功能特点:

钻井液用降粘剂磺化单宁 SMT 是将栲胶、单宁酸经磺化和化学改性而成。产品为自由流动的褐色粉末,吸水性强,易溶于水。

SMT 在各种类型的水基泥浆体系中都是优良的稀释剂或降粘剂。SMT 能有效地降低泥浆的粘度和切力。在盐水泥浆、饱和盐水泥浆中也能保持一定的降粘能力,抗Ca

2+污染可达1000mg/L以上。在 180~200℃的高温条件下,它能改善泥浆的高温稳定性,控制高温下泥浆的流变性能。SMT 与其它常用泥浆添加剂有很好的配伍性,一剂多效。

SMT 也常用作固井水泥浆的高温缓凝剂和分散减阻剂。

Function features:

Viscosity reducers for drilling fluid - sulfonated tannin (SMT) is made fromtanninextractandtannic acid by sulfonation and chemical modification. The product is free-flowing brownpowderand easily soluble in water, with strong water absorption. SMT is an excellent diluent or viscosity reducer in all types of water-baseddrillingfluidsystems. SMT can effectively reduce the viscosity and shear of drilling fluid. It canalsomaintainacertain viscosity reduction ability in salt water drilling fluid and saturated salt water drillingfluid,and the resistance to Ca

2+ pollution can reach more than 1000mg/L. Under the high-temperaturecondition of 180~200°C, it can improve the high-temperature stability of the drillingfluidandcontrol the rheological property of the drilling fluid at high temperature. SMT can be well compatible with other commonly used drilling fluid additives toachievemultiple effects. 功能特点:

钻井液用降粘剂磺化栲胶 SMK 是利用特种栲胶经磺化处理及其他化学改性而成。SMK不含任何高价金属离子、无毒、无污染性。SMK 为自由流动的褐色粉末。SMK 吸水性强,易溶于水,PH 值为 10 左右。

SMK 在各种类型的水基泥浆体系中都有显著的稀释和降粘能力。它能有效地降低泥浆的粘度和切力,尤其是对聚合物泥浆有明显的稀释效果。

SMK 作为一种抗高温(180℃)的稀释剂,能改善泥浆的高温稳定性,控制高温下泥浆的流变性能。它与其它常用泥浆添加剂有很好的配伍性,经配伍后,可以满足对付盐类侵污的要求。Function features:

Viscosity reducers for drilling fluid - sulfonated extract (SMK) is made fromspecial tanninextract by sulfonation and other chemical modification. SMK is free of any high-valent metal ions,toxicity and pollution. SMK is free-flowing brown powder. SMK is highly absorbent and easily soluble in water, with a PH value of about 10. SMK has significant dilution and viscosity reduction capabilities in all types of water-baseddrilling fluid systems. It can effectively reduce the viscosity and shear of the drilling fluid, especiallyhas obvious dilution effect on the polymer drilling fluid. As a high temperature (180°C) resistant diluent, SMK can improve the high-temperaturestability of the drilling fluid and control the rheological property of the drilling fluidathightemperature. It can be well compatible with other commonly used drilling fluid additivestomeetthe requirements for dealing with salt contamination.推荐加量:

(SMC)

功能特点:

钻井液用降滤失剂磺化褐煤 SMC 是将褐煤中的腐植酸经磺化处理及其它化学改性而成。由于加工过程中去除了不溶性杂质,因而保证了产品的最大溶解度、纯度和总效力。SMC 在各种类型的低矿化度(NaCl≤3%)水基泥浆中都是优良的失水控制剂和降粘剂。它能有效地抑制粘土在高温下的分散,改善泥浆的高温稳定性,降低泥浆的HTHP 滤失。SMC 和其它常用泥浆添加剂有很好的配伍性,以 SMC 为基础处理剂的“三磺”泥浆体系能满足≤250℃条件下的淡水、盐水和饱和盐水泥浆的需要。

Function features:

Filtration reducer for drilling fluid – sulfonate wood coal (SMC) is made fromthe humicacidin lignite by sulfonation and other chemical modification. Due to the removal of insolubleimpurities during processing, maximum solubility, purity and total potency of the productareguaranteed. SMC is an excellent water loss control agent and viscosity reducer in various typesofwater-based drilling fluid with low salinity (NaCl≤3%). It can effectively inhibit the dispersionofclay at high temperature, improve the high-temperature stability of drilling fluid, andreducetheHTHP filtrate loss of drilling fluid. SMC can be well compatible with other commonly used drilling fluidadditives;the\"three-sulfonated\" drilling fluid system based on SMC can meet the needs of freshwater, saltwater and saturated salt water drilling fluid under the condition of ≤250°C.推荐加量:

Function features:

功能特点:

