精度

知行精密轴承套圈和钢球采用优质精炼高碳铬轴承钢制造，保持架采用优质冷轧钢SP

CC、PA46、PA66、胶木、铜等材料，防尘盖采用优质冷轧钢SPCC、不锈钢等，密封圈采用

优质冷轧钢SPCC骨架和丁晴橡胶、丙晴胶盖、氟橡胶盖、复合盖等

知行精密轴承的产品质量精度等级为P5、P6。

球轴承有开式、单面或双面带防尘盖（Z、2Z），和带密封圈（RS、2RS）之分，深沟球轴承

和角接触球配对轴承出厂时已填充了适量的润滑油或润滑脂，客户可以直接安装使用，

轴承正常工作温度在-30℃~180℃之间，客户有特殊工作温度需求可另行定制。

reducers and robots, angular contact ball bearings for plummer water pumps, non-standard

customizationball bearings, etc.

The product quality accuracy level of Zhixing precision bearings is P5 and P6.

Ball bearings are open, single-sided or double-sided with shields (Z, 2Z), and with sealing rings

(RS, 2RS), deep groove ball bearings and angular contact ball matched bearings have been filled

with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease when leaving the factory, customers can

directly install and use,The normal working temperature of the bearing is between -30 °C ~ 180 °C, 减速机、机器人 and customers have special working temperature needs can be customized separately.
