Resource Recycler is designed with the “Fish Gill”

structure of crossflow filtration. In the process, automatic collection of flocculent solids on the mesh

surface is realized by controlling water flow velocity, vacuum suction negative pressure and filter speed

difference, and the mesh holes are not easily to be

blocked. With the advantages of high filtering

efficiency, strong interception ability and not easy to

be cloged, it achieves the micron scale filtration of

water and resource recovery.

“物理气浮”系统作为资源回收机滤前单元,利用自有专利纤维悬

浮技术产生高度分解的微小气泡(10-20μm), 使水体中的细小纤维

和不溶于水的化学品粘附在一起,依靠气泡浮力上浮到水体表面,比

重较大的固形物经絮凝后沉淀于设备下部, 经收集器进行统一收集回用。

As the front-end unit of resource recycler, physical air flotation system

uses fiber suspension technology to generate highly decomposed tiny

bubbles (10-20μm) to adhere fine fibers and insoluble chemicals in the

water, which are floated to the surface of the water by the buoyancy of

the bubbles. The chemical flocculants with larger density deposit in the

lower part of the equipment, and are collected by the collector for

reusing.

No chemical additives, low operating cost;

The recycled chemicals and fine fibers can be reused, saving resources

and reducing waste discharge;

The effect is better than traditional air floating, fine fibers have strong

cohesion, stable form and large size;

Air floatation before filtration can greatly reduce the filtration load, and

the condensed fine fibers are easier to be intercepted, and SS is low after

filtration;

When the equipment is shut down for maintenance, the water concentration is high, which might sharply increase the load of the water

treatment system, affecting the normal operation of the environmental system and increasing the risk. Thus, the dosing system can be turned on

Straight Cleaning Filter is assembled with 3D stainless steel corrugated filter sectors. The

SS316 sectors have high temperature resistance, pressure resistance, corrosion

resistance, high filtration precision, high flow rate and other outstanding features. By

using the new solid and liquid separation technology of eco-membrane filtration, it has

the advantages of small footprint, large capacity of treatment, high quality of effluent

and stable operation. It can replace air flotation, disc, barrel, bag, fiber ball (or bundle)

滤饼深层过滤使用微孔纤维作为过滤介质,采用植物纤维、或

化学纤维。过滤纤维通过架桥作用形成滤饼,水体中的固形物通过

滤饼多级截留,在植物纤维特有的吸附作用下被容纳在滤饼中,透

过滤饼的水体被多级净化,该设备滤饼厚度可达4~5公分(相当于

4~5万目滤网过滤精度), 滤后清液中的悬浮物含量小于20mg/L。

Filter cake deep filtration uses Micro-porous fiber as filter media. The filter cake is formed by bridging the fibers at the beginning of

filtration. The solids in the water are intercepted in the filter cake

level by level and adsorbed by fibers. Thus, the water through the

filter cake is purified. The thickness of the filter cake can reach 4~5

cm (equivalent to the precision of 40000 to 50000 meshes filter

mesh), and the suspended matter content in the filter liquid is less

than 20mg/L. The filter cake can be reused after stripping and

cleaning, and the plant fiber is widely sourced, degradable and easy

to dispose.

理中得到广泛应用。但是膜污染的形成会降低膜分离性能,使出水水质恶化、

膜使用寿命缩短、经济成本增加等, 尤其是生物污染对膜的破坏性最为严重, 其污染过程受前端生物处理工艺出水中残余有机物和无机盐交互作用的影响, 机理复杂。

With small fiber diameter, large specific surface area, small filtration resistance

and high surface freedom, fiber filter cake has more opportunities to attach to

impurities in water and micro particles, so that the adsorption capacity of fiber

filter cake is improved, and the fouling interception capacity is large. Strong

adsorption ability makes the clarity of filtrate as high as 99%. Filter cake

membrane formed by naturally woven plant fibers, can remove pollutants

such as chroma and macromolecular organics, suspended matter, heavy metal

ions, colloids, viruses, bacteria in water quickly, efficiently, and safely.

1. Resource recycler selectively reclaims the material with shape more than 10 microns, no chemical additives during processing. Therefore the recycled material can be directly used for production, which not onlyguarantees the product quality, but also ensure

high reuse retention rate and resources utilization rate. 2. After precipitating, the material that can not be reused will be removed from the filter liquid of the Resource

Recycler and the overflowe clear water can be reused directly in the reclaimed water. 3. With Xingsheng Straight Cleaning Filter, the overflowed clear water is deeply

Bagless metal fiber corrugated filter sector (patent number

ZL2016209304098) is composed of bottom mesh (14 meshes)

and special SS316 wire. The filtration accuracy is equivalent to

2000 meshes. It is mainly used to solve the defects of large

amount of turbid filtrate and clear water produced by multi- disc fiber reclaimer, and the output of ultra-clear filtrate is
