特征 FEATURES

AS440, SX460, MX341或MX321 任选的自动电压调节器(AVR),

主机定子通过AVR向励磁机定子提供电力。

励磁机转子的输出功率通过三相全波整流器输给主机转子。该整流器二端并有压敏电阻,抑

制浪涌电压,以免由诸如短路或者并联时相位失步而引起的冲击。励磁机定子带有磁钢,可

保证在任何情况下,顺利起动。

AS440电压调整率为±1%具有并联运行,低频保护,外部电压调节等多种功能,MX341,MX

321 为带永磁发电机所用的AVR系统。

The main stator provides power for excitation of the exciter field via AVR

Output power of exciter's rotor is input to that of mains through 3-phase full wave rectifier. Two ends of the rectifier are connected with

piezoresistance for restraining surge voltage and avoiding the impact caused by short circuit or parallel synchronization loss. Exciter's Stator is

equipped with permanent magnetic steel. It can make alternator starting smoothly in any occasions.

AXIS AND KEY

All of the alternator rotors should pass balance test, whose vibrations are

lower than the minimum of BS6861 P.1, G 2.5 two bearing alternator has a a

half-key testing balance.

标准的发电机是三相,并可对引至接线端子的12个接线头重接,接线端

子安装在发电机非驱动端的出线板上。在薄钢板制成的出线盒内有AVR,

The three-field alternator has 12 leads brought out to the terminals in

terminal box. The terminals are put on the non drive end. The box is

equipped with removable panels.

immersed in lacquer by peculiar tech. Varnish and colophony materials

are developed to strengthen the processing and machinery intensity of

windings and revolving parts for protecting the alternator work under

9、15……),是非线性负载不间断供电的最佳设计。与电网并联时,2/

3节距结构抑制了有时较大的线圈节距会产生的过大的中线电流。一个完全

细精选的绕组抑制了输出电压的波形畸变。

WINDINGS AND ELECTRIC FEATURES

2/3 pitch windings design can effectively eliminate the third harmonic

wave(3rd,9th,15th)of the voltage, which is the best design of UPS for

nonlinear load. Connected with the network in parallel, the structure

can restrain excessive currents in the midline

A continuous damp windings abates surges. The poles and gears of the

windings are carefully chosen, this and the 2/3 pitch help to check the

wave distortion of output voltage.

保证期:

交 流 发 电 机 的 保 证 期 为 自 我 司 通 知 货 妥 待 运 之 日 起 十 二 个 月 或

1200小时(以先到为准

对于在正确使用情况下,我方生产的任何产品在本保证期内出现的

故障,经我方检测完全是由于材料及制造引起的,我方将选择(决定)

予以修理或更换。故障部件需及时退还经销代理商或我方工厂,而且运

费已付,出厂编号及标识应完整无缺。

所有在保证期内修复更换的部件,将由亚南电机有限公司免费返回

(如在中国以外的地区,则采用海运)。我们将不承担搬运、更换任何

发 往 我 方 检 测 的 部 件 或 安 装 由 我 方 提 供 的 替 换 部 件 所 发 生 的 任 何 费

用.对由于没有按照我公司中在“安装使用维护手册”及“应用指南”

所推荐的安装步骤或因贮不当,或由非我公司授权代理人员修理,维护

或更换而造成的任何损失,我们将不承担任何责任。对于由非我公司生

产的第三方产品或专利产品,尽管由我方提供,但它们的质量应由各个

制造厂保证(如有出现)。

在本保证条件下的任何索赔必须包含所述故障的详细说明,产品的描

述,购买日期,供应商名称及地址,产品序列号(标在生产厂家的铭牌

上):如涉及备件,需提供备件的订单号。

我方对所有索赔所作的裁决是最终的和结论性的,用户应接受我方就

故障及更换部件等所有问题所作的决定,

通过对以上部件的维修或更换,我方已履行全部责任,在任何情况

下,我方的责任不超过有故障产品的现行价格,

此条款作为法律对该产品所规定的特殊的质量保证和条件的补充,除

此之外,我方对所交付的产品中的任何故障、任何损坏或损失(包括故

障的直接损失或引起的其它相关工作所造成的损失)不负责,也不管责

任是基于合同、侵权还是其它理由。

awaiting transportation. Or 1200 running hours (whichever is the shorter

period)

DEFECTS AFTER DELIVERY:

If products is defective in normal run conditions due to manufacture or

materials and the defective after checked by our Co. Occurs during the

warranty period. Then we will either repalr the products or replace it with

a new one. Whichever we believe to be appropriate under the

circumstances. Customer should take or ship prepaid defective parts to

our authorized service center or our factory, including products No. and

label.

All replace parts in the warranty period, YANAN Will send free of

charge.(we will choose see transportation for abroad)

The customer will be responsible for the cost due to lifting and replace

parts for checking to transport to us and installation of replace parts

which sent by us. We have no obligation to bear cost caused by incorrect

mounting or storage according to Mounting And Maintenance Manual

and Operation Manual: or any loss occurred by unauthorized staff for

repairing, maintenance and replace. For products isn't manufactured by

us , such as patent parts or third parts: The warrant will bear by each

manufacturer (if exist).

Any claim includes detailed defective description, products description,

purchase date, Sales Co. Name and address, Products series No(On

Nameplate). Referring to the spare parts: the end users should offer the

order list number. Our arbitrate for all claim is final and conclusive, and

the end user should accept our decision on fault and replacement of

parts.

We fulfils all the responsibility through above-mentioned maintenance or

replacement. In any case, our compensation don't exceed the current

price of defective price.

This clauses will be treated as law for supplement for special warranty of

quality and condition. Apart from it, Neither have we responsibility for

and fault and loss(including loss occurred during direct defective cost or

other relative work): Not for contract, pirate or other reason.

Nowadays, the energy structure of the world is changing to a more energysaving, environmental friendly, flexible and sustainable energy system. In the

near future, the energy distribution aiming at 100% renewable energy is

developing at a phenomenal speed all over the world. Facing the pressure of

atmospheric carbon emission standard, the government and power suppliers

are also changing their views on traditional energy power generation.

Therefore, more and more traditional energy power generation (such as coalfired power plants) has been replaced by renewable energy power generation.

In view of the contradiction between the instability of the present common

renewable energy (solar energy, wind energy, tidal energy, etc.) and the

demand of grid stability, this transformation needs to make innovative and

significant changes to the power infrastructure and technical means. The

emergence of battery energy storage system (BESS) solves this contradiction

well and provides solution for 100% renewable energy substitution.

Renewable energy power generation has the characteristics of intermittence,

fluctuation and unpredictability. Large scale access to the power grid will increase the

difficulty of frequency and voltage regulation of the power grid, and the power

transmission and dispatching will also become a difficult problem. Therefore, a large

number of wind and solar generation is abandoned in many new energy power stations.

The connection of BESS on the renewable energy generation side can solve this

problem well and save the unconsumed energy to balance the time gap between power

generation peak and consumption peak, and acts as a \"buffer\". The energy storage

system on the user side also can be used as an emergency power supply.
