Primer MF is a two-component resin epoxy primer with low

viscosity and at the same time having a high penetration

capacity in the pores of the substrates. Waterproofing

cementitious screeds which have a residual humidity content

higher than the maximum level recommended for laying wooden

and resilient floors. Consolidating unstable and/or mechanically

weak substrates.

Consumption: 0.20-0.30 kg/m2

each coat.

改性 双组份无溶剂产品，100%固体环氧树

脂，低粘度，对多孔性基面有较高的渗透

Primer G is a synthetic resin-based primer which, once applied

to any surface, dry to form a flexible, compact, shiny coating

which consolidates the surface, where needed. Primer G

also improves the adhesion of smoothing compounds, paint,

adhesive for wall paper, adhesive for tiles and mortar for renders.

Consumption: The consumption of Primer G depends on the

porosity and absorption of the surface. Normal consumption is

between 0.08 and 0.15 kg/m².

Eco Prim T is a solvent-free, easily applied acrylic resin-based

primer in water dispersion. It has excellent bonding, flexibility,

water and ageing resistant characteristics. Eco Prim T is an

easily applied, ready to use white coloured liquid. It is applied

by brush or roller.

Consumption: Consumption varies from 0.10 to 0.20 kg/m²,

depending on the porosity of the substrate and on how it is

applied.

Eco Prim T

马贝环保界面剂T是一种不含溶剂，施工

方便的丙烯酸水性界面剂。具有特强粘结

In compliance with JC/T985 cementitious self-levelling

compound standard. Comply with HJ 456-2009 Technical

Requirement for Environmental Labelling Product. Novoplan 165

is used for levelling and smoothing new or existing substrates

and provides an underlayment for receiving PVC, cork, textile

and non-woven flooring in areas where a good resistance to

loads and traffic in offices and public areas is required. Novoplan

165 must only be used in interior conditions in thicknesses from

1 to 5 mm. Standard C25F6.

Novoplan 257 is used for levelling and smoothing new or

existing substrates and provides an underlayment for receiving

PVC, linoleum, rubber, cork, textile and non-woven flooring in

areas where a good resistance to loads and traffic in offices and

public areas is required. Novoplan 257 must only be used in

interior conditions in thicknesses from 1 to 5 mm. Novoplan 257

is classified as C25-F7 in compliance with EN 13813 & JC/T 985

Standards.

Consumption: 1.6 kg/m2

is classified as CT-C30-F7-A2fl-s1 according to European Norm

from 1 to 10 mm on new or existing substrates, preparing them

to receive all kinds of flooring where a high resistance to loads

Floors levelled with Ultraplan Maxi in accordance with the

specifications described in this technical data sheet are

classified as CT-C35-F7-A2fl according to EN 13813 and C35-F7

according to Chinese JC/T 985-2017. Ultraplan Maxi is used in

interiors for levelling and smoothing differences in thicknesses

from 3 to 30 mm on new or existing substrates, preparing them

to receive all kinds of flooring where high resistance to loads and

traffic is required. Ultraplan Maxi is especially suitable for areas

subject to wheeled chairs and for use with underfloor heating

systems.

Nivoplan is particularly suitable for rendering and levelling indoor

and outdoor wall and ceiling surfaces in layers of thicknesses

from 2 to 20 mm. Nivoplan makes the surfaces suitable for the

installation of ceramic tiles or for paint finishing.

layer but is 1.5 kg/m2

Mapecryl Eco is used for bonding of PVC on all types of internal,

absorbent substrates used in the building industry, and which

are stable in the presence of humidity. It is an easy-to-spread,

acrylic polymer based adhesive in water dispersion, in the form

of a beige-coloured paste.

Consumption: It varies according to the uniformity of the

substrate or the backing of the floor covering and the type of

trowel used. Around 0.25-0.45 kg/m2

Ultrabond Eco V4 AP is a solvent free, synthetic polymer-based

adhesive in water dispersion, formulated in a ready to use light

beige paste. Due to its formulation and extended open time, it

can be used as wet-bed adhesive for all kind of floorings on

absorbent substrates, as well as transitional pressure-sensitive

adhesive for bonding dimensionally stable floor coverings on

impervious, non-absorbent substrates. Specific for PVC, LVT

and rubber flooring in commercial project as well as universal

adhesive for all common floor covering types. Particularly

suitable for the installation of modular LVT. For use on floors and

walls in interior applications.

Consumption: It varies according to the uniformity of the

substrate or the backing of the floor covering, and the type of

trowel used. Around 200- 450 g/m2

Ultrabond Eco 571 2K is used for internal and external bonding

of PVC and rubber flooring. Two-component, low viscosity,

solvent and water-free polyurethane adhesive particularly

recommended for floor-layers who are allergic to epoxy and

epoxy-polyurethane products.

Consumption: It varies according to the uniformity of the

substrate or the backing of the floor covering, and the type of

trowel used. Around 0.25-1 kg/m2

Adesilex G19 SF is a two-part adhesive composed of an

epoxy-polyurethane polymer, part A, and a special hardener,

part B. Interior and exterior use. Bonding of rubber, PVC,

textile, needlepunch, and linoleum flooring, polystyrene and

polyurethane panels, fibrous concrete, wood, sheet-metal, and

plastic laminates.

Consumption: It varies according to the uniformity of the

substrate or the backing of the floor covering, and the type of

trowel used. Around 0.4~1 kg/m2

.

马贝聚氨酯弹性胶G19 SF是双组份胶粘

Ultrabond Eco Tack is a solvent-free, acrylic resin-based

adhesive dispersed in water. It may be used to hold and prevent

slipping of self-laying carpet tiles with any type of backing on

all substrates normally used in the building industry, on existing

flooring and on raised floors. It is also suitable for application on

heated floors.

Consumption: Consumption varies according to the type of

application tools. Yield is approximately 90~250 g/m2

.

Ultrabond Eco Tack

马贝环保弹性胶213为无溶剂、丙烯酸树脂

基水性胶粘剂。适用在建筑业内用、原有

动。马贝环保弹性胶213也适用于带地暖的

地面。
