积400多亩，厂房面积20多万平方米。

博汇世通是一家薄板和中厚板结构件专业化企业，拥有先进的下料、成型、焊

接、机加工、涂装、检测设备，能够为工程机械（挖掘机、装载机、高空作业平台

等)、矿山机械、农业机械等行业提供1mm-150mm厚度板材的复杂钣金结构件。

2000年1月博汇世通成为卡特彼勒国内供应商中，首家通过供应商质量体系

(MQ1005）认证的企业；之后又获得卡特彼勒供应商质量认证体系（SQEP）的铜牌

(2009年）、银牌（2012年）、金牌（2017年）认证；2022年至2024年连续三年荣获

卡特彼勒SER供应商审核 “卓越” 最高等级认证。

公司先后通过ISO9001: 2015质量管理体系认证、ISO14001: 2015环境管理

体系和ISO45001: 2018 职业健康安全管理体系认证。并于2017年3月成功申报博

士后科研工作站，2018年11月获高新技术企业认证，2023年12月成功认定“江苏

省专精特新中小企业”，现拥有发明专利5项，实用新型专利98项。公司以创新驱

Xuzhou Globe-Reach Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., formerly known as Sheet Metal

Factory (SMF), is located in Xuzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone,

China, covering about 300,000 square meters including facility area of 200,000 square

meters.

SMF is specialized in manufacturing steel fabrication parts. With state-of-the-art

equipment in cutting, forming, welding, machining, painting, inspection and assembly,

it is capable of providing complex steel fabrication parts with plate thicknesses of

1mm to 150mm for construction (excavators, loaders, aerial work platforms etc.),

mining, forestry, agricultural and earth moving machineries.

As the first Caterpillar supplier in China to achieve Supplier Quality System

Certification (MQ1005) in January 2000, SMF successively won Supplier Quality

Certification System (SQEP) bronze medal, silver medal and gold medal between

2009 and 2017 , and was honored the highest “Excellent Level” of Supplier Excellence

Recognition (SER) by Caterpillar consecutively in 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Upholding innovation-driven strategies, SMF is certified by ISO9001:2015 Quality

Management System, ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System and

ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. It established

its post-doctoral research center in March 2017. It is also a certified High-Tech

Enterprise (Nov. 2018), “Specialized and Innovative Small-and-Medium Enterprise of

Jiangsu Province” (Dec. 2023). SMF currently boasts 5 invention patents and 98 utility

model patents, continuing the lead in the industry.

Based on the professional and continuous development of the construction machinery structural parts
