业。天树公司再次提供全品牌导视系统服务。

“Joy Breeze Fengtai” and “Joy Breeze Daxing” are called the “twin” in the south suburb

of Beijing. Of them, Joy Breeze Fengtai exists as “the first new urban complex along the

southern part of Beijing’s center line”, with a building area of 292,635 square meters

and consisting of south and north land lots. By offering business facilities, office, hotel

and long-term rental apartments, the complex functions to meet all-weather and alldimension productive and living needs through full improvement in leisure, business and

socializing experience in the local area. The complex was grandly opened on December

26, 2021. Trycool once again provides all-brand signage system services.

西单大悦城是首座由中粮集团精心打造的“国际化青年

城”，这座西单商圈唯一的Shopping Mall迅速成为时尚

达人、流行先锋、潮流新贵休闲购物的首选之地。西单

大悦城2007年首度开业、2012年室内外环境导视标识更

新、2021年室外灯箱和雨棚LOGO的新增及改造等，其导

视系统工作一直是由天树公司完成的。

Joy City Xidan is the first “international youth city”

created by COFCO exquisitely, the only shopping mall

in the high-traffic area of Xidan that rapidly became

the preferred place for fashion icons, pop pioneers and

trendy upstarts for leisure and shopping. Joy City Xidan

was first opened in 2007, renewed its indoor and outdoor

environmental signage markings in 2012, and added and

renovated outdoor light box and canopy logos in 2021,

all with signage system projects completed by Trycool.

天树承接了光谷大悦城营销中心及展示区室内外

标识制作及安装工作。

Joy City Guanggu is a combination of urban

commercial complex, 5A office buildings,

multifunctional LOFT, serviced SOHO and salestype street-facing shops, with a total building

area of 0.42 million square meters. In October

2020, Trycool undertook the indoor and outdoor

signage fabrication and installation for the

marketing center and showroom of Joy City

Guanggu.

中粮·祥云小镇是中粮旗下以“国际化、高品质、漫生活、

情感圈”为核心定位的国内首家“城市微度假”主题生活

小镇，位于北京首都国际机场西侧。北区于2014年10月开

业，南区则于2016年5月开业。2019年中粮·祥云小镇被

评为国家AAA级旅游景区。天树与中粮已合作十多年，从全

国各地的大悦城到大悦春风里，从中粮福临门到忠良书院等

等…此次与中粮祥云小镇合作，再次展现了天树的实力。

Shine Hills is China’s first “urban mini-vacation” themed

lifestyle town built by COFCO with “international, highquality, slow living and emotional resonance” as the

core value proposition, located west of Beijing Capital

International Airport. The north part was opened in

October 2014 and the south part in May 2016. In 2019,

Shine Hills was rated as a national AAA tourist attraction.

Trycool has been cooperating with COFCO for more than a

decade on an array of projects from Joy City to Joy Breeze,

and from COFCO Fortune to COFCO LDC. This cooperation

on Shine Hills once again demonstrates the strengths of

Trycool.

亚洲金融大厦位于朝阳区奥林匹克公园中心区，由北投集团投资建设运营，是一座现

代、绿色建筑综合体。大厦建筑面积39万平方米，由5座写字楼组成。亚投行总部大楼位

于亚洲金融大厦的核心区，是首个由中国倡议设立的多边金融机构，是北京市全力推进

的首都重大标志性工程。

天树公司全面负责实施并完成了大厦室内外公共区、后勤区的形象标识和环境导视系

统。通过持续两年的服务，天树得到了北投集团和亚洲金融大厦双方的高度认可。

Asia Financial Center is located in the central area of Olympic Park, Chaoyang

District, financed, built and operated by Beijing Investment Group as a modern, green

building complex. The building has a building area of 0.39 million square meters

and consists of 5 office buildings. The AIIB HQ building, located in the core area of

Asia Financial Center, is the first multilateral financial institution established on the

initiative of China and also a high-profile iconic project of the capital pushed forward

by Beijing with every possible effort.

Trycool implemented and completed the logo and environmental signage systems in

the public areas and back office areas inside and outside the building. With two years

of continuous services, Trycool received high recognition from Beijing Investment

Group and Asia Financial Center.

中国金币总公司成立于1987年，是中国人民银行直属的我国唯一经营贵金属纪念币的行

业性公司。2021年11月10日，经中国人民银行批准，原中国金币总公司改制为有限责任

公司，现名称变更为“中国金币集团有限公司”。天树有幸参与“中国金币集团有限公司

牌匾标识更换工程”。

China Gold Coin Corporation was founded in 1987 as China’s only company to deal in

precious-metal commemorative coins directly under the management of the People’s

Bank of China. On November 10, 2021, with the approval of the PBC, the original

China Gold Coin Corporation was restructured into a limited liability company and

renamed as “China Gold Coin Group Co., Ltd”. Trycool was honored to participate in

the “plaque and logo replacement project of China Gold Coin Group Co., Ltd”.

