监控功能（e-maintenance / imageWARE Remote）

系统概述

■ 功能概述

E-RDS（嵌入式 RDS）是一种在主机上运行的监控程序。 通过在本机上进行设置启用监控选项时，将收集机器的状态变化，计

数器信息和故障信息等信息。 收集的设备信息通过 Internet 发送到称为 UGW（通用网关服务器）的远程维护服务器。

要监测的信息是：

• 计费计数器

• 零件计数器

• ROM 版本

• 维修呼叫错误日志

• 卡纸日志

• 警告日志

• 状态改变(如消耗品的状态)

由于上述信息是客户信息，所以使用 HTTPS / SOAP 协议进行 UGW 服务器与主机之间的通信，以提高安全性。

维修注意事项

• 清除主控制器电路板后，需要执行 E-RDS 设置（ERDS-DAT）的初始化和通讯测试（COM-TEST）。 如果省略此工作，则计

数器发送到 UGW 时可能会发生错误。

更换主控制器 PCB 后，所有设置都需要重新配置。

• 除非另有说明，否则不要更改以下维修模式的值。如果它们被更改，它将以 UGW 的通信错误结束。.

2. 在以下维修模式下启用 E-RDS 功能，并执行通信测试。

前言

概述

本章介绍打印机的拆卸和重新组装过程。

维修技术人员应根据每个部件的拆卸步骤来确定打印机故障的原因，以更换有缺陷的部件或易损件。

在打印机上工作时，请注意以下注意事项。

• 拆卸或重新组装打印机之前，请确保从电源插座上拔下电源线。

• 拆卸机器前，将硒鼓单元从主机中取出后，请确保将感光鼓放在保护袋内即使在短时间内也能防止光线的不良影响。

• 按照与拆卸相反的步骤执行重新组装步骤，除非在其他方面指定。

• 注意螺丝的长度，直径和位置。 重新组装打印机时，请务必将其用于原始位置。

• 作为常识，在有任何零件被拆下时不要运转打印机部分。

• 在处理电路板之前，先触摸打印机的金属部分，以减少由静电造成的损坏的可能性。

• 当更换附加铭牌或产品代码标签的部件时，请务必取下铭牌或产品代码标签，并将其放在新的部件上。

当拧紧螺钉时的注意事项
