Huayuan Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. (HAMC) is a National Level High Tech

Enterprise. HAMC specializes in R&D, Developing, Manufacturing and Sales

of composite materials and products. It is a professional supplier and solution

provider of composite materials and applications.

HAMC develops and produces SMC, BMC materials, insulation parts,

electrical & telecom outdoor cabinets, high speed railway and fast transit

products, based on an integrated manufacturing chain from R&D, material

developments, mold fabrication, and product production. Products mainly

replace conventional materials like metal, concrete, thermoplastics, and wood,

and widely applied in various industries, for example, electrical, telecom, fast

transit, high speed railway, automotive, and city construction.

SMC 片状模塑料（Sheet Moulding Compound, 简称 SMC）。是一种夹芯的模

压用原材料，芯材是短切无捻粗纱，浸渍聚酯树脂糊（内含树脂，低收缩添加剂，

内脱模剂，增稠剂，色浆等）上下两面用聚乙烯薄覆盖的片状材料。材料分为卷

筒供应或木箱吨装两种。使用时经裁剪、称重、揭去薄膜、叠层加入已升温的模具中，

加高压并按制品结构特性工艺保模一定时间后，即可脱模获得最终 SMC 制品。

SMC, abbreviation of sheet molding compound, is a molding material combines

chopped fiberglass, resin mixture (UP resin, low shrinkage additive, release agent,

thickening agent and pigment), covered from top and bottom by polyethylene films.

SMC material is packed and supplied in two forms, 50 KG roll or 1000 KG box. To

use the SMC material, workers have to cut the material, weigh it according to part

weight, uncover the polyethylene films from top and bottom, fold the material and

place it into heated mold, high pressure and heat forms the final part.

Emergency Escape Walking Deck is a special deck for passengers to

escape during an emergency. It’s a fire retardant, modular type escape

中国兵器工业金属材料理化检测中心、国家防火建筑材质量监督检测中心的检测，各项性能检测结果均优于行业技术指标。目前，

该产品已经应用于宁波、杭州等轨道交通项目以及金丽温高铁、海南西环高铁等高铁建设项目。该产品被认定为宁波市重点工业

新产品，并获得宁波市科技进步奖。

HAMC and Ningbo Urban Rail Transit Group together developed the composite cable tray. The product passed tests done by

Mechanical Industrial Electrician Materials Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, as well as China Ordnance Industry

Metal Materials Physical and Chemical Testing Center, and National Fireproof Construction Material Quality Supervision and Inspection

Center. All the test results are better than the industry technology index. At present, the composite cable tray has been used in Ningbo,

Hangzhou metro and Jinhua-Lishui-Wenzhou, Hainan West Wreath High Speed Railway construction. It is awarded as Ningbo City Key

New Industry Product, and Ningbo Science Technology Progress.

Anti-theft outdoor signal box is made of SMC material. Excellent sealing technology prevents dust, rain from entering into boxes, thus

greatly reducing the maintenance work. The signal boxes are designed to have a special worm-gear securities locks to strengthen

safety. These boxes have been used in high speed train tracks in along Ningbo, Shanghai, Qinghai to Rongcheng. HAMC has built up

电度表箱采用新型复合材料 SMC( 不饱和聚酯玻璃纤维增强片状模塑料 )，

表面光洁，外形美观，不易腐蚀，适用于户内外的各种恶劣环境。且绝缘、

阻燃性能好，能防止电器火灾事故的发生。

Electrical Meter Boxes made of SMC material have very fine surface finish,

and are capable for harsh environment. They are self-insulated, high

strength, chemical resistant and fire resistant, which made such boxes the

best solution for electrical meters.

箱体采用新型 SMC 材料压制而成，能抵抗各种环境与气候条件的影响和化学

侵蚀，使用寿命在 30 年以上。

箱体有内外气流通道，可调节箱体内部的空气温度、防水汽凝结功能。

箱体采用组合式设计，以及高性能密封件，整个箱体具备较高的密封性能，能

有效防雨、防尘、防虫害。保护性能达到 GB4208-IP65 要求。

箱体采用三点式门锁，锁芯分为 A、B、C、D 四种，特别加工，安全可靠，
