中空玻璃由美国人于1865年发明，是一种良好的隔热、隔音、美观适用、并可降低建筑

物自重的新型建筑材料，它是用两片（或三片）玻璃，使用高强度高气密性复合粘结

剂，将玻璃片与内含干爆剂的铝合金框架粘结，制成的高效能隔音隔热玻璃。中空玻璃

多种性能优越于普通双层玻璃，因此得到了世界各国的认可，中空玻璃是将两片或多片

玻璃以有效支撑均匀隔开并周边粘结密封，使玻璃层间形成有干燥气体空间的玻璃制

品。其主要材料是玻璃、铝间隔条、弯角栓、丁基橡胶、结构胶、硅酮胶干燥剂。中空

玻璃主要用于需要采暖、空调、防止噪音或结露以及需要无直射阳光和特殊光的建筑物

上。广泛应用于住宅、饭店、宾馆、办公楼、学校、医院、商店等需要室内空调的场

基本结构 BASIC STRUCTURE

中空玻璃是由两层或多层玻璃平板构成。四周用高

强高气密性复合粘结剂，将两片或多片玻璃与密封

条，玻璃条粘接、密封。中间充入干燥气体，框内

充以干燥剂，以保证玻璃片间空气的干燥度。可以

根据要求选用各种不同性能的玻璃原片，如无色透

明浮法玻璃、压花玻璃、吸热玻璃、热反射玻璃、

夹丝玻璃、钢化玻璃等于边框（铝框架或玻璃条

等），经胶结、焊接或熔接而制成。其结构如图-双

钢化玻璃属于安全玻璃，钢化玻璃其实是一种预应力玻璃，为提高玻璃的强度，通常使

用化学或物理的方法，在玻璃表面形成压应力玻璃承受外力时首先抵消表层应力，从而

提高了承载能力，增强玻璃自身抗风压性，寒暑性，冲击性能钢化玻璃按形状分为平面

钢化玻璃和曲面钢化玻璃（弯钢）。

钢化、弯钢化玻璃属于安全玻璃。广泛

应用于高层建筑门窗、玻璃幕墙室内隔

断玻璃、采光顶棚、观光电梯通道、家

具、玻璃护栏等。通常钢化玻请可以应

用在以下几个行业

1.建筑，建筑模板，装饰行业（例：门

窗、幕墙、室内装修等）

2.家具制造行业（玻璃茶几、家具配套

镀膜玻璃

COATED GLASS

镀膜玻璃镀膜玻璃（ Coated glass ）也称反射玻璃。镀膜玻璃是在玻璃表面涂镀一层

或多层金属、合金或金属化合物薄膜，以改变玻璃的光学性能，满足某种特定要求。镀

膜玻璃按产品的不同特性，可分为以下几类：热反射玻璃、低辐射玻璃（ Low - E )、导

电膜玻璃等。

应用范围SCOPE OF APPLICATION

※热反射玻璃一般主要用于建筑和玻璃

幕墙。

※低 辐 射 玻 璃 一 般 主 要 用 于 建 筑 和 汽

车、船舶等交通工具。

※导电膜玻璃一般用于玻璃的加热、除

霜、除雾以及用作液品显示屏等。

※防结露性:玻璃窗结露是窗边的空气接触到比露点更冷的玻璃而产生的现象。奥斯蓝卡玻璃在室外温差较大

时仍能保持良好的透视效果，防止霜、雾、露的产生。且不容易让室内的温度流失，而且也不传导外面的寒

冷，所以玻璃表面不易冷却，有效防止结露。

Unit curtain wall refers to the frame supported glass
