Summit will be held on September 6th

-7th during the period of VIV Nanjing 2023. We will organize excellent programs that cover current economically significant

江苏省家禽科学研究所 副所长

施寿荣，博士，研究员，博士生导师，现任江苏省家禽科学研究所副所长、国家肉鸡产业技

术体系饲料原料营养价值评价岗位专家、江苏省肉鸡产业技术体系副首席。现主要从事家禽

饲料资源开发与利用研究，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目等省部级科研项目 18 项，以第

一作者（通讯作者）发表论文百余篇（SCI 收录 60 篇，总影响因子超 200，其中 10 分以上 2

篇、高被引论文 1 篇），获得科技奖励 9 项（其中省部级二等奖第一完成人 2 项），授权专

利 11 项，制定省级地方标准 2 项。入选神农青年英才、全国杰出青年农业科学家、江苏省“333

工程”第二层次人才、江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才，获扬州市“先进工作者”、扬

州市“五一”劳动奖章等荣誉称号。现兼任农业部畜牧业科技工作领导小组成员、农业农村

部饲料和饲料添加剂有效性和耐受性评价机构主任、《中国家禽》青年编委会主任、扬州市

家禽饲料工程中心主任、全国动物营养指导委员会肉鸡分会委员、全国畜牧业标委会畜禽饲

料标准化工作组委员、《British Poultry Science》（SCI IF=2.095）营养板块主编。

Shi Shourong

Researcher, Deputy Director, Jiangsu Institute of Poultry Science

Dr. Shi Shourong is a professor, researcher, Doctoral Supervisor, and serving as Deputy Director of Jiangsu

Institute of Poultry Sciences, an expert in the field of nutritional evaluation of feed materials for the National

Broiler Industry Technology System, and Deputy Chief Scientist for the Broiler Industry Technology System in

Jiangsu Province. His research mainly focuses on the development and utilization of feed resources for poultry.

He has undertaken and led 18 national and provincial-level research projects, including National Natural

Science Foundation projects, and published over 100 papers as the first author or corresponding author (with

more than 60 papers included in SCI journals. The total impact factor of his publications exceeds 200 citations,

with 2 papers receiving more than 10 citations and 1 paper being highly cited). He has been granted

11 patents and has formulated 2 provincial-level local standards. Dr. Shi has received numerous awards,

including 9 science and technology awards, and he has been recognized as an outstanding young talent in

agriculture, a national outstanding young agricultural scientist, and a high-level talent in the \"333 Project\" and

\"Six Talent Peaks\" of Jiangsu Province. He also holds positions such as a member of the Ministry of Agriculture

and Rural Affairs' Livestock Science and Technology Working Group, Director of the Effectiveness and Tolerance

Evaluation Institution for Feed and Feed Additives under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Director

of the Young Editorial Board of China Poultry, Director of the Poultry Feed Engineering Center of Yangzhou City,

and Member of the National Animal Nutrition Guiding Committee. Among others, Dr. Shi is also serving Editorin-Chief of the Nutrition Section of British Poultry Science (SCI IF=2.095).

工标委会委员，中关村标准化协会中医药畜牧业分技术委员会副主任委员，中国农业生物

技术学会微生物分会副理事长，国家重点研发计划项目首席。长期从事农业生物技术和食

品安全领域研究，主持完成国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划项目、粮食公益性行业

专项、“863”、国家高技术产业化专项等国家项目和中粮集团项目 20 余项。发表论文 90

余篇，授权发明专利 20 余项，参编著作 5 部，制定国家 / 行业标准 5 项，获省部级奖项 3 项。

ZHANG Xiaolin, Ph.D, Professor. She is the director of Beijing Engineering Research Center of Livestock

Products Quality and Safety Source Control, a member of the National Feed Industry Standardization Technical

Committee, a member of the Agricultural Products Processing Standardization Committee of the Ministry

of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and a deputy director of the Technical Committee of Traditional Chinese

Medicine Animal Husbandry of Zhongguancun Standardization Association. She serves as a vice president

of the Microbiology Branch of China Agricultural Biotechnology Society, a director of the Biosafety Branch,

and a project leader of the National Key R&D Program Projects. She has worked in the field of Agricultural

Biotechnology and Food Safety for more than 20 years, and presided over the completion of more than 20

national projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Key R&D Program Projects,

Grain Public Welfare Industry Special Projects, \"863\" and National High-tech industrialization Special Projects

and projects from COFCO Corporation. She has published more than 90 papers, authorized more than 20

patents, participated in five books, formulated two national standards and three group standards. And she

was honored with three provincial and ministerial awards such as the first prize of Science and Technology

Award of China Cereals and Oils Association and the first prize of Dabei Agricultural Science and Technology

Award.

