about to bid farewell to the year 2024. Looking back at

this year, Sinopec has focused on key projects construction, industrial breakthroughs, overseas business, economic and trade cooperation, and social

responsibility contribution. Through practical efforts

and reaped substantial results. While fully developing

“高质量发展”，意味着从简

单追求数量和增速的发展，转向

以质量和效益为首要目标的发展。

2024 年以来，中国不断传递出“以

新质生产力更好推动高质量发展”

的强烈信号，也与世界共享中国高

质量发展创造的崭新机遇。

今年初，中国石化提出“奋力

开创高质量发展新局面”的目标。

一年来，技术“上新”，产业“焕新”，

高端化智能化绿色化发展持续推进，

高质量发展动力强劲。10 月 10 日发

布的 10 项高质量发展成果涵盖能源

保障、产业发展、绿色低碳、科技

创新、民生保障等方面，成为公司

高质量发展的生动缩影。在 11 月召

开的《联合国气候变化框架公约》

第二十九次缔约方大会（COP29）上，

中国石化向全球展示了高质量绿色

发展成果，号召“一带一路”共建

国家企业持续深化合作，共同推动

能源化工行业绿色低碳高质量发展。

High-Quality Development signifies a shift from

a development model that simply pursues quantity

and speed to one that prioritizes quality and efficiency. China continuously promotes high-quality development with new quality productive forces and has

shared with the world the new opportunities created

by high-quality development.

At the beginning of this year, Sinopec set the

goal of striving for high-quality development. Over

the past year, there have been advancements in

technology, industrial transformation, and high-end,

intelligent, and green innovations, providing a strong

impetus for high-quality development. On October

10th, Sinopec released 10 high-quality development

achievements covering energy security, industrial

development, low-carbon practices, technological innovation, and people’s livelihood protection,

which serve as a vivid microcosm of the company’s

high-quality development. At the 29th Conference of

the Parties (COP29) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change held in November, Sinopec showcased its high-quality green

development to the world. It called on companies

involved in the Belt and Road Initiative to continue deepening cooperation and jointly promote the

green, and high-quality development of energy and

chemical industry.

The annual oil refining capability of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company has been increased to

40 million tonnes.

deep transformation and upgrading of industries.

technological innovation, and the reserves of the Fuling shale gas field has exceeded 1 trillion cubic meters.

Production of high-performance polybutene, flame-retardant polypropylene resin, barrier application materials

and other innovative new chemical materials, efforts to establish a complete hydrogen energy industry chain,

successfully pioneering the 1500-kilometer Beijing-Shanghai hydrogen energy transportation corridor.

New Industrialization is an industrialization under the

innovation to layout innovation chain around the

当前，工业互联网已成为 5G

应用创新最为活跃的领域。“5G+

工业互联网”为 5G 发展提供了广

阔空间，也为工业互联网发展提供

了关键赋能技术。

The integration of digital technology with the physical

economy is accelerating development from daily life to

the realm of production., As an intelligent carrier for the

collection, transmission, storage, computation, analysis,

and application of massive industrial data, the Industrial

Internet provides a pathway for the digitalization, networking, and intelligent development of industry, it is a

key driving force of the new industrial revolution.

Currently, the Industrial Internet has become the most

active area of 5G application innovation. “5G + Industrial

Internet” provides a broad space for the development of

5G and also provides key supporting technology for the

中国石化在多领域开拓“人工智能 +”应用场景，梳理了勘探、开发、炼油、化工、安全、环保、科研、

经营、管理等 9 类 200 余个人工智能场景。

胜利油田、中科炼化、石勘院等 20 家单位积极探索人工智能发展，试点建设油井工况智能诊断、电

镜图像识别、火焰识别、智能仓储、机器人操作等分散场景并取得初步成效。

The new generation of Artificial Intelligence (AI), represented by large model technology, is bringing comprehensive transformations to the entire chain of petrochemical industry and various fields of production and

operation management.

Sinopec has pioneered “AI+” application scenarios in multiple fields, screening out more than 200 artificial

intelligence scenarios in 9 categories including exploration and production refining, safety, environmental

protection, scientific research, operation, and management.

