CR-1

石材打底清洁晶面处理剂

STONE PRIMER CLEANING AGENT

性能特点

本品适用于大理石、水磨石等各种石材，是特别针对一些新铺装和不干净的石材而进行表面处理，它具有清

洁和结晶两种功能。CR-1 和 CR-2 或 CR-8 结合使用能达到更佳的结晶效果。CR1 可配合各种粉剂调成糊

状进行抛磨，配合花岗石抛光粉会有不同的质感，起到增加厚度覆盖细微划痕的效果。

操作步骤

1. 确保地面干燥和清洁。

2. 使用前先将药剂摇匀。

3.在石材表面喷洒少量CR-1（用量约5-10毫升/平方米），然后用晶面机（重量55-65公斤，转速175转/分，

功率 2 匹）配 0# 或 1# 钢丝棉打磨，直至将药剂磨干为止，每次打磨面积约 2 平方米。切记∶将盘好的钢

丝棉平稳放置在机器底座，避免机器晃动，否则会影响做晶面的效果。如需达到更佳的效果，可多打磨 1~2 遍。

4. 最后用尘推将粉尘清除干净。

DESCRIPTION

It is enhancer top on CR-1,removes all kind of dirt residues from the pavement,sealing the pores

and creating a crystallization base which improves and nnakes easier the futher crystallization

with CR-2 or CR-8. It must be always used when a floor is crystallizaed for first time,even if the

floor has been previously or stripped,and also in recrystallization works when the floo is very dirty.

本品适用于大理石、水磨石等各种石材，“CR-1+”是 CR-1 的加强型产品，其特点是比 CR-1 清洁效果更好，

效率更高。能辅助其他产品做出超高清晰度，可配合 CR 系列其他石材晶面产品使用，是不可替代的辅助材料。

操作步骤

维护保养的理想产品。配合 CR-1 使用效果更好。

操作步骤

1. 确保地面干燥和清洁。

2. 使用前先将药剂摇匀。

3.在石材表面喷洒少量CR-2（用量约5-10毫升/平方米），然后用晶面机（重量55-65公斤，转速175转/分，

CR-8. Its periodical use guarantees a good protection of the pavement, and the highest level of

shine, being specially recommended for use on white marbles.

本品适用于各种大理石、水磨石和部分花岗石，对一般米黄类软质石材有很强的增厚的效果，能有效修复石

材划痕，而对于黑色大理石能更好地将石材纹理还原成莹润色泽，如镜般清澈，并具有打磨时间短、出光快

的特点，而且具有较强的抗磨性、防滑性和防水性。如用于人造岗石 CR-8 与 CR-1puls 按 2 ∶ 1 混合使用，

同样具有很好的效果。

操作步骤

难于出光的石材，如雅士白、爵士白等具有明显效果。其特点是∶打磨时间短、出光快，光泽清澈透亮，并

具有极强的抗磨性和防水性，是目前最好的石材护理剂。

操作步骤

1. 确保地面干燥和清洁。

2. 使用前先将药剂摇匀。

3. 在石材表面喷洒少量 CR-10（用量约 5-10 毫升 / 平方米），然后用晶面机（重量 55-65 公斤，转速

175 转 / 分，功率 2 匹）配 0# 或 1# 钢丝棉打磨，直至将药剂磨干为止，每次打磨面积约 2 平方米。切记：

Shake the container strongly before using. Do not dilute or mix with other products. Pour or

spray a little quantity of CR-10 (approx. 40 ml.) COn a surface of about 2m, spread the product

uniformly with a shining machine fitted with asteel wool pad and rub until the product gets

completely dry. Repeat the process until covering all the surface to be treated.

It provides a high level of lasting and resistant sshine in first crystallizations, being also suitable for

periodical maintenance of floors already crystallized. Its use guarantees the maximum protection

CR-11

石材除碱晶面处理剂

ALKALI REMOVAL AGENT FOR STONE CRYSTAL

性能特点

本品是专门针对石材返碱而研制的结晶剂，能有效清除石材表面的盐碱性物质及石灰渍并能有效抑制石材返

碱，延长石材返碱周期，同时对大理石也有结晶作用。如需达到更佳效果可再使用 CR-8 或 CR-10 打磨。

操作步骤

1. 确保地面干燥和清洁。

2. 使用前先将药剂摇匀。

3. 避免与其它产品混合使用。

4. 使用喷壶将适量药剂喷洒在地面上（用量约 5-10 毫升 / 平方米），然后用晶面机（重量 55-65 公斤，转

速 175 转 / 分，功率 2 匹），配 0# 或 1# 钢丝棉打磨，直至将药剂磨干为止，每次打磨面积约 2 平方米。

注意：

【1】喷洒药剂后要尽快将其打散，避免停留太长时间否则药剂会在石材表面留下印迹。

【2】对于吸水性较强的石材，可首先使用“石材防护剂”打底，然后再使用 CR-11，则可避免药剂在石材表面留下印迹。

如果返碱比较严重，可多打几遍，直至将石材表面的碱性物等污渍清除干净。

5. 最后用尘推将粉尘清除干净。

注意∶

【1】本品只能解决石材一般性返碱，如果石材出现严重返碱，则首先使用 DC-1 强力酸性除渍剂将盐碱物清洗干净，如

石材出现盐蚀、侵漏等严重问题，则需要通过石材翻新或工程整改来解决。

【2】在返碱问题没有得到彻底解决之前，除 CR-11 以外不要用任何结晶产品。待返碱不再出现后，再使用其他产品增光

增厚。

【3】如果曾经使用过其他结晶产品，则需要 CR-1plus 或者浅翻垫将原晶面层去除，再使用 CR-11。

DESCRIPTION

This product removes most of the salt and lime stains which may appear in the marble floors coming from the

back side of the tiles,leaving the floor internally sealed for avoiding the apparition of new stains in the future.

Furthermore,it makes the surface more compact and harder,improving the results of the further crystallization

with CR-8 or CR-10,specially in porous and soft marbles and limestones.

DIRECTIONSFORUSAGE

1/Make sure the floor is dry and clean. Shake well before use.Avoid mixing with other products.Use a watering

can to spray the appropriate amount of pesticide on the ground (dosage is about 5-10ml/m2), and then use

a crystal machine (weight 55-65kg, speed 175rpm, power 2)1 # steel wool grinding, grinding until the agent

until each polished area of about 2 square meters.

本品特别适用于刚翻新完仍有轻微潮湿状况的大理石结晶处理，可避免石材在潮湿状况下使用其它产品所产

生的发乌现象，在梅雨季节或空气潮度较大时使用该产品也是不错的选择，同时对白色大理石也有比较理想

的效果。

操作步骤

1. 确保地面干燥和清洁。

2. 使用前先将药剂摇匀。

3. 在石材表面喷洒少量 CR-3F（用量约 5-10 毫升 / 平方米），然后用晶面机（重量 55-65 公斤，转速

175 转 / 分，功率 2 匹）配 0# 或 1# 钢丝棉打磨，直至将药剂磨干为止，每次打磨面积约 2 平方米。切记∶

使用白色软质百洁垫打底，然后再用钢丝棉做面，避免钢丝棉粉末污染石材。

surface for crystallization. it crystallizes and cleandeeply. Do not use on metallic, aluminium, wood
