压缩机特点

双边⾮对称圆弧包络转⼦型线，磨削加⼯，效率⾼，噪⾳低。

采⽤半封闭结构，⽆轴封。防⽌制冷剂和油的泄漏，后期维护费⽤低。

专利制冷剂虹吸液体冷却电机，双轴承⽀撑，内置联轴器。

采⽤永磁电机，体积⼩，效率⾼。

⽇本NSK⾼精度专⽤轴承，精度⾼，寿命⻓。

转⼦径向⽀撑采⽤滚动轴承，轴向尺⼨更为缩⼩，结构紧凑，润滑油需求量⼩。

轴向⼒平衡技术，可延⻓推⼒轴承寿命。

Compressor features

The bilateral asymmetric arc envelope rotor molded lines, grinding, high efficiency, low noise.

Semi-hermetic structure without shaft seal. Prevent leakage of refrigerant and oil, and low

maintenance cost later.

Patented refrigerant siphon liquid cooling motor, duplex bearing brace, built-in coupling.

Permanent magnet motor，small volume，high efficiency.

NSK high precision special bearings, high precision, long lifetime.

Rotor radial support adopts rolling bearings, axial size is more reduced, compact structure，

low lubricating oil demand.

Axial force with balancing technology, thrust bearing has a long lifetime.

压缩机组特点

⾼效油分离器，排⽓含油量⼩于5 p pm。

压差供油，去掉油泵，节省成本。

采⽤⾼效热虹吸式油冷却器，传热效率⾼，结垢少，坚固耐⽤。

采⽤⾼效变频制冷剂液体冷却电机，⽐传统吸⽓冷却、喷液冷却电机形式CO P⾼。

压缩机采⽤内油路设计，外接管路简洁，泄漏点少。

安全保护⻬全：排⽓压⼒超⾼保护、油压差过低保护、油温过⾼保护等。

suction cooling and liquid cooling motors.

Compressor with internal oil design, external piping simple, less leakage points

机组控制特点

Standard configuration PLC and color touch screen, the operation interface is intuitive and easy to

understand, supports multi-language switching such as Chinese and English, and is suitable for

multiple models.

Optional functions can be added through expansion modules, such as evaporative condenser and

barrel pump unit control. The sensor range is simple to modify, which is convenient for

replacement of spare parts.

Support U disk (or SD card) expansion to achieve a large amount of storage of operating data and

alarm records.

Comprehensive fault diagnosis to ensure long-term stable operation. Diagnostic information text

reminder and sound and light alarm notification.

Support Modbus and a variety of serial ports and industrial standard Ethernet communication

protocols to facilitate the data collection of the upper SCADA system and the group control of the

compressor unit.

标准配置PLC和彩⾊触摸式显⽰屏，操作界⾯直观易懂，⽀持中英⽂等多语⾔切换，适⽤多

种机型。

可通过扩展模块增加可选功能，如蒸发冷、桶泵机组控制。传感器量程修改简单，⽅便备件

更换。

⽀持U盘（或SD卡）扩展，实现⼤量的存储运⾏数据和报警记录。

全⾯的故障诊断保证⻓期稳定运⾏。诊断信息⽂字提醒以及声光报警通知。

⽀持Modbus及多种串⼝及⼯业标准以太⽹通讯协议，⽅便上位SCADA系统数据采集以及压

缩机组的群控。
