概述 Profile

FQ-EDB-01 型配电箱适用于三相交流50Hz, 额定电压380V, 额定电流125A及以下的三相五线制电力系统，

作为接受电能和分配电能之用。广泛用于厂矿企业和民用建筑的配电、照明、计量等用途。安全性好，

电气方案灵活，组合方便，系列性、实用性强，结构新颖、防护等级高等特点。

FQ-EDB-01 distribution box is suitable for three-phase five-wire power system with 50Hz AC,380V rated

voltage and 125A rated current. It is used for receiving and distributing electric energy. It Widely

used in power distribution, lighting, metering and other purposes in factories, mining enterprises

and civil buildings. The product has the characteristics of good safety, flexible electrical scheme,

convenient combination, seriation , strong practicability, novel structure and high protection grade.

使用条件Service Conditions

1.周围空气温度不高于+40℃;不低于-5℃;并且24小时内其平均温度不高于+35℃。

The surrounding air temperature is not higher than + 40 ℃, not lower

than -5 ℃, and the average temperature is not higher than + 35 ℃ in 24 hours.

2.周围空气相对湿度在最高温度为+40℃时不超过50%,在较低温度时允许有较大的相对湿度，如

+20℃时为90%,但应考虑到由于温度的变化有可能会偶然产生适度的凝露。

The relative humidity of surrounding air should not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of+40℃,

and allow greater relative humidity at lower temperatures, such as 90% at + 20 ℃. However, it should

be considered that occasional moderate condensation may occur because of the change oftemperature,

4.使用地点的海拔高度不得超过2000m。

2.箱 体 采 用 ABS 阻 燃 树 脂 注 塑 成 型 ， 具 有 绝 缘 耐 高 温 防 火 等 特 征 。 箱 门 开 启 角 度 >180°。

The box body is made of ABS flame retardant resin by injection moulding,

which has the characteristics of insulation, high temperature resistance

and fire prevention. The opening angle of the box door is more than 180 degrees.

3.箱体配有断路器锁定装置，检修维护时防止非专业人员开启。

The box body is equipped with circuit breaker locking device to

prevent non-professionals from opening during maintenance.

4.所 有 元 件 安 装 在 箱 体 内 ， 防 止 触 及 带 电 接 线 点 和 汇 流 排 ， 所 在 开 关 手 柄 露 出 防 护 板 ， 便 于 操 作 。

All components are installed in the cabinet to prevent touching the live

wiring points and confluence rows, and the switch handle exposes the

protective plate for easy operation.

安装、维修和使用Installation,maintenance and use

产品到达收货地点后，首先应当检查包装是否完整无损。

When the product arrives at the receiving place,

it should first check whether the package is intact or not.

1.产品安装：产品的安装应按照配电箱现场安装通用要求进行。

Installation of products: Installation of products should

be in accordance with the general requirements of field

nstallation of distribution boxes.

2.产品在安装完毕后，投入运行前需进行如下项目的检查与试验：

After the product is installed, the following items should

be inspected and tested before it is put into operation

2.1检查箱内是否干燥、清洁。Check whether the box is dry and clean

2.2电器 元件的 操作机 构是否 灵活， 不应有 卡滞和 操作力 过大现 象。

Check whether the operating mechanism of electrical

components is flexible or not. There should be no stuck

and excessive operating force.

2.3电器元件通断是否可靠、准确，辅助接点的通断是否可靠准确。

Check whether the on-off of electrical components is reliable

and accurate, and whether the on-off of auxiliary contacts is

reliable and accurate

2.4电器的接点是否符合电器原理图要求。

Check whether the electrical contacts meet the

requirements of electrical schematic diagram.

使用注意事项Precautions foruse

1.FQ-EDB-01型配电箱为靠墙安装、正面操作综合配电箱。配电箱的正常操作及维修工作，必须是考核

合格的专业人员方可进入或开启进行操作、检查和维护；

FQ-EDB-01 distribution box is a wall-mounted, front-facing integrated distribution box.The

normal operation and maintenance of distribution boxes must be checked by qualified professionals

before they can enter or open for operafion, inspection and mainfenance.

2.空气断路器、塑壳开关经过多次分、合，特别是经过短路分、合后，会使触头局部烧伤和产

生碳类物质，使接触电阻增大，应按断路器使用说明书进行维护和检修。

Air circuit breaker and plastic shell switch will burn and produce carbon substances after

several timesof breaking and closing,especially after short circuit breaking and closing, which will

increase the contact resistance. They should be maintained and repaired according to the

operating instructions of the circuit breaker

3.主开关断开后，主开关前端和照明部分仍保持带电。

After the main switch is disconnected, the front

end and lighting part of the main switch remain live.
