Our factory was established in 2006 in Liaoning Province, China. At that time, many factories faced challenges such as poor production environments and

substandard materials, making it difficult to maintain consistent quality. Even high-quality factories often imposed high minimum order quantities (MOQ),

creating significant barriers for buyers.

The founder of our factory, Wang Shibao, who was managing a trading company at the time, encountered difficulties in finding a factory that could meet buyers’

requirements. Faced with these challenges, he decided to establish his own factory capable of delivering high quality, small order quantities, and low costs. Thus,

our factory was born.

we specialize in the manufacturing of technically challenging feather sofas and have grown into a factory renowned for

High-Resilience Foam

S-Shaped Springs We take particular care in selecting the fabric for our sofas,

which come into direct contact with the skin. From a variety of

colors, patterns, and textures, we have chosen a simple,

easy-to-maintain, solid-colored polyester fabric. This material

is known for its excellent breathability, abrasion resistance,

corrosion resistance, and wrinkle resistance, ensuring a flat

and comfortable condition even after long-term use. For the

sofa covers, we use high-quality polyester with carefully

crafted woven threads, achieving both a beautiful finish and

outstanding durability. Additionally, we emphasize sewing

techniques, balancing aesthetic appeal with practicality.

Springs play a crucial role in the structure of a sofa. We use

uniquely shaped S-shaped springs, which provide exceptional

elasticity and comfort while offering stable support to the

entire sofa. Additionally, S-shaped springs distribute body

weight evenly, effectively preventing localized sagging over

prolonged use and extending the lifespan of the sofa.

We recommend high-resilience foam as the filling material for

our sofas. Its high-density structure provides firm support for

the seat cushions, armrests, and the upper part of the

backrest, ensuring a comfortable and stable seating

experience even during extended use. The gentle rebound

effect offers a cozy feeling of being softly embraced every time

you lean back. Notably, the high-resilience sponge is highly

resistant to deformation, allowing the sofa to maintain its

plumpness and elegance for years.

Our feather sofas are highly durable and offer excellent

support, lasting over 10 years. We use goose feathers

as the filling material, which provide a fluffy and

luxurious feel. Compared to duck feathers, goose

feathers are softer, more delicate, and have less odor,

ensuring a more comfortable experience. This design

combines aesthetic appeal with quality while also

meeting practical needs.

The frame of our sofas is made from lightweight, soft,

and easy-to-process pine wood. In particular, Russian

pine is chosen for its superior quality, characterized by

slow growth, high density, uniform grain, low moisture

content, and resistance to warping or cracking due to

its growth in a harsh climate with large temperature

variations and short daylight hours. We prioritize the

quality of the internal frame and select premium

Russian pine to ensure excellent product quality.

Our sofa legs are crafted from high-quality solid wood,

which, when combined with the Russian pine frame

structure, offers outstanding stability and durability.

This design also creates a natural and elegant

atmosphere.
