摘要:根据铝合金复杂薄壁件的结构特征和产品技术要求,结合低压铸造的工艺特点,确定采用砂型低压铸造
方法。重点从浇注系统的设计方面进行工艺方案分析,同时利用计算机数值模拟对充型流场、温度场以及缩
孔、缩松等铸造缺陷的预测完成工艺方案的优化。模拟结果合格后投入生产首件试制,针对产品出现的浇不足
和气孔缺陷,简单阐述铝液质量对缺陷产生的相关影响并采取控制措施,最终经小批量生产验证,铸件合格率
很高,内部质量几乎无缺陷。

Abstract:According to the structural characteristics and product technical requirements of complex thin-walled
parts of aluminum alloys, in combination with the technological characteristics of low-pressure casting, the sand
low-pressure casting method has been determined. The focus is on the analysis of the process plan from the design
of the gating system, and the optimization of the process plan has been completed by use of computer numerical
simulation to predict the filling flow field, temperature field, and casting defects such as shrinkage cavities and
shrinkage porosity. After the simulation results are qualified, the first trial production is put into production. In
view of the insufficient pouring and porosity defects in the product, the relevant impact of the quality of the molten
aluminum on the defects has been briefly explained and control measures have been taken. Finally, after small
batch production verification, the casting qualification rate is very high, and the internal quality is almost flawless.