Sinopec twenty subsidiaries including Shengli Oilfield, Zhongke (Guangdong) Refinery and Petrochemical

company limited, and Sinopec Petroleum Exploration and Production Research Institute are actively exploring

synthetic materials. it is a key core material for the preparation of a new generation of photovoltaic film.

电损耗更低、信号传输更稳定。

极目楚天，共襄星汉。几千年来，“飞天”是中国人乃至全世界不懈的追求。中国石化始终护航人类

航天事业发展。中国石化润滑油公司自主研发生产中国首批全氟碳油脂、氟氯碳油脂、聚全氟异丙醚油脂

和聚全氟甲乙醚油脂，解决了极大温差、超高真空、强辐射等复杂太空环境中的润滑难题。截至目前，中

国石化长城润滑油已护航 500 余次长征系列运载火箭发射，助力神舟系列飞船、嫦娥探月、中国空间站、

北斗导航系统和火星探测等重大工程。

此外，中国石化生产的超高分子量聚乙烯用于制造宇航服，生产的小丝束碳纤维、特种沥青、特种工

程塑料等产品也广泛应用于航空航天领域。

Gazing at the vast sky, the dream of flying to the heavens has been an unrelenting pursuit of the

world. Sinopec has always been supporting the development of human’s space exploration and making

positive contributions.

Sinopec Lubricant Company has developed and produced China’s first batch of perfluorocarbon

greases, fluorochlorocarbon greases, polyperfluoroisopropyl ether greases, and polyperfluoro methyl

ethyl ether greases, solving lubrication challenges in complex space environments with extreme temperature differences, ultra-high vacuum, and strong radiation. Sinopec Lubricants have supported more

than 500 Long March series launch vehicle missions, contributing to major projects such as the Shenzhou series spacecraft, Chang’e lunar exploration, China’s space station, the BeiDou navigation system,

and Mars exploration.

In addition, the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene produced by Sinopec is used to manufacture

space suits, and small tow carbon fiber, special asphalt, special engineering plastics and other products

are also widely used in the aerospace field.

The Tianzhou-7 cargo spacecraft was launched aboard the Long March 7

Y8 carrier rocket. The phase change device it carried used phase change

materials developed by Sinopec (Dalian) Research Institute of Petroleum and

Petrochemical Industry.

The Shenzhou-19 manned spacecraft was

successfully launched. Sinopec provided

lubrication support for Shenzhou-19.

The Chang’e-6 returner achieved the world’s first lunar far side sampling return. Sinopec Lubricants

successfully supported this mission.

国能源化工产业发展系列报告海外发

布会，凝聚能源转型和产业发展共识。

Opening up is a defining feature of Chinese

modernization. China advances a broader

agenda of opening up across more areas and in

greater depth, leverages the strengths of China's enormous markets, and promotes international operation to achieve mutual benefits.

In 2024, Sinopec showed up international

activities such as World Economic Forum in

Davos, Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition & Conference and COP29, to build global

energy partnerships and highlight the company’s

strides in high-quality, environmentally friendly

development. Sinopec held a press conference

in Riyadh of Saudi Arabia to release its 2024

Research Reports of China’s Energy and Chemical Industry Development, to build consensus

on energy transition and industrial development.

On January 17, Sinopec and

BP signed a Memorandum of

Understanding (MoU). ·In March, Sinopec and TotalEnergies signed a Heads of

Agreement (HoA) in Beijing. In May, Sinopec and TotalEnergies

signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Paris.

On November 4 , Sinopec signed with TotalEnergies a heads of

agreement (HoA) on the long-term LNG supply.

·On September 4, a delegation

of Sinopec paid a visit to

Naftna Industrija Srbije (NIS) in

Serbia. Both sides signed an

MoU.

·On March 26, Sinopec and

the Ministry of Commerce

(MOC) in Thailand

signed a Memorandum of

Understanding (MoU) in

Bangkok.

·On November 22, Sinopec

successfully launched the

“Report on Sustainable

Development for Supporting

the Belt and Road Initiative”

in Quito, Ecuador .

· On April 24,Sinopec Kazakhstan Energy LLP, the first overseas JV

jointly established by the upstream and downstream subsidiaries of

Sinopec, was officially put into operation.

