代诗人王昌龄在《 诗格 》中有云，写山水之形为物境，寄景生情为

情境，托物言志为意境。本案以”镜面、水面、简约墙体“为物镜，

现代东方情愫为情境，通过反射镜面将这个空间界限消失 , 令核心空

间具有無界的感觉为意境。

为 S334 省道，对项目有一定的影响；东侧为农田，北侧为民

居集中区，周边缺乏市政和商业配套。项目规划以多层及小

高层住宅为主，配套适当的商业设施。建筑设计现代简洁、

典雅大方，在片区范围内有一定的空间识别度。空间布局以

带状宅间绿地为主，地面停车对道路的组织和绿化空间的营

造有一定的影响。

临近柳塘立交，交通便利。周围公园较多，景观资源较好。

This project is the earliest residential project within the area to implement true landscape design. It is located on Zhuangju Road, Qixia District,

Nanjing City. The second phase includes plots A, B, C, and D, which are

The design combines the characteristics of Fujian

Sansong Technology Co., Ltd., introduces cultural concepts, and shapes a factory area that can

showcase the company’s thick and complete image,

respecting the cultural and iconic landscape of the

city and the Wulong River. The facade design of the

building resembles ripples of river water, inspired

by the dynamic beauty of the Wulong River water

pattern. It also highlights the corporate culture

of Sansong Group, symbolizing the group’s desire

to ride the wind and waves,Opening a new chapter.

“江岸印迹，天街映象。” 是我们本次设计的核心设计理念。 将江城

与江汉路的文化与记忆作为设计内核驱动力，通过现代化科技的形式，

展现于设计之中，从文化中来，容气质中区，把武汉这座城市与当地人

民的生活文化气息融于设计中，展现给游客。同时通过科技的手段把现

时代武汉的智慧与前卫融入其中，打造一个同时具有江城文化内核与科

幻气息，集持续性收益，弹性化空间，多元化功能，新奇感体验，全龄

化需求与一体的综合性步行街广场 --- 江城“E-Park”。

The core design concept of our project is “the imprint of the riverbank and

the reflection of the sky street. Taking the culture and memory of Jiangcheng and Jianghan Road as the driving force of the design, through modern

technology, it is presented in the design. From the culture, it embodies the

temperament of the central area, integrating the cultural atmosphere of Wuhan

and the local people’s lives into the design, and showcasing it to tourists.

At the same time, by integrating the wisdom and avant-garde of modern Wuhan through technological means, we aim to create a comprehensive pedestrian

street square - Jiangcheng “E-Park” - that combines the core of Jiangcheng

culture and sci-fi atmosphere, integrates sustainable income, flexible space,

diversified functions, novel experiences, and full age needs.

龙袍新城位于南京重要的生态带——长江的下游、江河、湿地、滩

涂圩区共同构成了龙袍新城枕江偎河的水乡特征。本项目以“超链

双轴、活力通廊、合力赋能、协同发展”为主题，力求从人的角度

出发，通过尺度变化营造精细景观，创造城市意象，构筑城市灵

魂，打造“整体统一、富有韵律、层次鲜明、色彩丰富、独具地域

风格”的城市道路景观。设计范围有龙袍大道、龙腾路、北六路、

创业路四条主要道路。其中包含道路景观、道路节点景观、边侧

绿带及边侧防护绿地景观工程，道路总长9.7千米，道路绿地面积

60690平方米，边侧防护绿地687740平方米。

Longpao New Town is located in the downstream of the Yangtze

River, an important ecological belt in Nanjing, rivers, wetlands,

and mudflat, which together constitute the water town characteristics of Longpao New Town. The theme of this project is “super

chain dual axis, dynamic corridor, collaborative empowerment, and

collaborative development”. It strives to create a fine landscape from the perspective of humans, create urban imagery, and

construct the soul of the city through scale changes, creating

an urban road landscape that is “unified as a whole, rhythmic,

layered, colorful, and unique in regional style”. The design

scope includes four main roads: Longpao Avenue, Longteng Road,

Beiliu Road, and Chuangye Road. This includes road landscape,

road node landscape, side green belt, and side protective green

space landscape engineering. The total length of the road is 9.7

kilometers, with a road green space area of 60690 square meters

and side protective green space of 687740 square meters.
