ESD静电放电保护二极管(Electrostatic Discharge Protection Diode)
ESD静电放电保护二极管是设计应用于电路静电保护的元器件。当电路正常工作时,它处于高阻截止状态,
而且结电容极小,不对信号或线路造成影响。当电路出现异常过压并达到其击穿电压时,它迅速由高阻态变
为低阻态,给瞬间电流提供低阻抗导通路径,同时把异常高压箝制在一个安全水平之内,从而保护被保护
IC或电路;当异常过压消失,其恢复至高阻态,电路正常工作。

ESD(electrostatic discharge protection diode) is a component designed and applied to circuit electrostatic protection. When the circuit
works normally, it is in the high resistance cut-off state, and the junction capacitance is very small, which will not affect the signal or
circuit. When the circuit has abnormal overvoltage and reaches its breakdown voltage, it quickly changes from high resistance state to
low resistance state, provides a low impedance conduction path for the instantaneous current, and clamps the abnormal high voltage
within a safe level, so as to protect the protected IC or circuit system; When the abnormal overvoltage disappears, it returns to the
high resistance state and the circuit works normally.

TVS瞬态抑制二极管(Transient Voltage Suppressor)
TVS是在稳压管工艺基础上发展起来的一种新产品,其电路符号和普通稳压二极管相同,外形也与普通二极
管无异,当TVS管两端经受瞬间的高能量冲击时,它能以极高的速度(最高达1/(10^12)秒)使其阻抗骤然降
低,同时吸收一个大电流,将其两端间的电压箝位在一个预定的数值上,从而确保后面的电路元件免受瞬态
高能量的冲击而损坏。

protect the electronic equipment .

TSPD晶闸管浪涌保护器件(Thyristor Surge Protection Devices )
TSPD晶闸管浪涌保护器件是专门设计用于保护敏感电子设备免受雷击,浪涌,电压耦合,电源故障等电压冲击的
元器件。在待机状态,TSPD呈高关断阻抗状态,当电压超过临界电压时,TSPD从高关断阻抗转变成低导通阻
抗,使浪涌电流从第三电路旁通。 在分支和环状电路发生瞬态浪涌期间,TSPD会在分支和环状电路产生短路跨
接,直到瞬态电流中断或减小到保持电流以下,在这段时间器件会自动复位。 TSPD采用消弧电路开关及固态闸流
管技术,保护灵敏度达纳秒级,消除了瞬态引起的电压击穿,并可承受极大的浪涌电流。

TSPD (Thyristor Surge Protection Device) is designed to protect sensitive electronic devices from surges, voltage coupling, power supply failures
and other voltage shocks. When the voltage exceeds the critical voltage, the TSPD changes from high turn-off impedance to low on-off impedance,
which makes the surge current bypass the third circuit. During transient surges in branch and ring circuits, the TSPD will cause a short circuit
crossover between the branch and ring circuits until the transient current is interrupted or reduced below the holding current.