In 2024, Sinopec pressed ahead with high-quality Belt and

Road Initiative projects, and launched extensive international cooperation, long-term beneficial, sustainable and people-oriented

·In Saudi Arabia, the water purification and

conveyance project, the largest water recycling

project in the country, had been successfully

completed by Sinopec, meeting 45% of the

agricultural water demand in the area.

·在沙特，由中国石化承建的该国史上最大

水循环再利用工程——净化水输水工程完美

收官，帮助当地数百万民众解决 45% 的农

业用水需求。

·In Kuwait, the Al-Zour Refinery constructed by Sinopec

Engineering Group (SEG) was put into operation, with this

new refinery, Kuwait become the largest producer of clean

fuels in the Middle East.

（Silleno）股权交割，目前进入建设执

行阶段，项目在建设期和运营期可为当

地创造用工岗位约 8800 个。

·In Kazakhstan, Sinopec and KazMunayGas JSC (KMG)

officially signed the agreement in Astana to complete the equity

transfer of Silleno project, a JV developing the polyethylene

production project. The project under the construction is

expected to create approximately 8,800 jobs for locals during the

construction and operational phases.

·在斯里兰卡，新加油站正式运营，中国石化首次

亮相南亚终端零售市场。

·In Sri Lanka, the signature service stations of Sinopec Energy

Lanka (Private) Limited officially started operation, marking the first

launch of Sinopec in the South Asian retail market.

9 月 5 日至 7 日，2024 年中非合作论坛北京峰会开幕。本次峰会主题为“携手推进现代化，共筑高

水平中非命运共同体”。未来 3 年，中方将同非方开展中非携手推进现代化十大伙伴行动，深化中非合作，

引领全球南方现代化。

2024 年，中国石化致力于中非能源合作与基础设施建设，助力非洲繁荣发展。今年以来，中国石化

先后与安哥拉国家石油公司、阿尔及利亚国家石油公司签署合作谅解备忘录，进一步拓展能源合作领域。

The opening ceremony of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) kicked off from Sept. 5 to

7, with the theme of “Joining Hands to Advance Modernization and Build a High-Level China-Africa Community with a Shared Future.” In the next three years, China will work with Africa to take the ten partnership actions for modernization to deepen China-Africa cooperation and spearhead the Global South

modernization.

In 2024, Sinopec has been committed to China-Africa energy cooperation and infrastructure construction to contribute to Africa's prosperity and development. Since the beginning of this year, Sinopec has

signed the memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Sonangol and Sonatrach respectively to further

expand the field of energy cooperation.

·In Kenya, Sinopec initiated the

construction of the RWC652 road

project on August 13. Kenyan President

William Samoei Ruto was present at the

groundbreaking ceremony.

·In Egypt, the project that Sinopec cooperated with Apache

Corporation has contributed 20% of the total oil and gas

production in the country. In Angola, Sinopec participated

in the exploration and development of five offshore blocks.

In Cameroon, Sinopec promoted a breakthrough in rolling

exploration and development.

·In Algeria, the 200,000-tonne/year methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) complex at the Arze

Refinery is under construction by Sinopec and will bring significant social and economic

benefits to the region.

The Invest in China Summit 2024 in Beijing was held in March, 2024. Building the brand of \"Invest in

China\" is not only an important measure for China to expand its high-level opening up and actively integrate into the international cycle, but also a practical action to actively promote economic globalization

·On August 30, YPC-BYC Light Hydrocarbons Comprehensive Utilization Project had

broken ground in Nanjing. It is another landmark project of the long-term cooperation

between Sinopec and BASF.

·11 月 18 日，中沙能源合作的重要成果之一——福建古雷炼化一体化工程二期

项目开工。该项目由中国石化、福建炼化和沙特阿美合作建设。

· On November 18, the Groundbreaking Ceremony for Fujian Gulei Phase ll Integrated

Refining and Petrochemical Project, one of the important achievements of China-Saudi

Arabia energy cooperation, was held in Fujian Province, China. The project was jointly

invested by Sinopec,Fujian Petrochemical Co.,Ltd,（FPCL) and Saud；Aramco.

Low carbon and clean energy usually refer to a

method of reducing greenhouse gas emissions,

especially carbon dioxide in the production and

consumption activities, while improving energy

efficiency and strengthening environmental

protection. Sinopec aims to drive the global

transition to low-carbon energy as its goal and

pursuit, striving for cleaner production methods and

working towards “net zero” carbon emissions.

