FRP采光板的英文名称是Fibreglass Reinfored Polyester，中文是玻璃纤

维强化聚酯，俗称玻璃钢，又称透明瓦、采光板、采光瓦、采光带等，是和钢

结构配套使用的采光材料，是以不饱和聚酯树脂为基体材科，无碱玻璃纤维为

增强材料，加以辅助材料复合而成的一种采光产品，其中上膜要起到很好的抗

紫外线抗静电的作用，抗紫外线是为了保护FRP采光板的聚酯不发黄老化，过

早失透光特性，抗静电是为了保证表面的灰尘轻易被雨水冲走或被风吹走，维

持清洁美观的表面，且FRP采光板具有超强的耐腐蚀性能，耐酸碱，主要用于

钢结构建筑，大型厂房屋面采光和化工车间的屋面，如化肥厂、电镀厂等特殊

要求的建筑物阻燃防腐隔热等场所。

其氧指数≥30，能够达到离火自熄的一个状态。

可熔采光板（又称易熔型采光板）需符合GB/T8624-2005的标准，达

到B1级要求，火灾发生时温度达到（120℃-150℃）时，可熔性采光带能够

快速燃烧掉形成排温、排烟带，且不产生融滴物，不会造成二次伤害，有效

保障作业人员及货物的安全撤离。

270°夹扣式金属收边等。真正做到了无钉搭接，能够和屋面采光板系统整

体滑动，其次钢收边采光板在复合时，严格按照标准的施工工艺进行复合，

两侧通常的铺设丁基胶带粘合，闭水拉铆钉固定时先进行预算孔，孔距小于

200毫米，现场安装更加方便，杜绝漏水隐患。

1、屋面采光板布置时推荐采用从屋脊到屋屋檐通长采光,或屋脊到屋中檩条

的半通长采光。如屋面采光率达不到屋内采光要求时，可增加采光带的香条

数(增大采光面积)或通过侧墙采光来补充。

很难处理，且有极大的漏水隐患。

1、采光板在固定前需要先导孔,孔径必须大于固定螺丝直径的6-9mm,以作为热胀冷缩之

用。

2、采光板采用铝型板材扣件固定,波形采光板采用采光板支架和自攻螺钉连接固定,再打

胶密 封。采光板的位置一般设置在跨中。3、采光板与钢板在纵向搭接时，最小必须有

200mm的重叠，并贴置两条止水带。

4、采光板与自攻螺丝钉连接,必须有盖板。阳光板冷热变形较大，容易被自攻钉剪破，因

此阳光板在打自攻钉处应开较大孔。在安装采光板时要考虑采光板的伸缩性。

5、采光板固定时,必须使用良好的泛水垫圈，使之介于螺丝与采光板之间，以便于防水防

尘。将泛水垫圈套入螺丝内以后,用电钻锁入檩条内，即完成采光板的固定工作。

6、采光板在12m以内无需搭接,超过12m则需要搭接，搭接长度为200-400mm，搭接处

施涂二道密封胶,横向搭胶不需要收边,纵向彩钢板的搭接需看板型，普通压型钢板，一般

不考虑做收边，直接将其与彩板用自攻钉固定,并施涂密封封胶,咬合板则需做收边。

7、采光板施工时，严禁脚直接踩在波峰上，以免采光板开裂。必须在采光板的横向位置，

放置一块1200mmx300mm(长x宽)防滑厚木板,脚踩在其上进行采光板的导孔和固定螺丝工

作。
