海南省乐东黎族自治县陆地面积2765.5平方

公里，海岸线84.3公里，土地资源丰富，气

候怡人，旅游文化资源优越，全县辖抱由、

万冲、大安、志仲、千家、九所、利国、黄

流、佛罗、莺歌海、尖峰11个镇，户籍人口

55万人，是海南土地面积最大、人口最多的

少数民族自治县。

With the largest land area of Hainan

province and the most population among

autonomous counties of ethnic minorities,

Ledong Li Autonomous County lies in

Southwest of Hainan Island. It has 2765.5

square kilometers land and more than 52

miles of coastline, with a population of

550,000 in total. There are 11 towns in the

county including Baoyou, Wanchong, Da’an,

Zhizhong, Qianjia, Jiusuo, Liguo, Huangliu,

Foluo, Yinggehai and Jianfeng. Since the

county is near mountain and sea, it enjoys

many excellent natural resources in

geography, weather and travel aspects.

多质朴醇厚的民风民俗，如黎苗“三月三”、黎苗歌舞、黎家婚礼等，黎锦、大安剪纸、黄流花灯、

苗绣、崖州民歌等。

Ledong Li Autonomous County has a total population of 547,200, which is about 210,000. Because

of the historical and cultural origins , a lot of folkways and living habits have been reserved and are

still in use today in the Li and Miao nationality. The brocade art of Li nationality, the papercutting of

Da’an, the festival lantern of Huangliu , the Miao Embroidery and the folk song of Yazhou.

作为海南黎族非物质文化遗产，黎锦以其精巧

的工艺、精美的纹饰和艳丽的色彩让人记忆犹

新。

As an intangible cultural heritage of the Li

nationality in Hainan, Li brocade has exquisite

craftsmanship, exquisite decorative patterns and

gorgeous colors.

大安镇被国家文化部命名为“中国民间剪纸艺

术之乡”，是海南省唯一的民间剪纸艺术之乡。

Da 'an Town is the only one named \"Hometown

of Chinese Folk paper-cut Art\" by the Ministry of

Culture in Hainan.

黄流花灯属于元宵灯的一种，已有一百多年的

历史，花灯精致秀丽，熠熠生辉，极具特色。

一江——昌化江

昌化江也称昌江，是海南岛的第二大河，发源于海南琼中黎母山林区的空示岭，河流流经琼中、

五指山、乐东、东方，昌化江干流全长232公里，流域面积5150平方公里，总落差1270米。

As the second largest river of Hainan, the Changhua River has a drainage area of 5,150 square

kilometers, with the main stream long up to 232 miles and the drops about 1,270 meters，flows

through Qiongzhong, Wuzhishan, Ledong and Dongfang.

一山——毛公山

毛公山位于乐东县志忠镇包国农场东侧，因特殊自然景观酷似已故领袖毛主席仰卧苍穹之下而

得名，毛公山东面有黎寨名“东方红村”，西北面有“解放村”，东南面有“从共村”，南面有“抗美

村”。

The Maogong Mountain is famous for the particular natural scenery that the mountain shape is exactly

like chairman Mao in a supine gesture. Maogong Mountain is surrounded by many mountains named

after famous historical events.

二岭——佳西岭、尖峰岭

佳西岭自然保护区距乐东县城13公里，区内千米以上有名的山峰共10座，最高的猴猕岭海拔

1655米，高处常年云雾缭绕，热带原始雨林景观瑰丽。尖峰岭国家森林公园总面积447平方公里，

森林覆盖率达98%，拥有全国整片面积最大、保存最完好、生物多样性指数最高的原始热带雨林，

是世界40个具有世界意义的生态单元之一，入选中国最美十大森林。

The Jiaxiling Nature Reserve has 10 famous peaks of more than a kilometer, the highest peak is 1655

meters above sea level, the high place is shrouded in clouds all year round, there are tropical primitive

rainforest. Jianfengling National Forest Park covers an area of 447 square kilometers, with a forest

coverage rate of 98%, has the largest and best-preserved original tropical rainforest with the highest

biodiversity index in China. It is one of the 40 ecological units of world significance and one of the ten

most beautiful forests in China.

三湾——龙栖湾、龙沐湾、龙腾湾

碧海银滩龙栖湾、海天浩渺龙沐湾、美轮美奂龙腾湾共同组成乐东84公里海岸线。其中，龙栖

湾全长30.1公里，邻近西线铁路和西线高速公路，是滨海旅游绝佳胜地；龙沐湾地处乐东县西南

海岸线，港湾全长33.7公里，是水位较深避风较好的自然港湾；龙腾湾港湾全长20.5公里，地势

平坦，风平浪静，属二级白沙，是自然与人文交相辉映的旅游胜地。

Longqi Bay, Longmu Bay and Longteng Bay together form the 84-kilometer coastline of Ledong.

Among them, Longqi Bay is 30.1 kilometers long, is a coastal tourist resort; Longmu Bay is 33.7

kilometers long with deep water level and good shelter from wind. Longteng Bay is 20.5 kilometers

long it’s a tourist resort with cultural and ecological integration.

High School Affiliated to East China Normal

University in Shanghai, is a boarding key high

Capital Normal University has a land area of

By 2022, there are 16 fishing villages in Ledong County, with 1,006

fishing households and 3,853 fishing population, and 747 fishing boats

under management. Ledong has successfully bred a variety of tropical

aquatic seedlings, which can supply all provinces and ASEAN countries,

and built the first far-reaching Marine intelligent farming tourism

platform in Hainan Province. In the future, Ledong will take modern

fishery as the core, build an integrated modern fishing port economic

Park is built according to the national standard

龙栖湾智慧海洋牧场陆域位于海三高速

千家互通出口80米处，主要建设冷链仓

储物流、精深加工、工厂化循环水养殖、

有机饲料加工厂、苗种培育、综合科研

办公楼、职工宿舍等设施。

The terrestrial part of Ocean Ranch is

located 80 meters away from Qianjia

Interworking of the Sea-San Highway. It

mainly consists of cold chain warehousing

and logistics, intensive processing,

industrial circulating aquaculture, organic

feed processing, seedling cultivation,

scientific research office, dormitory and

other facilities.

龙栖湾智慧海洋牧场海域部分位于乐东

县九所镇龙栖湾 7.9 海里处，申请海域

使用面积 350 公顷，主要开展桁架类大

型抗风浪网箱养殖、休闲渔业、观光旅

游、增殖放流、人工渔礁的投放等。

The sea area of Ocean Ranch is located in

7.9 nautical miles of Longqi Bay, Jiusuo

Town, Ledong County. The sea area covers

an area of 350 hectares. It mainly carries

out cage breeding, recreational fishing,

莺歌海拥有586万公顷海域，水深80米-100米，沉积厚度最大达10千米，年降水量约1400-1500毫

米，海水盐度33.64‰，海洋环境及水深条件优越，陆域宽度广阔，交通条件便利，适宜建设较大

规模的深水港区，具备支持深海工业专用码头建设的良好水域条件。目前，莺歌海港区已建成5万

吨级煤炭接卸泊位1个，配合国电乐东发电有限公司火力发电厂布局建设，设计年通过能力达358

万吨，每年接卸煤炭约170万吨左右，三亚港水运口岸（莺歌海港区）已经批准列入国家开放口岸。

莺歌海一级渔港持续建设，现阶段可停泊渔船590艘，渔港设计卸港量6万吨/年。