绿色转型是指以生态文明建设为

主导，以循环经济为基础，以绿色管

理为保障，发展模式向可持续发展转

变，实现资源节约、环境友好、生态

平衡，人、自然、社会和谐发展。

中国石化正努力打造中国第一氢

能公司，加速推进氢能“制储运加用

研”全产业链建设，聚焦氢能交通、

绿氢炼化两大领域，大力发展氢能一

体化业务，在“绿电制绿氢”技术、

加氢站建设、氢燃料电池、储氢材料

等多个领域取得突破，已建成加氢站

140 座。11 月，中国石化在香港建成

境外首座加氢站。

中国石化是中国规模最大的地

热企业，率先在河北雄县打造了我国

首个地热供暖“无烟城”，目前累

计建成地热供暖能力近 1 亿平方米。

今年 10 月，中国石化首个地热发电

示范项目——咸阳中深层地热能发电

示范项目正式并网发电，

Green transformation refers to a shift from

the development towards sustainable development model which is guided the construction

of ecological civilization, based on a circular

economy, and guaranteed by green management. It aims to achieve resource conservation,

environmental-friendly, ecological balance, and

the harmonious development among humanity,

nature, and society.

Sinopec is striving to build the first hydrogen

energy company in China, and accelerating

the construction of the entire hydrogen energy

industry chain including production, storage,

transportation, refueling, utilization, and research. It mainly focuses on two major fields:

hydrogen energy transportation, green hydrogen refining and chemical industries. The company is vigorously developing comprehensive

integrated hydrogen energy businesses and has

made breakthroughs in multiple fields, including

“green electricity to green hydrogen” technology,

construction of hydrogen refueling station , hydrogen fuel cells, and hydrogen storage materials. 140 hydrogen refueling stations has already

been built.In November, Sinopec has completed

the construction of its first hydrogen refueling

station outside Chinese mainland in Hong Kong.

Sinopec is the largest geothermal enterprise

in China. It takes the lead in building China's

first \"smoke-free city\" with geothermal heating in Xiongxian County, Hebei Province. Up

to now, the accumulated geothermal heating

capacity has nearly 100 million square meters.

In October this year, Sinopec’s first geothermal

energy power generation demonstration project

- Xianyang Geothermal Energy Power Generation from Medium and Deep formation was

officially connected to the electric grid.

Carbon Neutrality

碳中和指通过减少温室气体排放和增加碳汇等方式，使组织或个人在一定时间内产生的二氧化碳等

温室气体排放量与吸收量相等，从而实现净排放为零的目标。随着全球气候变化加剧，应对气候变化、

绿色低碳发展成为全球共识，目前全球已有 150 多个国家提出碳中和目标。

2024 年，中国石化积极投身碳中和产业发展大潮。在 4 月启动的绿色企业行动第二阶段计划中提

出“降碳行动”，力争打造 600 个碳中和示范项目，碳履约率 100%。8 月在碳中和产业发展创新大会

上发布首批“碳金融专项贷产品”。9 月与清华大学合作启动“碳中和生态伙伴计划”，促进校企合作

和产学研深度融合。公司已连续 13 年获得“中国低碳榜样”称号，为全球能源转型和可持续发展贡献

了中国智慧和力量。

Carbon Neutrality refers to the goal of achieving net zero emissions by reducing greenhouse gas

emissions and increasing carbon sinks, so that the amount of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases emitted by an organization or individual over a certain period of time is equal to the amount absorbed,

thereby achieving a target of zero net emissions. As global climate change intensifies, it has become a

global consensus in addressing climate change and transitioning to a green, low-carbon development.

Currently, more than 150 countries have set carbon neutrality targets.

In 2024, Sinopec actively engaged in the development of the carbon neutrality. In the second phase

plan of the Green Enterprise Initiative launched in April, the “Carbon Reduction Action” was proposed,

striving to create 600 carbon neutrality demonstration projects with a carbon compliance rate of 100%. In

August, the first batch of “Carbon Finance Special Loan Products” was released at the Carbon Neutrality

Industry Development and Innovation Conference. In September, in cooperation with Tsinghua University, the “Carbon Neutrality Ecological Partner Plan” was initiated to promote university-enterprise collaboration and the deep integration of industry, education, and research.The company has been awarded the

title of “China’s Low Carbon Model” for 13 consecutive years, contributing Chinese wisdom and strength

to the global energy transformation and sustainable development.

