九⿓倉置業⼀向熱⼼公益,營運業務的同時不忘關顧社區需

要。公司定期組織各類服務活動幫助弱勢社群,本著以⼈為

本的精神回饋社會,早前藉著中秋時節舉辦「WE Walk for

Love」活動,⿎勵同事「⽇⾏⼀萬步」,以步⾏為基層⻑

者籌募愛⼼⽶。「WE Walk for Love」活動分為兩部份,

第⼀部份邀請義⼯同事及親友步⾏籌募500包愛⼼⽶;第⼆

部份與社區夥伴嗇⾊園主辦可聚耆英地區中⼼合作舉辦「樂

齡發展 - 平板電腦⼯作坊」,教導中⼼⻑者使⽤平板電腦並

派發愛⼼⽶。

Wharf Estates Limited (WEL) is dedicated to

community service with a keen focus on caring for the

needs of the community. The company organises a

variety of community service initiatives to support

those in need, in the spirit of philanthropy to give back

to the community. The WEL Volunteer Team recently

raised rice for the underprivileged elderly through the

new volunteering activity \"WE Walk for Love\". In this

heartwarming event, staff volunteers were encouraged

to take the challenge of walking 10,000 steps a day to

raise rice and spread love to the unprivileged elderly

before the Mid-Autumn Festival. The event kicked off

by motivating staff and their family members to raise

500 bags of rice collectively, which was then

distributed through the \"Positive Ageing - Tablet

Workshop\" in the second part of the activity, in

collaboration with community partner Sik Sik Yuen Ho

Chui District Community Centre for Senior Citizens.

Mr. Stephen Ng, Chairman and Managing Director of

Wharf Real Estate Investment Company Limited, not

only participated in the event by walking over 10,000

steps a day to raise rice, but also generously sponsored

another 500 bags of rice.

海港城、時代廣場及荷⾥活廣場獲取ISO國際標準化組織綜合管理體系認證

Harbour City, Times Square and Plaza Hollywood obtained the ISO

Integrated Management System certification

Chairman also joined hands with WEL volunteers to

teach the elderly how to use tablet applications during

daily life like video conferencing and making medical

appointments. The activity empowered seniors to make

good use of technology to improve their quality of life.

“WE Walk for Love” eventually raised a total of 1,000

bags of rice, spreading love to 500 elderly. The event

not only cared for community needs but also inspired

the colleagues to embrace a healthy and sustainable

lifestyle.

活動獲得九⿓倉置業地產投資有限公司主席兼常務董事

吳天海先⽣⿍⼒⽀持,不但⾝體⼒⾏於活動期間每天步

⾏超過⼀萬步兌換愛⼼⽶,還以個⼈名義多捐贈500包

愛⼼⽶⽀持活動,吳先⽣更與九⿓倉置業義⼯攜⼿教導

中⼼⻑者以平板電腦進⾏視像會議、預約診症等,利⽤

科技提升銀髮族的⽣活質素。

「WE Walk for Love」活動成功籌募合共1000包愛⼼

⽶,為500名基層⻑者送上⽀持。活動不單旨於關懷社

區,同時⿎勵同事「⽇⾏⼀萬步」,建⽴健康及嚮應可

持續發展的⽣活習慣。

IMS認證是⼀項國際性認可體系,涵蓋ISO 9001(品

質管理)、ISO 14001(環境管理)及ISO 45001(職

業安全與健康)三個標準,這些標準在各個⾏業被廣

泛採⽤,通過認證的企業在服務品質管理、環境管理

和職業安全健康管理⽅⾯都達到國際標準要求。三個

商場已建⽴品質政策、環保政策及職業安全健康政

策,並設定相關⽬標,透過「計劃、執⾏、查核、⾏

動」(Plan-Do-Check-Act) 的管理原則,持續改進客戶

滿意度及系統效益,減低業務對環境構成的負⾯影

響,及持續減低⼯傷事故率,確保員⼯以⾄客戶的健

康和安全。

IMS 體系涉及環境保護和社會責任,幫助公司將可持

續發展融⼊整體管理和營運中,是次認證的成功展⽰

公司對客戶服務、環境及員⼯的安全承諾。九⿓倉置

業將繼續在業務的各個⽅⾯追求卓越和持續改進,優

化業務造福周邊社區。 The IMS certification is globally recognised and

encompasses the requirements of three standards: ISO

9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental

management), and ISO 45001 (occupational health and

safety). These standards are widely adopted in various

industries, and certified companies are obligated to

meet international standards for service quality control,

environmental management, and occupational health

and safety management. The three shopping malls have

established quality policy, environmental policy, and

occupational health and safety policy, along with setting

relevant targets. By following the \"Plan-Do-Check-Act\"

management principle, the shopping malls are

committed to continuously improving customer

satisfaction and system efficiency, while reducing

negative impacts on the environment and minimising

work-related incidents. The principle prioritises ongoing

improvement and safety measures for both employees

and customers.

