（1）依法设立，有实际经营场所、依法纳税、缴纳社会保险、无严重违法失信记录。

law, and no serious violation of law and credit record. （2）法律法规规定应由行业主管部门前置审批的，需经过批准。

（1）法国实习生需满足双方高校（含职业、技工院校）的在校生或毕业不满1年的毕业生；德国实习生需满足双方高校（含

职业、技工院校）已至少完成四个学期高等教育的高校在校生或毕业不满1年的毕业生。

colleges) of both sides or graduates who have graduated less than one year; German interns shall meet the requirements of students

enrolled in colleges and universities (including vocational and technical colleges) of both sides who have completed at least four

semesters of higher education or graduates who have graduated less than one year. （2）应年满18周岁。

(2) They should be at least 18 years old. （3）有确定的实习单位，且在本市行政区域内正常经营及依法开展活动。

(3) There is a defined internship unit, and normal operation and activities in the administrative area of the city in accordance with the

law. （4）实习期应不超过6个月，且不能同时拥有雇员身份。实习期限包括①实习期限为90日及以下的；②实习期限为90日以上、

6个月以内。

(4) The internship period should not exceed 6 months and cannot have employee status at the same time. The internship period

includes ① internship period of 90 days and below; ② internship period of 90 days or more and within 6 months. （5）无犯罪记录。

（7）持有有效护照或能代替护照的其他国际旅行证件。

缺陷。不建议戴帽子或头巾等饰物，如因宗教原因不得不戴，应确保其不遮挡申请人整个面部。

②Frontal bareheaded photo of the applicant within 6 months: recent bareheaded electronic photo with white background, no border, complete facial features, clear image, no spots, blemishes or ink-print defects. It is not recommended to wear ornaments such as hats

or headscarves. If you have to wear them for religious reasons, you should ensure that they do not cover the applicant's entire face. ③实习合同：应提供中文合同，不得涂改。

③Internship contract: A contract in Chinese should be provided and should not be altered. ④实习确认书（法国实习生的实习确认书由法国驻华大使馆文化教育合作处出具；德国实习生的实习确认书由德国工商大会

④ Internship confirmation letter (for French interns, the confirmation letter will be issued by the Cultural and Educational

Cooperation Department of the French Embassy in China; for German interns, the confirmation letter will be issued by the German

Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China, one by one, German-Chinese Business and Technical Consulting Services Ltd. including Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou branches). ⑤申请人护照或国际旅行证件：护照或国际旅行证件信息页。护照有效期不得少于6个月。

⑤ Passport or international travel document of the applicant: Information page of the passport or international travel document. The

passport must not be valid for less than 6 months. （2）实习期限为90日以上、6个月以内

issued by the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China, one by one German-Chinese Technical Consulting Service for

Industry and Commerce, including Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou branches). ⑤无犯罪记录证明：应当由申请人国籍国或经常居住地警察、安全、法院等部门出具，并经我驻外使、领馆认证或外国驻华

使、领馆认证。

⑤ Certificate of no criminal record: it should be issued by the police, security, court, etc. of the applicant's country of nationality or

place of permanent residence, and certified by our embassies and consulates abroad or by foreign embassies and consulates in China. ⑥申请人护照或国际旅行证件：护照或国际旅行证件信息页。护照有效期不得少于6个月。

(6) Applicant's passport or international travel document: Passport or international travel document information page. Passport validity

must not be less than 6 months. ⑦体检证明：由中国检验检疫机构出具的境外人员体格检查记录验证证明或健康检查证明书，签发时间均在6个月内。入境

前可采用承诺制并提供体检承诺书。

(7) Medical examination certificate: The certificate of verification of medical examination record or health examination certificate

issued by Chinese inspection and quarantine institutions for foreign personnel, all issued within 6 months. Pre-entry commitment

system can be used and provide a commitment to medical examination. ⑧其他材料：许可受理机构或决定机构根据需要要求进行补充提供的材料。

⑧ Other materials: the permit acceptance agency or decision agency as needed to request additional materials. 2. 入境后申请《外国人工作许可证》

（1）申请人体检证明：由中国检验检疫机构出具的境外人员体格检查记录验证证明或健康检查证明书，签发时间在6个月内。

(1) Applicant's medical examination certificate: Certificate of verification of the medical examination record or health examination

certificate of the foreigner issued by the Chinese inspection and quarantine agency, issued within 6 months. （2）申请人有效签证或有效居留许可：入境后补充上传护照（或国际旅行证件）签证页、最近的入境签章页或居留许可信

息页。

(2) Applicant's valid visa or valid residence permit: Upload the visa page of passport (or international travel document), the most

recent entry signature page or residence permit information page after entry as a supplement. （3）其他材料：许可受理机构或决定机构根据需要要求进行补充提供的材料。

(3) Other materials: additional materials required by the permit acceptance agency or the decision agency as needed. （三）注意事项

(C) Notes

1. 实习合同期限应不超过6个月。

1. The duration of the internship contract should not exceed 6 months. 2. 在中国学习的法国留学生可在我国直接申请实习，无需返回原籍国。

2. French students studying in China can apply for internship directly in China without returning to their country of origin.

3. 用人单位在系统录入时，请在具体职务里填“实习”字样即可。

3. When the employer enters the application in the system, please fill in the word \"internship\" in the specific position. 4.《外国人工作许可证》期限不能超过护照有效期限、实习合同期限、营业执照或其他法定注册登记证明的有效期限。

4. The duration of the Work Permit for Foreigners cannot exceed the validity period of the passport, the duration of the internship

contract, or the validity period of the business license or other legal registration certificate. 5. 实习期限为90日及以下的，入境前申请《外国人来华工作许可通知》，入境后免办《外国人工作许可证》，全程在线办理。

5. If the duration of the internship is 90 days or less, you can apply for the Notification of Work Permit for Foreigners before entering

China, and after entering China, you are not required to apply for the Work Permit for Foreigners, and the whole process is online. 6. 实习期限为90日以上、6个月以内的，入境前申请《外国人来华工作许可通知》时全程在线办理，入境后申请《外国人工

作许可证》时，需提交所有上传材料原件到受理窗口核验。

6. If the internship period is more than 90 days or less than 6 months, the application for \"Notice of Work Permit for Foreigners in

China\" should be processed online before entry, and the application for \"Work Permit for Foreigners\" should be submitted to the

reception window for verification of all the original uploaded documents after entry. 7. 实习结束后不得办理加注“实习”字样的《外国人工作许可证》延期。

7. You cannot apply for the extension of the Work Permit for Foreigners with the word \"internship\" after the internship is completed. （四）审批期限

In case of special circumstances requiring an extension of the deadline, the permit acceptance agency or the deciding agency will

exercise discretion.