清洁能源即绿色能源，是指不排

放污染物、能直接用于生产生活的能

源，包括核能和可再生能源。可再生

能源，是指原材料可以再生的能源，

如风能、太阳能、生物能（沼气）、

地热能、潮汐能等。可再生能源不存

在能源耗竭的可能，因此其开发利用，

日益受到许多国家的重视，尤其是能

源短缺的国家。

2024 年，中国石化积极推进氢能、

地热能、光伏、风电等绿色清洁能源

多元化发展，推广使用生物航煤等生

物质能源。联合数十家氢能头部企业

发布中国首个《制氢加氢一体站技术

指南》团体标准；4 月成立中国石化

氢能装备制造基地，成功探路京沪氢

能交通走廊；7 月启动“万站沐光”

行动，规划到 2027 年新建 10000 座

光伏站点；11 月，部署实施的中国首

口超 5000 米深层地热科学探井正式

完工并进入开发利用新阶段，助力绿

色低碳转型。

Clean energy, also known as green energy, refers to the

energy that can be directly used in production and daily life

without discharging pollutants. It includes nuclear energy

and renewable energy. Renewable energy refers to the

energy with renewable raw materials., such as wind energy,

solar energy, biomass energy (biogas), geothermal energy,

tidal energy and so on. Since there is no possibility of energy exhaustion in renewable energy sources. its development

and utilization have been increasingly emphasized by many

countries, especially those countries suffering from energy

shortages.

In 2024, Sinopec actively promoted the diversified development of green and clean energy such as hydrogen energy, geothermal energy, photovoltaic power and wind power,

and popularized the use of biomass energy like bio-aviation

kerosene.In collaboration with dozens of leading hydrogen

energy enterprises, it released China's first group standard named “Technical Guidelines for Integrated Hydrogen

Production and Hydrogenation Stations”. In April, Sinopec

established a hydrogen energy equipment manufacturing

base and successfully explored the hydrogen energy transportation corridor between Beijing and Shanghai. In July, it

launched the “Ten Thousand Stations Bathed in Sunshine”

campaign, with a plan to build 10,000 new photovoltaic stations by 2027. In November, China's first deep geothermal

scientific exploration well with a depth of over 5,000 meters,

which was deployed and implemented by Sinopec, was

officially completed and entered a new stage of development

and utilization, helping to facilitate the green and low-carbon

transformation.

循环经济完整的表达是资源循环型经济，是以资

源节约和循环利用为特征、与环境和谐的经济发展模

式，强调把经济活动组织成一个“资源产品再生资源”

的反馈式流程。其特征是低开采、高利用、低排放。所有物质和

能源在这个不断进行的经济循环中得到合理和持久的利用，将经济活动对自

然环境的影响降到最低。

中国石化积极推广使用生物航煤等生物质能源，助力全产业链实现降碳减碳，努力为经济社会发展

提供更安全、更洁净、更多元的能源保障。今年 3 月，中国石化和道达尔能源签署合作框架协议，将利

用废弃油脂共同生产可持续航空燃料，年产能达 23 万吨。6 月，一架 C919 和 ARJ21 飞机分别加注了中

国石化自主研发生产的生物航煤，是国产大飞机首次加注生物航煤。

The full expression of circular economy is the resource-circular economy, it is an economic development model characterized by resource conservation and harmony with the environment. It emphasizes

organizing economic activities into a feedback process of \"resources - products - renewable resources\".

It features low exploitation, high utilization and low emissions. All materials and energy can be reasonably

and sustainably utilized in this continuous economic cycle, minimizing the impact of economic activities

on the natural environment.

Sinopec is actively promoting the use of bio-aviation kerosene and other biomass energy sources,

helping the entire industrial chain to reduce carbon, and striving to provide a safer, cleaner and more

diversified energy guarantees for economic and social development. In March this year, Sinopec and TotalEnergies signed a cooperation framework agreement. They will jointly produce sustainable aviation fuel

using waste grease, with an annual production capacity of 230,000 tons. In June, a C919 and an ARJ21

aircraft were respectively refueled with the bio-aviation kerosene independently developed and produced

by Sinopec. It was the first time that domestic large aircraft were refueled with bio-aviation kerosene.

practices.

