Exploration of Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools in Colleges and Universities from Perspective of Multiculturalism ——Taking “Tchaikovsky International Academy of Music and Art of Hengshui University” as an Example ZHOU Lianzhi (College of Music, Hengshui University, Hengshui, Hebei 053000, China) Abstract: On April 26, 2020, the Ministry of Education issued the “Letter on Approving the Establishment of the Tchaikovsky International School of Music and Art of Hengshui University”. Thus, the sino-foreign cooperation in running school has opened a new chapter in Hengshui University. From the perspective of multiculturalism, students, teachers, teaching methods and teaching contents of \"Chai Yuan\" are all diversified, and there are inevitably some problems. In order to solve the problems existing in running a school, in teaching, high-quality courses formed by the integration of online and offline, bishops and assistants, Chinese teachers and foreign teachers, live courses and recorded courses, and online resources should be realized as soon as possible. Meanwhile, they should be carried out in the same direction and supplemented by a variety of teaching methods and means to make great progress for students.
