颗粒精炼剂产品是一种真正意义上的环保精炼剂，

它的化学组成为无水粒状熔盐合成物，外观为灰

白或浅黄色不规则颗粒，直径 0.83-3.15mm，使

用时无烟无味无尘，可有效替代混合型精炼剂，

彻底解决铝及铝合金生产中由于精炼剂带来的氯

气、氯化氢气体和氟化物等气体的污染。

2.5kg per ton of aluminum liquid

·扒渣 , 调整铝液温度 720-750℃，精炼时间为 15-20 分钟。

·将所需量粉剂装入喷粉机中，打开氮气气阀，然后再打开喷粉机开关，待粉管有粉喷出后即可插

入铝液中进行精炼。

·也可置于钟罩中，直接压入铝液中搅拌。

·Remove slag, adjust the aluminum liquid temperature to 720-750 ℃ , and refine for 15-20 minutes.

·Load the required amount of powder into the powder spraying machine, open the nitrogen gas valve, and then

turn on the switch of the powder spraying machine. Once there is powder sprayed from the powder pipe, it can be

inserted into the aluminum liquid for refining.

氮气纯度最好大于 99.99%，不应低于 99.9%，否则难以充分显示喷粉精炼的优点。

1. 净化作用：利用混合轻稀土在铝液温度下与特

殊添加剂的作用，获得高活度的稀土，高活度稀

土与氧的亲和力大于铝与氧的亲和力，减少了氧

化铝夹杂，有利于渣、铝分离；利用原子态稀土

与铝液中氢原子生成稳定固相氢化稀土的化合脱

氢反应原理，达到了除氢的效果。

2. 变质作用：细化晶粒和枝晶，并使之分布均匀，

抑制粗片状 T2 相出现，消除原晶内分布的粗大块

状相并形成球状相，使晶界处条状及碎块状化合

物明显减少，最终起到变质的作用；

1. 净化作用：利用混合轻稀土在铝液温度下与特殊添加剂的作用，获得高活度的稀土，高活度稀土

另外，使用溶剂后，形成的渣为松散的灰白色渣，且铝渣分离效果良好。

1. 本产品已批量适用于 6 系合金棒（重熔棒）：6082、6061、6005、6013、6063、6463 等铝棒

的生产中，且铝棒的挤压速度、力学性能，相比较市场传统精炼剂生产的铝棒均有明显改善，同时

可以免于均质工艺环节（对于有均质要求的铝棒），批量验证生产数据对比如下（仅供参考）：

备注：如需提升产品力学性能及后续挤压速度，相对废料比率不超 40% 效果最佳。对产品力学性

能有特殊要求，可适当增加精炼剂投放，但最高不超 5KG/T（正常值 1.5-3KG/T），如果是铝水棒

使用该精炼剂则各项性能提升更佳。

2. 本产品在铝水棒生产中也已经陆续代替普通精炼剂批量使用，尤其是对于有均质要求的棒材，在

使用此款精炼剂后，可免于均质处理，也可达到均质棒同等效果，且挤压速度提升效果明显。

3. 对于表面质量要求比较高的产品，可以使用此精炼剂进行精炼铝棒，最终产品表面质量比普通精

炼剂的表面质量要光亮、细腻，易于着色。

1. 精炼剂添加量：1.5-3% 公斤 / 吨；

2. 精炼工艺及方法：精炼温度控制在 720-760 度，用氮气或氩气进行送粉精炼，分三次精炼，精炼

剂送粉速度为：1-1.5KG/min， 保证慢速连续送粉；第三次精炼扒渣后，建议静置 20-30 分钟后可

以放水铸棒，铝水温度控制在 720-740 左右；

3. 保护气体为：氮气或氩气；

4. 其它注意事项：使用时应确保四周通风良好，防止口鼻吸入，避免与皮肤、眼睛直接接触，操作

时应着安全防护装备。

3. 符合环保要求：采用含稀土的精炼剂在精炼过程中形成了固态氢化物，显著减少了处理过程的烟

尘释放及熔炼过程的铝烧损，化学反应相对于普通精炼剂作业过程更少烟、无毒和少气味等特点；

喷到铝熔池内，在弥漫小氮气泡和溶剂的联

合作用下，除去铝液里面的夹渣和氢气。

1、本品在铝液中生成大量弥散分布的 ZrAl 高熔点微粒，凝固时它们作为外来晶核而细化晶粒组织，

从而提高铝材或铸品的强度与塑性，改善综合机械技能。

2、本品为白色块状金属，250g/ 块表面光洁无明显肉眼可见的渣孔。

3、加入温度低，锆元素损耗低。

1、用前烘烤干燥。

2、加入温度 :>720° C

3、本品加入量 : 据实际由计算及试验自行确定。

4、加入方法 : 升温到所需温度，扒开浮渣，将本品轻投入铝液各处，搅拌均匀，静置 20~30 分钟。

浇注前应搅拌均匀。

1. This product contains mixed rare earth elements such as mace, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, etc. It can refine

grains, purify aluminum liquid, improve the strength and plasticity of the alloy, and improve processing performance.

2. This product is suitable for electrical aluminum, and RE (dilute) can significantly reduce the harmful effect of Si on conductivity.

3. This product can optimize and refine the morphology and distribution of primary and eutectic silicon, and has long-term

本品含混合稀土金属 RE9~11%，适用于浇注时间较长的铝硅合金的变质处理、铝液净化及稀土元素

RE 的添加。用于电工铝业，允许的硅杂质上限可由 0.09% 提高到 0.14~0.15%。

The product contains mixed rare metal RE9~11%,which is applicable to modification treatment of aluminium silicoralloy with longer

casting time,purification of aluminium liquidand addition of rare metal element REWhen it is used irelectrc aluminium industry,the

allowed silicon impurity upperlimit can rise from 0.09% to 0.14~0.15%.

1、用前烘烤干燥。

2、加入温度 :720~760℃。

3、本品加入量 : 铝液中加入 0.03~0.15% 的 RE 对不同合金将有不同程度的变质与净化作用，经济

加入量由试验确定。本品参考用量为待处理铝 ( 新料 ) 的 0.3~1.5%。

4、变质有效时间 :4~8 小时。

5、操作方法 : 向铝液投入合金块，熔化后搅拌均匀，静置 10 余分钟后，扒渣浇试棒，断口检查正

常时即可浇注。

6、断口检查 : 炉前试棒尺寸 φ12x100。正常断口为银白色丝绒状，晶粒细小均匀，无硅亮点。

5.Operating method:Put alloy blocks into aluminium liquidand mix up evenly after melting,place for more than 10minutes,skim the

slag and cast trial bar.When fractureinspection in normal,pouring can be performed.

6.Fracture inspection:On-the-spot test bar size φ12x100.Thenormal fracture is silvery white velvet type with fine anduniform grain

size and no silicon spot.