从2006年至今，随着“国贸”不断的扩建和

升级改造，天树公司服务过“国贸”以上全部

核心业务板块。天树的产品和服务得到了客户

的高度认可和信赖。2019-2021这三年我们

再次承接了国贸三期新增项目、国贸公寓翻新

改造工程、国贸停车场升级换代和中国大饭店

260米，地上57层，地下6层。它既是三星中

国总部的所在地，也在为现在和未来的世界

500强企业打造国际化总部写字楼，定位超高

层国际甲级写字楼。自2018年8月至2020年5

月历时近两年时间，天树圆满完成了北京三星

大厦 “高品质、高要求、高标准”的标识导

视系统。

Samsung Tower is located in the core CBD

area of Beijing, with a building height of 260

meters and consisting of 57 aboveground

floors and 6 underground floors. It is both

the site of Samsung China HQ and an

international HQ office building oriented

towards Fortune Global 500 firms at present

and in the future, poised as an ultra-highrise international Class A office building.

From August 2018 to May 2020, Trycool

successfully completed the “high-quality,

high-requirement, high-standard” signage

system for Samsung Tower.

COFCO is a Global 500 firm and relocated its headquarters from

COFCO Plaza to COFCO Fortune Tower in 2009. The first logo and

indoor and outdoor signage systems of the building were completed

by Trycool. Later on, Trycool provided making and installation

services for renewal of the logo “COFCO Fortune” twice in 2014 and

2021. Trycool has been deeply trusted by the customer over the past

10-odd years.

天润财富中心项目位于北京长安街国际饭店

北侧，地处东长安街商圈、东二环商圈的交

汇处。2021年由北京天树制作并安装楼宇

LOGO，使其更加引人注目。

Tianrun Financial Center is located north

of Beijing International Hotel at Chang’an

Avenue, Beijing and at the junction of East

Chang’an Avenue business district and East

Second Ring Road business district. The

building logo fabricated and installed by

Trycool in 2021 makes it more eye-catching.

首创·新大都位于北京西城区车公庄大街21号，园区占地3万平米。地

上建筑面积5.7万平米，由原新大都饭店改建。作为西城区城市更新标

杆项目，将被打造成为集多类型高端办公、商务交往、品质生活、休闲

消费体验于一体的新型街区式城市广场。 2021年4月天树承接了新大

都园区改造项目标识工程，出色地完成了制作及安装工作。同年8月份

承接并完成了首创环保集团楼体大字的制作及安装，同样得到客户高度

认可。

Capital Xindadu is located at #21, Chegongzhuang Street, Xicheng

District, Beijing, covering a footprint of 30,000 square meters and

aboveground building area of 57,000 square meters, rebuilt from

Xindadu Hotel. As a benchmark project of urban renewal in Xicheng

District, it will be built into a new-type, block-styled urban square

offering multi-type high-end office facilities, business intercourses,

high-quality lifestyle, leisure and consumer experience possibilities.

In April 2021, Trycool undertook the signage work as part of Xindadu

park renovation project, and satisfactorily completed signage

fabrication and installation. In August of the same year, Trycool

undertook and completed the fabrication and installation of building

logo for Capital Eco-Pro Group, this time also highly recognized by

the customer.

兆泰国际中心位于北京朝阳区朝外西街3号，是由北京兆泰国际股份有限公司开发的超甲级5A写

字楼。建筑高度82米，总建筑面积达17万平方米，在繁华之上演绎商务新时代。兆泰国际中心

作为东二环商圈收官之作，建筑装饰设计由Gensler、日建株式会社等世界顶尖设计团队把控，

导视设计由天树视觉鼎力打造，为入驻者提供经典ART DECO设计理念。最后的导视系统施工

落地选中天树导视圆满完成。

Zhaotai International Center, located at #3 Chaowai West Street, Chaoyang District,

Beijing, is a super Class A office building developed by Beijing Zhaotai International Ltd,

with a building height of 82 meters and total building area of 0.17 million square meters,

a manifestation of the new era of business on the top of prosperity. Zhaotai International

Center, as the final real estate project in the business district of the east second ring road,

had architectural decoration design controlled by world-class design firms such as Gensler

and Nikken Sekkei Ltd, and signage design created by Trycool Visual, to provide occupants

with classical ART DECO design ideas. The construction of the final signage system was

completed by Trycool Signage satisfactorily through competitive bidding.
