I always believed that education is the most important cause in the world. It has always been regarded as a

sacred duty to educate, train and help children prepare for future challenges. For many years, the unique Living

Word School education has been committed to these following aspects:

Enabling students to learn effectively:

The most important manifestation of learning results is quality rather than quantity, The current \"double

reduction\" policy is precisely targeted so that everyone can return to the most efficient learning methods. Doing

away with excessive examinations and mechanized exercises, and focusing on cultivating children's ability to

think critically. LWS is committed to creating a new campus with Socratic learning mode. Students have been

encouraged to accept and learn the culture of embracing all and to think \"why?” and \"how?” instead of \"what?\".

For our students the world will be a space with unlimited possibilities, rather than a set of established rules;

A strong bridge between home and school promotes educational results:

Education is the most effective when it is the result of cooperation between the most educated teachers and the

most nurturing parents. Only the joint partnership of home and school can ensure the actual effect of

\"education\". Our teachers will create an approachable discussion atmosphere in the classroom, guide and

encourage students to challenge new ideas, raise new questions, and listen to their opinions. Our education can

make the best use of the situation to keep children's curiosity and let them understand that finding problems is

more important than solving them. We also incorporate family education guidance services into the school's

work plan. Through regular communication with parents and holding parent lectures, we advocate that children

should be guided to develop a wide range of interests, healthy aesthetic pursuits and good learning habits

through family education, enhance the spirit of scientific exploration, innovation awareness and ability, and

respect children's right to participate in relevant family affairs and express opinions.

Focus on the relationship between people and technology:

Science and technology progresses by leaps and bounds. In ���� Alphago's impressively won a �:� victory over

world champion go player Li Shishi. Science and technology are developing at an exponential rate, which

signals that a strong artificial intelligence is not far away. The biggest challenge for our next generation of

children is to not let them to be replaced by this march of progress. This is the trend we can see now, so that we

can focus on ensuring that children will not be replaced by artificial intelligence in the near future.

Interpret the true meaning of holistic education and put it into practice:

Place our students at the center of education, give them comprehensive care, pay attention to their feelings and

thoughts to cultivate their empathy and innovation ability.

Encourage children to love sports and fitness. This helps them gain confidence and passion through sports,

learning rules, justice, teamwork and empathy. Sports not only bring children a healthy and strong physique,

but also cultivate their self-confidence, open-mindedness and enterprising personality. Our goal is to make

sports a habit, attitude, and even lifestyle.

Train children to enjoy music and let them understand that with music’s accompaniment in life they will get

greater spiritual and mental satisfaction. The natural sounds of music will wake the sleeping spirit and inspire

the soul. Music is a magic that can bring others to a happier existence.

LWS children have the opportunity to receive a truly international education. We not only train our children to

have the ideology and values that a Chinese should have, but also the ability to understand and tolerate different

ideologies and values caused by cultural differences. More importantly, we can let people with different cultural

backgrounds understand and accept the unique values of Chinese people. This is my ideal, It is also the

direction that LWS has been striving for!

OVERVIEW

上海闵行区民办美高双语学校位于闵行区华漕镇,坐落于上海虹桥国际学校群区内,是一所经闵行区教育局审批通过的九年一贯制

民办学校。我们的课程严格遵循上海市中小学二期课改课程大纲,同时融入国际化教学理念。美高的孩子以学贯中西,具有身份认同

感,同时拥有国际化高度的视野为培养目标,无论孩子的未来求学路将如何选择,在任何方向上都将充满竞争力。

LWS is located in Minhang District, Huacao Town, within the Shanghai Hongqiao International School region.

The Minhang District Educational Bureau has accredited our school. Our curriculum strictly follows the

reform of primary and secondary schools within Shanghai and is integrated into international teaching

concepts. LWS Children are trained in both Chinese and Western learning methods. This allows them have a

sense of national identity while still having an international outlook. No matter how they choose to study in

the future, they will be competitive wherever they go.

Living Word Shanghai Bilingual School encourages each student to master a

The Nurturance of UC Berkeley's learning bully

California Berkeley which is hard to reach in everyone's eyes, but it is

the last choice of Ben.

This \"other people's child\" not only has dazzling academic achievements,

with a rock soul, obsessed with Pink Floyd's music, served as the

president of the music production club in school, has his own band,

Tennis world champion teenager from LWS to Emory

The ��-year-old \"Little Li Na\" breaks the stereotype of a traditional

Chinese girl. Although only �� years old, she has �� years of

professional tennis training experience. As an international student,

JIN started to play tennis at the age of � and started to take a career

path at ��. In the process, she was inseparable from her persistence

and sacrifice. In Grade � and ��, JIN participated intensively in the

\"World Junior U�� International Tennis Tour,\" which is held in different

countries and cities every year. It is the highest level of junior tennis

tournament in the world. Lee and her teammates won �� singles and

doubles titles in the tournament, and their team jumped to ��st in the

world rankings.

During his four years at LWS, JIN went straight to the club to train for

There are additional team selections for students with athletic skills

your international rankings, certification, video, etc. JIN Not only has a

world title, but her academic ability is always online, with a GPA of
