菜粿是闽南一带盛行的佐餐小食,安海菜
粿以外表金黄酥脆,内姐又白又软而更受喜爱。
它以米浆和萝卜泥做主料,搅拌均匀至呈半固
态半液态,蒸熟成粿坯,切片后经油炸而成。
入口后,糯米的香与萝卜的甜交织着,十分美妙,
是无法复制的传统味道。
Cai Guo is a well-established accompaniment in
