润和创智中心是中国南京软件谷北园核心区的一个重要项目，建筑形态借鉴

雨花石的造型，占地面积约 3.7 万平方米，总建筑面积约 144000 平米，由六

栋塔楼结合而成的四栋独立单体建筑所组成。润和创智一期地上面积 1.9 万

平方米，二期 1# 楼地上 4.10 万平方米，二期 2# 楼地总用地面积 37360.81

平方米，总建上 1.37 万平方米，二期 3# 楼地上 2.23 万平方米。一期和二期

地下共 4.7 万平方米，机动车停车位 1202 个，非机动车停车 1945 辆。

Nanjing Runhe Software Innovation Center

Runhe Creative Center is an important project in the core area of Software Valley North Park in Nanjing, China. Its architectural form draws inspiration from the shape of Yuhua Stone, covering an area of approximately 37000 square meters and a total construction area of approximately 144000 square

meters. It is composed of four independent single buildings formed by a combination of six towers. Runhe Chuangzhi Phase I has a ground area of 19000

square meters, Phase II Building 1 has a ground area of 41000 square meters, Phase II Building 2 has a total land area of 37360.81 square meters, with

a total construction area of 13700 square meters, and Phase II Building 3 has a ground area of 22300 square meters. The first and second phases have a

total of 47000 square meters underground, with 1202 motor vehicle parking spaces and 1945 non motor vehicle parking spaces.

污水厂位于南京市宁连高速和马汊河交界处 , 旺鑫路以南、园西路以东、宁

连西路以西、马汊河以北。景观设计中引入多种本土藤本植物，营造藤本展

示园的独特空间。植物上除了基调树种，还注重植物多样性的配合，营造多

形式、多层次、多组合的植物配置，促进生态平衡。在共生理念的指导下，

将污水厂的环境品质提升，使其能与周边环境进行有效的互补，从以往两者

相互隔绝的关系转变为相互交流的关系。整体从改善污水处理转换为人群服

务的角度出发，解决环境问题，为我们的生存空间增添色彩。

Dachang Sewage Treatment Plant

The sewage plant is located at the junction of Nanjing Ninglian Expressway and

Macha River, south of Wangxin Road, east of Yuanxi Road, west of Ninglian West

Road, and north of Macha River. The introduction of various local vine plants

in landscape design creates a unique space for vine display gardens. In addition

to the key tree species, plants also pay attention to the coordination of plant

diversity, creating a multi form, multi-level, and multi combination plant configuration, and promoting ecological balance. Under the guidance of the concept

of symbiosis, the environmental quality of sewage treatment plants will be improved to effectively complement the surrounding environment, transforming from

a previously isolated relationship between the two to a mutually communicative

relationship. Starting from the perspective of improving sewage treatment and

transforming it into serving the people, we aim to solve environmental problems

and add color to our living space.

吾悦广场、区人民医院、和安湖湿地公园、政务服务中心等配套

成熟。

The Vientiane Center is located in the eastern new city of Ganyu

District, Lianyungang City. It is adjacent to the main urban road of

Huanghai East Road to the south, Haibin Avenue to the west, and Guihua

Second Road to the north. The project has a superior geographical

location and convenient transportation. It can reach the central urban

area of Ganyu 1.8 kilometers to the west, and is surrounded by mature

supporting facilities such as Ganzhong Education Group, Wuyue Square,

District People’s Hospital, He’anhu Wetland Park, and Government

Service Center.

南京丰盛五季凯悦臻选酒店位于南京市雨花台区安

德门大街和软件大道交汇口，地铁天隆寺站南侧。

设计方案尝试从庭院的公共性和景观性出发，以草

木、置石、水流为核心，结合场地内行进路线、视

线变化和建筑布局关系进行造景，并最终形成了下

沉庭院的景观环境。

The Nanjing Fengsheng Five Season Hyatt Zhenxuan

Hotel is located at the intersection of Andemen Street and

Software Avenue in Yuhuatai District, Nanjing, on the south

side of the Tianlong Temple subway station. The design plan

attempts to start from the public and landscape aspects of

the courtyard, with vegetation, stone placement, and water

flow as the core, combined with the site's route, line of sight

changes, and architectural layout relationships to create

a landscape environment, ultimately forming a sunken

courtyard.

显化禅寺位于大别山南麓罗田县三里畈镇尤河村和古塘河村境内，海拔 400

余米，距离武汉市 100KM，距离黄冈市 56KM，距离罗田县 12KM。始建于唐代，

相传唐王李世民南巡途径显化寺、留宿华桂山显莽，至今有古树为传。显化

禅寺坐北朝南，依山傍水、群山环绕、风景如画、气候宜人、交通便利。东

接罗田义水河，北眺天堂河直下巴水干流、义水河同巴河汇集此处，如两条

蛟龙紧缠显化寺、雄气可观。

本次设计主导思想以简洁、大方、自然，美化环境为主，体现以人为本的原则，使得绿化和周围建筑相得益彰，相辅相成。建筑周围的绿化

形式与建筑相协调，为方便师生通行，采取规则式布置；在建筑物的四周，考虑到室内的通风、采光的需要，靠近建筑物栽植了低矮灌木和

宿根花卉，乔木远离建筑物，不遮挡建筑物采光，在建筑物的背阴面选用耐荫植物。校园内树种丰富，并挂牌标明树种的名称、特性、原产

地等，使整个校园成为普及植物学知识的园地。

The main idea of this design is simplicity, generosity, naturalness, and beautification of the environment, reflecting the principle of people-oriented, so that greenery and surrounding buildings complement each other and complement each other. The greening form around the building is coordinated

with the building, and in order to facilitate the passage of teachers and students, a regular layout is adopted; Around the building, considering the

needs of indoor ventilation and lighting, low shrubs and perennial flowers have been planted near the building. Trees are kept away from the building

and do not block the building’s lighting. Shade resistant plants are selected on the shaded side of the building. The campus is rich in tree species,

and signs are hung to indicate the names, characteristics, and origins of the tree species, making the entire campus a garden for popularizing botany