Nanjing Engineering Company invited the

Amiral Tank Project Management Team from

Saudi Basic Industries Corporation to visit Jiangsu Province to strengthen the cooperation,

活动乘着中国节日的“东风”吹向海外。农历龙年新年，来自中国四川、厄瓜多尔、沙特、斯里兰卡

等地的中外员工“接龙过大年”，共度新春佳节；中秋节期间，来自中国浙江、英国、乌干达、玻利

维亚、沙特的中外员工共赏明月、品尝月饼、制作兔子灯、绘制京剧脸谱，深入体验中秋文化。端午

等节日期间，中外员工体验世界各地相似节日的风俗习惯，既开拓了视野，也增进了友谊。

Festivals are an important carrier of t a country’s history and culture, reflecting a rich

collective cultural memory. Chinese festivals are becoming increasingly influential

globally, and blessings from all over the world to festivals in China have also added

colour to this diversified world.

Sinopec relies on international cooperation projects to widely disseminated

traditional Chinese festival culture,and let a series of rich and colourful cultural

activities take advantage of the ‘east wind’ of Chinese festivals to blow overseas.

During the Mid-Autumn Festival, Chinese and foreign employees from Zhejiang of

China, Britain, Uganda, Bolivia, and Saudi Arabia enjoyed mooncakes, rabbit lamps,

中国石化通过“丝路书屋—中国书架”跨文化融合项目，以书为媒讲述中国故事，先后在沙特、

阿尔及利亚、科威特、埃及、厄瓜多尔等国家设立了 11 个书架，为海外读者和企业员工提供多种主题

图书 1.2 万余册。2024 年 10 月，中国石化燃料油斯里兰卡公司与科伦坡大学共同举办“丝路书屋—中

国书架”上架仪式。中国石化向科伦坡大学图书馆捐赠图书 1000 余册，图书内容涵盖了中国历史文化、

经济社会发展、科技进步和汉语教学等。“中国书架”项目不仅传播了中国优秀文化，也为当地民众

提供了解世界的窗口，成为中国文化走向世界的书香之桥、展示中华文明深厚底蕴的交流平台，为推

动各国交流和人民友谊注入新的活力。

Sinopec has set up 11 bookshelves in Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Kuwait, Egypt, Ecuador and other countries through the cross-cultural integration project “Silk Road Bookstore - China Bookshelf”, providing

more than 12,000 Chinese-themed books to overseas readers and employees. In October 2024, Sinopec Fuel Oil Sri Lanka and the University of Colombo jointly held a ceremony to inaugurate the “Silk

Road Bookstore - Chinese Bookshelf”. Sinopec donated more than 1,000 books to the library of the

University of Colombo, covering Chinese history and culture, economic and social development, scientific and technological progress and Chinese language teaching. The “China Bookshelf” project not only

spreads the excellent Chinese culture, but also provides a window for the local people to understand

the world, becoming a bridge of books for Chinese culture to the world and an exchange platform for

displaying the of Chinese civilization, and injecting new vitality into the promotion of exchanges between

countries and friendship among people.

2024 年 12 月 4 日， “ 春 节 ——

中国人庆祝传统新年的社会实践”列

入联合国教科文组织人类非物质文化

遗产代表作名录。目前中国共有 44 个

项目列入联合国教科文组织非物质文

化遗产名录（名册），总数居世界第一。

文化遗产是历史的瑰宝。多年来，

中国石化在提供物质产品的同时，也

创造了丰富多彩的工业景观和文化遗

产。这些工业遗产包括建筑物、机械、

车间等基础设施和技术资料，以及工

业发展中特有的文化符号和精神现

象。2024 年，中国石化的茂名油页岩

开采炼油及配套系统设施、永利化学

工业公司被列入中国国家工业遗产名

单。至此，中国石化共有 4 处工业遗

产入选国家工业遗产名单，分别为永

利化学工业公司铔厂、胜利油田功勋

井、北京化工研究院和茂名油页岩开

采炼油及配套设施。

On 4 December 2024, the“Spring Festival - the

social practice of the Chinese people to celebrate

the traditional New Year” was inscribed on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural

Heritage of Humanity. At present, China has a total

of 44 items inscribed on the UNESCO Intangible

Cultural Heritage List, the largest number in the

world.

