云南财茂建材有限公司自2009年3月成立以来，是一家专注于建

材销售为主的民营企业。历经十年风雨，公司秉承“客户至上”的经

营理念，始终坚持以“忠诚、团结、创新、担当”的宗旨，打造出一

支“高效、敬业”的精英队伍服务于社会。2020年9月17日正式成立云

南财茂企业服务有限公司，蜕变成一家以研发—生产—销售—服务为

一体化的民营企业。

Since its establishment in March 2009, Yunnan

Caimao building materials Co., Ltd. has been a private

enterprise focusing on the sales of building materials.

After ten years of trials and hardships, the company

adheres to the business philosophy of "customer first"

and always adheres to the purpose of "loyalty, unity,

innovation and responsibility", so as to create an

"efficient and dedicated" elite team to serve the society.

On September 17, 2020, Yunnan Caimao Enterprise

transformed into a private enterprise integrating R & D,

production, sales and service.

In order to build a platform for building materials

traders to create and grow together, Caimao people

always forge ahead with the concept of "virtue, precision,

harmony and win-win"

2009年，创立了自己的第一家公司——云南财茂

1994年，当时生活条件艰苦，为减轻家庭负担，

他放下学业跟随大姐夫苟海青来到昆明务工。此后的十

多年时间，他涉足多个行业，做过装卸工，包装工，经

营过小本生意，怀揣梦想的他始终不满于现状，脑海中

萌发出想自己创业的念头。

财茂企业创始人付廷美先生，1978年9月出生于云

南省曲靖市会泽县者海镇，汉族，现任财茂企业总经理

兼运营总监。

建材有限公司，主营砂石料，及袋装水泥零售。期间与多家大型公司(北京龙发装饰、

佳园装饰、中策装饰、创艺装饰)合作，业绩突飞猛进，于2011年12月成立财茂装饰部，

实现多元化经营。

拥有敏锐商业天赋的他，察觉到水泥批发业的发展前景，在2014年，正式转型进入

水泥行业做销售代理。他怀着满腔热血，每天早上5点就起床跑市场，记录每家水泥零

售门店电话，于10点开始逐个打电话沟通，对接业务合作。历经五年风雨，2019年公司

实现年销量约60万吨，销售额突破1.9亿余元。

在水泥销售行业取得一定成绩后，通过参加《中小型企业经营管理领军人才培

训》、《摩天之星——企业管理》及商砼专业知识学习，学习使人进步、圈层决定未

来。于2019年成立云南源茗源茶业有限公司，承包了宜良陈家渡紫郦茶山800亩茶园

30年经营权跨入农产业；于2020年收购云南鑫胜混凝土有限公司51%股权进军混凝土行

业；于2020年9月17日成立云南财茂企业服务有限公司。先后收购晋宁站、呈贡站、乌东

德站，实现多元化、规模化运营，为实现共同创业梦，心中永存美好愿景，不忘初心、

坚定不移带领一群人一同奋斗。

2020年11月20日成立云南财茂混凝土有限公司，坐落于昆明

市·晋宁区晋城镇天城门村委会506号，拥有员工50余人，配置

2条180生产线，年产量50万方。

Yunnan Caimao Concrete Co., Ltd. was established on November 20, 2020. It is located at No.

506, tianchengmen village committee, Jincheng Town, Jinning District, Kunming. It has

more than 50 employees and two 180 production lines, with an annual output of 300000 m3.

2020年12月1日成立云南财茂新型建筑材料有限公司，坐落于

昆明市呈贡区吴家营街道郎家营社区八组赵家山村小石头

山，拥有员工50余人，配置2条180生产线，年产量50万方。

Yunnan Caimao new building materials Co., Ltd. was established on December 1, 2020. It is

located in xiaoshitou mountain, zhaojiashan village, group 8, langjiaying community,

wujiaying street, Chenggong District, Kunming. It has more than 50 employees and is

equipped with two 180 production lines with an annual output of 300000 m3.