钻井液用降滤失剂磺甲基酚醛树脂 SMP 为阴离子水溶性聚电解质,是一种耐温抗盐的钻井液降滤失剂,与磺化褐煤、磺化单宁和磺化沥青等共同使用,可以配制“三磺”钻井液体系,是理想的高温深井钻井液体系之一。

SMP 是在苯环单元引入磺酸基,苯环间又以碳原子相连,热稳定性好。能够抗高温,又因为苯羟基在邻对位上引进了磺酸钠基-SO3Na,水化作用强、缔合水的键能高,因而又解决了它的水溶性,决定它抗盐、抗钙、降低高温高压失水量的作用。磺甲基酚醛树脂作为深井钻井液处理剂,具有高温高压降失水好、抗盐、抗钙好,降低泥饼摩擦系数等良好性能,对于巩固井壁,防塌、防卡具有重要作用。

Function features:

Filtration reducer for drilling fluid – sulfonated methyl phenol-fomaldehyde resin(SMP)isananionic water-soluble polyelectrolyte, which is a temperature and salt resistant filtrate lossreducerfor drilling fluid. It can be used together with sulfonated lignite, sulfonated tanninandsulfonatedasphalt, etc. to prepare “three-sulfonated\" drilling fluid system, which is one of the ideal drillingfluid systems for high-temperature deep wells. SMP introduces sulfonic acid group into benzene ring unit, and the benzeneringsareconnected by carbon atoms; so it has good thermal stability. It can resist high temperature, andthebenzene hydroxyl group introduces sodium sulfonate (-SO3Na) on the ortho andpara-positions,resulting in strong hydration effect and high bond energy of associated water, so it is watersoluble,and can resist salt and calcium and reduce the fluid loss at high temperature/highpressure. Asatreatment agent for deep well drilling fluid, SMP has good properties such as fluidlossathightemperature/high pressure, salt resistance, calcium resistance, and reduction of cakefrictioncoefficient. It plays an important role in consolidating well wall, preventing collapse andsticking.推荐加量:

钻井液用降滤失剂羟丙基淀粉 HPS 为非离子型高分子材料,对高价金属盐不敏感、抗盐、抗钙污染能力很强。

HPS 在酸中有很好的溶解性,可用于饱和盐水中与酸溶性桥塞剂QS 配制无粘土相酸溶性完井液。在阳离子或两性复合离子型聚合物钻井液体系中,HPS 可以有效地控制钻井液的滤失量。HPS 在固井、修井作业中也可用来配置前置隔离液和修井液等。HPS 是白色或淡黄色粉末。Function features:

钻井液用页岩抑制剂腐植酸钾 KAHm 是以褐煤中所含腐植酸为原料而制得的腐植酸的钾盐。KAHm 产品为自由流动的黑色粉末。由于在加工过程中去除了不溶性杂质,因而保证了产品的最大溶解度,纯度和总效力。

功能特点:

腐植酸钠 NaHm 是以褐煤中所含腐植酸为原料而制得的腐植酸钠盐。产品为自由流动的黑色粉末。

NaHm 在工业方面,可以用作石油钻井泥浆的降粘剂和失水控制剂,并能改善泥浆的高温稳定性;

NaHm 用作陶瓷泥料添加剂,可以提高泥料流动度和塑性,并提高陶瓷泥胚强度;NaHm 在农业方面,可以用作腐植酸肥料,土壤改良剂和植物生产调节剂等。NaHm 在选矿,混凝土减水方面也有广泛用途。

油井水泥膨胀剂钙镁氧化物 SUP 系采用钙、铝或镁的氧化物及一定量的钝化铝材料复合而成。SUP 是一种能使水泥石产生体积膨胀的材料。

Function features:

Washing agent for oil-gas well - alkylbenzene Sulfonate compound (CF201) is a weakly-acidicwell wall cleaning agent developed and produced by our company for use in low(high) temperatureconditions to meet the special requirements of the well wall before cementing construction. CF201 is mainly used to flush the oil-based drilling drilling fluid and drillingfluidcakeattached to the well wall before cementing construction. CF201 is colorless or light-yellow liquid.推荐加量:

配制 1m

3的 CF201 工作液时,先加水 1/2 左右,再加入 CF201 液体50kg~150kg,边加边搅拌,待加足水搅拌均匀即可。

CF201 工作液使用一段时间后,应适当添加 CF201 或更换工作液。1、使用温度在 90℃以上时,CF201 液体加量按 5%;

2、使用温度在 80℃~90℃时,CF201 液体加量按 10%;

3、使用温度在 70℃~80℃时,CF201 液体加量按 12%;

4、使用温度在 50℃~70℃时,CF201 液体加量按 15%。

Recommended dosage:

When preparing 1m3 CF201 working solution, about 1/2 water is added first, then50kg~150kgCF201 liquid is added and stirred, until enough water is added and stirred evenly.