Cultural heritage is the treasure of history. Over

the years, sinopec has created colourful industrial

landscapes and cultural heritage while providing

material products. These industrial heritages include

buildings, machinery, workshops and other infrastructures and technical materials, as well as cultural

symbols and spiritual phenomena unique to industrial development. In 2024, Sinopec’s Maoming Oil

Shale Mining Refinery and its supporting system facilities, and Yongli Chemical Industry Company were

included in the list of National Industrial Heritage

of China. So far, four industrial heritages of sinopec

has been listed in the national industrial heritages,

namely ammonium factory of Yongli Chemical Industry Company, meritorious wells of Shengli Oilfield,

Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry, and

Maoming Oil Shale Mining and refining supporting

system facilities.

“环境、社会和治理（ESG）”概念 20

周年，中国石化以“为美好生活加油”

为使命，以负责任的 ESG 实践引领可持

续发展未来。2024 年，公司连续第 18 年

发布可持续发展报告，下属 9 家上市公

司实现 ESG 报告全覆盖。9 月，在首届

法兰克福中欧企业 ESG 最佳案例大会上，

中国石化《赋能绿色发展 共创零碳未来》

案例荣获“环境保护最佳案例”。11 月，

在第七届中国企业论坛上，中国石化位

居“央企责任管理先锋”前列。

在沙特，由中国石化与沙特阿美共

同设立的延布炼厂合资项目广泛实施节

能减排技术，累计产出清洁油品 1.43 亿

吨，成为中沙两国能源合作典范。对于

拓展地热能产业链、优化能源结构具

有积极意义。中国石化驻港机构自发组

建的“香港沙滩及郊野公园关注组”已

连续九年组织发起“净滩行动”，累计

5000 余人次参加。

The year 2024 marks the 20th anniversary of the

concept of“Environmental, Social and Governance

(ESG)”put forward by the United Nations Global

Compact. Sinopec, takes “Better Energy for Better

Life”as the mission, and will lead the way to a sustainable future through responsible ESG practices.

Sinopec has been publishing sustainability reports

for 18 consecutive years, and its nine listed companies have achieved full coverage of ESG reports. In

November, at the 7th China Enterprise Forum, Sinopec was ranked among the“Pioneers of Responsible

Management of Central Enterprises”.

In Saudi Arabia, the energy-saving and emission

reduction technologies has been widely implemented

in Sinopec's Yasref project jointly invested with Saudi

Aramco. It has produced a total of 143 million tons

of clean oil products, this JV project has become a

model of energy cooperation between China and

Saudi Arabia. which shows a positive significance for

expanding the geothermal energy industry chain and

optimizing the energy structure. For the ninth consecutive year, the group named“Hong Kong Beach

and Country Park Concern ”formed by Sinopec

Hong Kong, has organized and launched the “Beach

Clean-up Campaign” with a total of more than 5,000

people participation.

等公益项目。“情暖驿站”让春节回

车司机提供一站式“温馨港湾”，“爱

心驿站”悉心服务环卫工人、外卖送

餐员等户外劳动群体，“春蕾加油站”

打造女童成长友好空间。“中国石化

光明号”健康快车 20 年来累计停靠 19

个省区市 49 个地区，为 6 万名白内障

患者免费实施复明手术，连续第 19 年

荣获光明功勋特别奖。今年 10 月，中

国石化连续第 4 年实施“至美有你”

青少年及儿童成长资助计划，2021 年

至 2023 年累计为香港 290 名青少年及

儿童提供学业支持及成长支援。

people in need, Sinopec carries fare brand projects in the

areas such as people’s livelihood support, caring for growth,

health protection, green ecology, and rural revitalization, these

welfare band projects with practical actions provide assistances to meet the people's needs for a better life.

Sinopec has been organizing public welfare programs for 12

consecutive years to meet the people's needs for a better life.

