MBBR 一体化污水处理设备

MBBR 工艺运用生物膜法的基本原理，充份利用了活性污泥法的优点，又克服了传统活性污泥法及固定式生物膜法的

缺点。技术关键在于研究和开发了比重接近于水，轻微搅拌下易于随水自由运动的生物填料。生物填料具有有效表面

积大，适合微生物吸附生长的特点。填料的结构以具有受保护的可供微生物生长的内表面积为特征。当曝气充氧时，

空气泡的上升浮力推动填料和周围的水体流动起来，当气流穿过水流和填料的空隙时又被填料阻滞，并被分割成小气

泡。在这样的过程中，填料被充分地搅拌并与水流混合，而空气流又被充分地分割成细小的气泡，增加了生物膜与氧

气的接触和传氧效率。在厌氧条件下，水流和填料在潜水搅拌器的作用下充分流动起来，达到生物膜和被处理的污染

物充分接触而生物分解的目的。

臭氧催化氧化设备，也称为臭氧反应器、臭氧混合塔、臭氧投加装置等，是实现臭氧高级氧化反应的关键装置。

主要采用曝气管、曝气头、汽水混合器等设备实现臭氧与废水的混合。臭氧在水中具有高达 2.7V 的氧化还原电位，氧

印染废水处理工艺流程图

工艺特点把高浓度有机废水采用 UASB 进行预处理后再进入总调节池，与低浓度有机废水进行混合，

再进入主体处理工艺系统。从数据可见，高浓度有机废水采用厌氧处理中的 UASB 反应器进行处

理，效果是好的，CODcr、BOD5、SS 等去除率均较高，因此它不仅可用于制药废水的处理，也可

用于豆制品等其它高浓度有机废水的处理。有资料报道，该废水处理中，高浓度废水采用 UASB

反应器进行预处理，混合废水进入 AS（活性污泥法）处理（称为 UASB+AS 法）与全部直接进入

AS 法处理比较，UASB+AS 法比 AS 法节省曝气电费 68%，节省污泥处理费 59%，沼气还可利用；

与 SBR 法比较，运行费和污泥处理费也比 SBR 低。
