在焊管线上，冷切飞锯锯切中，常规大量生产的低碳钢管如Q195, Q235, SPCC等，依然主要是使用高速钢锯片，通过高

速钢锯片可以反复多次修磨的特性，使锯切成本比较低。但因为是连续性生产，通常选用高端高速钢锯片，这样努力减少更

换锯片的频次，减少停机时间。

生产一些强度高的焊管时，使用高速钢锯片，在磨齿后涂层，也可以取得不错的寿命，通常切口质量比合金齿锯片好。类似

这样一些特殊方案，也越来越多被应用。

In ERW tube industry, HSS blades are mainly used for low carbon steel. Taking advantage of its repeatedly re-sharp,

the cutting cost is quite low. Normally, high quality HSS blades are used in ERW tube line to reduce the down time.

For HSS blades, coating after teething makes it possible to cut higher tensile strength tube. And mostly it has better

sawing surface than TCT blades. Special solution like this is more and more applied.

HSS

在焊管线上，冷切飞锯锯切中，常规大量生产的低碳钢管如Q195, Q235, SPCC等，依然主要是使用高速钢锯片，通过高

速钢锯片可以反复多次修磨的特性，使锯切成本比较低。但因为是连续性生产，通常选用高端高速钢锯片，这样努力减少更

换锯片的频次，减少停机时间。

生产一些强度高的焊管时，使用高速钢锯片，在磨齿后涂层，也可以取得不错的寿命，通常切口质量比合金齿锯片好。类似

这样一些特殊方案，也越来越多被应用。

In ERW tube industry, HSS blades are mainly used for low carbon steel. Taking advantage of its repeatedly re-sharp,

the cutting cost is quite low. Normally, high quality HSS blades are used in ERW tube line to reduce the down time.

For HSS blades, coating after teething makes it possible to cut higher tensile strength tube. And mostly it has better

sawing surface than TCT blades. Special solution like this is more and more applied.