The IMS system encompasses environmental protection

and social responsibility, enabling the company to

integrate sustainable development into overall

management and operations. The success in

certification demonstrates the company's commitment

to customer service, the environment, and employee

safety. WEL will continue to pursue excellence and

continuous improvement in all aspects of its business,

optimizing its operations for the betterment of the

surrounding community.

service while maintaining a strong focus on

environmental protection and occupational health and

safety. The Integrated Management System (IMS) of

Harbour City, Times Square, and Hollywood Plaza is

now fully aligned to the International Organisation for

Standardization (ISO) Integrated Management System

(IMS) to reinforce our commitment.

九⿓倉置業⼀直致⼒推動⻘少年發展,除了⽀持「學校起

動」計劃,亦透過師友配對和切實的項⽬幫助學習條件稍

遜的中學⽣規劃⼈⽣。海港城由2016年起舉辦「iPlan⽣

涯之旅」師友計劃,其中包括為期兩星期的暑假職場體

驗。今年⼋⽉,來⾃仁愛堂陳⿈淑芳紀念中學的11位即

將升讀中五的學⽣有機會於6個九⿓倉置業的部⾨體驗職

場⽣活,助其作⽣涯規劃。

此外,海港城再次與路德會啟聾學校合作,為2位聽障學

⽣提供五天職場實習機會,推廣共融,並幫助聽障學⽣增

強⾃信,為未來投⼊職場做好準備。九⿓倉置業亦繼續推

⾏員⼯親屬暑期實習計劃助年⻘⼈擴闊視野,汲取寶貴⼯

作經驗。

Youth development is a key focus of WEL’s community

investment work. As part of its signature endeavour to

assist underprivileged students in planning for career

development, Harbour City has provided continuous

support to “Project WeCan” and has participated in the

iPlan Mentorship Programme since 2016, which offers

a 2-week Summer Job Tasting Programme. In August,

11 pre-form 5 students from Yan Oi Tong Chan Wong

Suk Fong Memorial Secondary School had the

invaluable opportunity to gain work experience in 6

different departments , which helped them plan for

their academic and career prospects. Additionally,

Harbour City collaborated with the Lutheran School for

the Deaf (LSD) to offer internship opportunities to 2

students with hearing impairments. The collaboration

aims to encourage inclusivity and help boost the

confidence of LSD students to prepare themselves for

their future careers.

WEL has also continued to provide summer job tasting

opportunities to staff family members to help young

people broaden their horizons and gain valuable work

experience.

九⿓倉置業有限公司的辦公室傢具捐贈計劃,協助海港城、時代廣場及荷⾥活廣場的租戶與有需要的社區伙伴配

對,將需要棄置但仍保存良好的辦公室傢具轉贈有需要⼈⼠。租戶如欲捐贈辦公室傢具,可聯絡海港城可持續發

展部(sustainability@harbourcity.com.hk / 2118 5315),部⾨將協助配對相關租戶與受惠機構。

The Tenant Used Furniture Matching Scheme encourages tenants to donate used office furniture that remains in good

condition to NGOs in need. The scheme extends the lifecycle of office furniture and reduces unnecessary waste.

Harbour City, Times Square and Plaza Hollywood provide assistance to tenants in connecting them to community

partners in need. For details, please contact the Sustainability Department of Harbour City

(sustainability@harbourcity.com.hk / 2118 5315).

為顧客提供多元化的購物消閒⽣活體驗是九⿓倉置業的

服務承諾,公司旗下的海港城、時代廣場及荷⾥活廣場

“Providing customers with diversified shopping and

leisure experiences is Wharf Estates Limited’s

commitment. Harbour City, Times Square and Plaza

Hollywood have been providing spacious nursery rooms

where mothers can breastfeed in comfort and privacy. In

response to the Company’s continuous support, UNICEF

HK awarded the “Breastfeeding Friendly Places” gold

medal to three shopping malls in 2023/2024.

Times Square has been implementing green building innovation

solutions to enhance the environmental performance and sustainability

of the property. The mall has recently received two remarkable awards,

including “Excellent Intelligent Green Building Renovation Award” of

the “Excellent Intelligent Green Building Systems and Projects Awards

2023” and “Honorable Mention in Technology Solution Category” of the

“Hong Kong openBIM/ openGIS Award 2023”. The performance of the

cooling tower at Times Square has been strengthened through the

integration of technology including iPaintAI, BIM (Building Information

Modeling) 7D, GIS (Open Data API), and QR codes. The awards

recognize the mall’s application and excellence in intelligent green

building solutions. Times Square will continue to collaborate with

different stakeholders to create a greener future for the community

through green innovation.
