In order to ensure the quality of raw materials, the foreign

objects are removed by the rotary iron remover before entering

the metering bin from the temporary storage silo. The metering

bin is set up with single point dust collector to avoid the

influence of the balance tube on the dosing accuracy,

meanwhile to ensure no dust spillage during the incoming

material above.

低速釜式干燥机主要用于物料的脱水干燥，特别采用了低速搅拌工艺，避

免物料颗粒之间挤压碰撞而导致包覆层破坏及碎粉率上升，更适合电池材

料生产使用。

Low-speed Kettle Dryer is used for dewatering and drying materials. It

adopts the low-speed stirring process to avoid the damage of coating

layer and the increase of powder crushing rate caused by the extrusion

and collision between material particles. It is mainly used for the battery

做出结论意见前不撤离现场，买方无需因此支付服务费用。

For any quality problems, ONGOAL promises responding within 2 hours

after being informed and arriving at project site to check and solve

problems within 12 hours. Only when the problems are solved can

service engineers leave the site. Customers are not requested to pay

for the service.
