公路 /Highway

全市已通车高速 1000 余公里，位居全省第四位。其中，都香高速

是滇、川、黔三省互联互通的交通大动脉。银昆高速连接南北，是

国家高速公路网北南方向主干线之一。

The city has opened more than 1,000 km of expressway, ranking fourth in the

province. Among them, the Duyun - Shangri-la Expressway is the main traffic artery

of Yunnan, Sichuan and Guizhou Provinces. The Yinchuan-Kunming Expressway

connects the north and the south, and is one of the main trunk lines in the northsouth directions of the national expressway network.

铁路 /Railway

成贵高铁建成通车，设计时速 250km/h，设威信、镇雄 2 站。内昆铁

路建成通车，设计时速 120km/h，设水富、盐津、大关、彝良、昭阳

等 23 个站。渝昆高铁正在建设，设计时速 350km/h，设昭通东、彝

良北、盐津南 3 站，将形成联系中国和东盟的高速铁路通道。

The Chengdu-Guiyang High-speed Railway was completed and opened to traffic,

with a design speed of 250km/h and 2 stations in Weixin and Zhenxiong, the NeijiangKunming Railway was completed and opened to traffic, with a design speed of

120km/h and 23 stations in Shuifu, Yanjin, Daguan, Yiliang and Zhaoyang, and the

Chongqing-Kunming High-speed Railway is under construction, with a design speed

of 350km/h, and 3 stations in Zhaotong East, Yiliang North and Yanjin South, which

will form a high-speed railway corridor connecting China and ASEAN.

港口 /Port

水富港跃升为千万吨级枢纽港口，3000 吨级船舶可沿长江直达上

海，已建成 3000 吨级泊位 3 个，在建 5 个，拟建 13 个。

Shuifu Port has been upgraded to a 10-million-ton hub port, and 3,000-ton ships can

reach Shanghai along the Yangtze River, with 3 3,000-ton berths completed, 5 under

construction and 13 to be built.

航空 /Aviation

昭通机场开通8条航线，通航10座城市（北京、上海、昆明、成都、

大理、福州、丽江、广州、杭州、深圳），基本架起了与京津冀、

珠三角、长三角、成渝双城经济圈的“空中走廊”。

Zhaotong Airport has opened 8 routes to 10 cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Kunming,

Chengdu, Dali, Fuzhou, Lijiang, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Shenzhen), basically setting

泛，煤炭资源量大质优，全市查明煤炭资源量 130.25 亿吨，居全省第二位，牛场 - 以古矿区是

国家大型煤矿云贵基地的矿区之一，煤炭资源总量 25 亿吨。页岩气十分丰富，到 2025 年页岩气

产量 40 亿立方米 / 年。围绕中国西部绿色能源基地建设、多能互补综合开发利用延伸产业链，把

能源优势转化为经济优势。

Zhaotong is rich in hydropower resources, with three giant hydropower stations, namely Baihetan, Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba.

Wind power and photovoltaic resources are widely distributed, coal resources are abundant and high-quality, and the city’s

identified coal resources are 13.025 billion tons, ranking second in the province. The Niuchang-Yigu Mining Area is one of

the mining areas of the Yunnan-Guizhou base of the national large-scale coal mine, with a total coal resource of 2.5 billion

tons. Shale gas is abundant, with an output reaching 4 billion m3

/year by 2025. We will extend the industrial chain around

the construction of green energy base in western China and the comprehensive development and utilization of multi-energy

complementation, so as to transforming the energy advantage into economic advantage.

昭通硅矿资源预测储量 436 亿吨以上，大关等地境内发现极具开采价值的铝土矿资源。旗滨集团年

产 150 万吨光伏玻璃昭通光伏高透基材项目、云铝海鑫年产 70 万吨水电铝项目已建成投产。合盛硅

业 80 万吨有机硅项目、新安化工工业硅项目、友升铝业 20 万吨汽车轻量化合金项目等一批重点项

目相继落地昭通。推动硅铝产业集群化、规模化发展，打造西部“硅铝之谷”。

Zhaotong silicon ore resources are predicted to have reserves of more than 43.6 billion tons, and bauxite resources

with great mining value have been found in Daguan and other places. Kibing Group’s photovoltaic glass Zhaotong

photovoltaic high-permeability substrate project with an annual output of 1.5 million tons and Yunlv Haixin

hydropower aluminum project with an annual output of 700,000 tons have been completed and put into operation. A

number of key projects such as the 800,000 tons organic silicon project of Hoshine Silicon Industry, the silicon project

of Wynca Chemical Industry, and the 200,000 tons automobile lightweight alloy project of Unison Aluminum have

successively landed in Zhaotong, promoting the clustering and large-scale development of the silicon and aluminum

industry and creating a \"valley of silicon and aluminum\" in the west.

昭通镇雄磷矿资源远景储量 130 亿吨，占全国探明储量的 51.5%，属全国乃至亚洲最大规模单体富

矿磷矿区。积极推进镇雄磷矿资源勘探开发，打造绿色低碳磷系新材料现代化产业链。围绕“正极 +

负极 + 智能制造”，以水富、镇雄两地为核心培育打造新能源电池及配套先进制造业集群，同步推动

周边地区玄武岩精深加工、新型建材等新材料产业。

Zhaotong Zhenxiong phosphorus ore resources prospect reserves of 13 billion tons, accounting for 51.5% of China’s

proven reserves, are China’s and even Asia's largest single-unit rich phosphorus mining area. We actively promote

the exploration and development of Zhenxiong phosphorus resources, to create a green low-carbon modernization

industry chain of phosphorus new material. Around the \"positive + negative + intelligent manufacturing\", with

Shuifu and Zhenxiong as the core, we plan to cultivate and build new energy batteries and supporting advanced

manufacturing clusters, and synchronize the promotion of basalt deep processing, new building materials and other

new materials industry in the surrounding areas.