For 12 consecutive years, Sinopec has organized and carried out the“Warm Station”to care for public welfare activities

during the spring festival travel, and coordinated to develop

the public welfare projects such as “Love Station”, “Driver's

Home”, “Spring Buds Gas Station”, and so on. The “Warm

Station” makes the home journey on Spring Festival warmer,

the“Driver's Home”provides an one-stop warm harbor for truck

drivers, the“Love Station”serves outdoor labor groups such

as sanitation workers and take-away delivery workers, and

the“Spring Buds GasStation”creates a friendly space for girls

to grow up. Over the past 20 years, Sinopec's“Brightness Express” has stopped at 49 areas in 19 provinces, autonomous

regions and municipalities, and performed free sight-restoring

surgeries for 60,000 cataract patients, it was honored with the

Brightness Merit Special Award for the 19th consecutive year.

In October this year, Sinopec implemented the “Better Life”

Youth and Children Caring Program for the fourth consecutive

year. From 2021 to 2023, Sinopec has provided with academic

and development support to a total of 290 youths and children

in Hong Kong.

生物多样性保护计划，尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然，努力实现生态环境保护和企业高质量发展双

赢的生动实践。

在被誉为“地球之肺”的厄瓜多尔亚马孙热带雨林，中国石化建设环保井场，努力保护雨林生态，

累计恢复植被 200 万平方米。2024 年 3 月，第二批“浙江省观鸟胜地”名单公布，中国石化镇海炼化

白鹭园榜上有名。镇海炼化将生产管线绕道，将检修时间选在白鹭南飞的冬季，给白鹭创造良好的生

活环境，吸引多达 28 种共上千只鸟在此安家。2024 年 10 月，中国石化乌干达钻井项目荣获“小而美”

能源国际合作最佳实践奖项，他们采用世界上最先进的 50DBS 超静音智能钻机，并根据长颈鹿、羚羊、

狮子等野生动物的活动习性设置野生动物通道，保护野生动物的栖息环境。

foundation for all life on the Earth and for a common future. Sinopec actively carries out biodiversity conservation programs, respects , adapts to , and protects nature, and strives to achieve a win-win situation

for both ecological environment protection and high-quality corporate development.

In the Ecuadorian Amazon rainforest, which is known as the “lungs of the earth”, Sinopec builds environmentally friendly drilling well sites and strives to protect the ecology of the rainforest, restoring vegetation to an accumulated total of 2 million square meters. In March, the second batch of “Bird-watching

Resorts in Zhejiang Province” was announced, and Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Egret Garden

was listed. In October 2024, Sinopec’s Uganda drilling project won the“Small and Beautiful”energy international cooperation best practice award, using the world's most advanced 50DBS ultra-quiet intelligent

drilling rig system. The project also sets up wildlife corridors in accordance with the habits of giraffes,

antelopes, lions, and other wildlife, thus protecting their habitats.

在国内，中国石化在甘肃东乡县建

成藜麦产业园，在湖南泸溪县建设图书

馆、青少年教育基地等，为 8 个帮扶县

实现乡村振兴与共同富裕积极贡献力量。

2024 年，中国石化乡村振兴实践连续第

四年荣获中国上市公司协会“上市公司

可持续发展最佳实践案例”奖项。

9 月，由中国石化新星公司所属中

地海外公司承建、中国进出口银行提供

优惠贷款的塞内加尔乡村打井二期项目

签署贷款协议，将为塞内加尔农业与畜

牧业的发展进一步提供水源保障。

Beautiful Village is a comprehensive concept that

integrates natural, humanistic, social and economic factors. Sinopec helped to build beautiful villages that are

suitable for living, working and traveling through a series

of public welfare actions,such as education support,

talent training, technology introduction and infrastructure

construction around the global.

In China, Sinopec has built a quinoa industrial park

in Dongxiang County, Gansu Province, a library and a

youth education base in Luxi County, Hunan Province,

contributing to the revitalization of the countryside and

the realization of common prosperity in eight counties.

2024,Sinopec's rural revitalization practice won the

“Best Practices of Sustainable Development of Listed

Companies” award from China Listed Companies Association (CLCA) for the fourth consecutive year.

In September, the loan agreement was signed for the

second phase of the Rural Well Drilling Project in Senegal, which was constructed by Sinopec Star Petroleum

Corporation and provided with preferential loans by the

Export-Import Bank of China, which will further provide

a guaranteed source of water for Senegal's agriculture

and animal husbandry development.
