Sense Function

The Sense technology allows you to control how sensitive the Fridge Protector is to voltage problems. Using the Sense dial you can set the desired level of protection.

(H) High setting ensures greater protection by narrowing the accepta ble voltage limits. This is ideal for users with less erratic mains supply that require better protection,

typically in main cities where the power supply is fairly stable.

(L) Low setting ensures more working time as it will tolerate wider acceptable voltage limits. This is ideal for users with more erratic mains supply that constantly

switches off, providing wider window of acceptable voltage limits.

The AVP is an Automatic Voltage Protector rated at 30/40Amps (AVP30/AVP40). The AVP will switch off the equipment connected to it if the mains power goes outside preset

acceptable limits and will re-connect automatically - when the mains power returns to normal. Re-connection takes place after a delay ('the start-up delay') to ensure

stability of the mains.

In addition, the start-up delay provides protection against power-back surges commonly experienced after resumption of power in a power cut situation.

Surge and spike protection is also incorporated to ensure protection against these commonly occurring events.

The AVP3P is an Automatic Voltage Protector designed to protect three phase loads from voltage fluctuations, over voltage, under voltage, surges, dips and frequent start/

stops. The output is a single volt-free changeover contact, rated at 16A. This is intended to control an external contactor, control circuit, start/stop system or alarm. If the

The Air Condition Protector protect against low voltage, high voltage, power-back surges, power fluctuations and surges/spikes. It features a start up delay of about 4

minutes to prevent frequent switching on and off during fluctuations.

The Air Condition Protector has a built-in microprocessor which adds the advanced feature save time to save on down time. save time means that when the mains returns

to normal after any event, the Air Condition Protector checks the duration of the OFF time. If the unit has been off for more than 4 minutes then it will switch the airconditioner on within 10 seconds rather than the standard 4 minutes. If however, the unit has been off for less than 4 minutes, the Air Condition Protector will ensure that it

will remain off up to 4 minutes and then restarts automatically.

An integral circuit breaker enhances the protection offered by the Air Condition Protector. lf a short circuit or over-load occurs, the circuit breaker detects the fault and the

air conditioner is safely disconnected. To resume operation, simply switch the Air Condition Protector circuit breaker on again, assuming the cause of the overload has been

removed. The air conditioner will restart automatically after an intelligent time delay.