男，1977 年 8 月出生，博士，中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作，研究员。担任农

业农村部猪肉全产业链监测预警首席分析师、国际畜产品生产和贸易预警首席专家，在《农

业经济问题》等刊物发表论文260 余篇，多次在《人民日报》、新华社、中央广播电视总台、

《中国日报》、《经济日报》、《农民日报》、路透社、彭博社等数十家国内外媒体接受

猪肉市场访谈、发表市场分析预警信息，撰写的猪肉市场相关报告曾经多次获得国务院总

理和农业农村部部长批示。

中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所（以下简称牧医所），成立于 1957 年，隶属于农业农

Zhu Zengyong, Professor, PHD of Agricultural Economy Management, Working in Animal Institute, Chinese

Academy of Agricultural Sciences, as the Chief analyzer of pork supply chain market and the Chief analyzer

of international livestock production and trade in MOA of China. Since 2002, more than 260 academic papers

in different journals had been published, and interviews on the pork market and warning information in

dozens of domestic and foreign media outlets are reported, including People's Daily, Xinhua News Agency,

China Central Radio and Television, China Daily, Economic Daily, Farmers' Daily, Reuters, Bloomberg, and

others. The pork market related reports have received positive approvals from the Premier of the State

Council and the Minister of Agriculture.

Institute Of Animal Science Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences

Institute of Animal Science (IAS), Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) was established in 1957,

under the supervisor of MOA. As national public benefit animal husbandry and veterinary comprehensive

technology innovation institute, The IAS carries out applied and fundamental research and technical

development and research with swine, poultry, cattle, sheep and goats as main research objectives. The

institute puts emphasis on the areas of germplasm resources, genetics and breeding, reproduction, feed

science, nutrition and animal biotechnology, veterinary medicine, in order to solve the scientific and

established a 7.6 natural plant feed raw material group standard system by implementing a standardization

strategy. As of now, a total of 58 group standards have been approved and published, including major bulk

products such as Astragalus, Licorice, and Honeysuckle under section 7.6. These standards have been applied

to match production areas and help enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency. Through international

exchanges, we continuously explore the mutual recognition of international standards, contributing to the

Shanghai Poultry Trade Association, formerly known as Shanghai Poultry Industry Association, was

established in July 1989. The association of business supervisory department is the Shanghai Agriculture and

察和规划，成功打造了可口可乐中国区 2025 战略。

2017 到 2018 年期间，鸿飞就职于嘉吉投资（中国）有限公司，担任大中华战略及收购兼并

总监，是嘉吉中国核心管理团队成员，和嘉吉全球领袖和董事会成员一同制定亚太及中国

的长期战略和投资，成功制定嘉吉中国 5 年战略，并主导多起投资和收购。

Zheng Hongfei

President of Cargill Animal Nutrition North Asia

Hongfei Zheng joined Cargill Animal Nutrition in 2020, and currently is the President and Group Leader for

Cargill Animal Nutrition North Asia, responsible for business management and development in China, South

Korea, and Japan.

Before her role at Cargill Animal Nutrition, she served as Vice President, Strategy, Knowledge & Insights for

Coca-Cola’s businesses in Greater China and Korea from 2018-2020 and was responsible for corporate and

portfolio strategy, consumer, competitor, and brand tracking, deep-dive insights, business intelligence, and

planning. She successfully built Coca-Cola’s 2025 Greater China strategy.

Prior to Coca-Cola, Hongfei worked at Cargill China as the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development

from 2017-2018. She is a member of Cargill China's leadership team and has worked closely with its global

CEO, executive team members, and board members to develop APAC and China strategies and investments

and has successfully established five-year strategies for Cargill China, leading multiple investments and

acquisitions.

Hongfei also previously worked at Hilti Ltd., a European engineering solution company as the Head of Oil

&Gas and Chemical Business in China from 2013-2016, and the Marketing Director of APAC. She successfully

managed to double the business income and triple profit growth in two years. Before that, Hongfei worked

at Bain & Co. for eight years as a case team leader and board manager, offering strategy consulting services

to multinational and Chinese enterprises.

Hongfei obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Economics degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, with

a Master’s at Ecole Centrale de Lyon Diplôme d'Ingénieur France and an MBA from INSEAD (France).

Manuel Sanchez

Country Director, U.S. Grains Council Beijing Office

Manuel Sanchez serves as the director in China for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that

promotes the global use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products including ethanol and distiller’s

dried grains with solubles (DDGS). In this capacity, Sanchez identifies and works with the China office team

to address trade, technical and policy-related factors relevant to building and maintaining the market for U.S.

grains and co-products in China.

Before assuming his current role, Sanchez was regional director for Southeast Asia based in Kuala Lumpur,

Malaysia. Prior to that, Sanchez served as the assistant director for Southeast Asia, where he assisted with

the overall coordination and management of Council programs in the region, and as a manager of global

trade, based in the United States.

Prior to joining the Council, Sanchez worked at Cargill Incorporated from 2007 to 2014, serving in various

roles including grain marketing advisor in Valparaiso, Indiana, and trade execution supervisor in Coral Gables,

Florida.

Sanchez holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Business

Administration and international business from Florida International University.

The U.S. Grains Council is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to building markets for U.S. corn,

sorghum and barley since 1960. U.S. Grains Council serves international customers and builds global markets

for US grains through a unique partnership among US producers, agribusiness and the public sector.

Our membership includes state barley, corn and sorghum check-off boards, other farmer organizations, and

a wide range of agribusinesses. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., our international offices are located in

10 countries around the world and programs are carried out in more than 50 countries worldwide. Programs

are funded through a combination of member support and US government funding.

Since 1982 the U.S. Grains Council has maintained an office in Beijing from which China programs are

conducted. The China office has implemented programs in all major sectors of the feed grains industry –

The U.S. Grains Council conducts a variety of programs – technical, trade service, and trade policy aimed at
