Zunyi Economic and Technological Development Zone is

located in Huichuan District, Zunyi City, with a planned

area of 48.93 square kilometers. It implements the

operating mechanism of \"two establishments with identical

workforce\" together with Huichuan District. In 2021, the

Overview

Anshun National High-tech Industrial Development Zone is

located in Pingba District, Anshun City, with a planned area

of 91.23 square kilometers. Being home to Xiayun Industrial

Park, Yangchang Industrial Park and Leping industrial

Park, it will help facilitate the development of neighboring

Xixiu District and Anshun Economic and Technological

Gui'an New Area is the eighth State-level new area approved

by the State Council. Located between Guiyang and Anshun,

direct leadership of Gui'an New Area had a regional GDP

The written document covers: 1. basic information of the complainant

(including name, contact address, zip code, relevant contact persons and contact

information, and email address), eligibility certificates, date of the complaint; 2.

name of the respondent, contact address, zip code, and relevant contact persons

and contact information; 3. clear complaints and claims; 4. relevant facts,

evidence, and reasons, together with possible relevant legal basis; 5. a written

statement that the complaint has been accepted, processed or terminated by

the upper-level complaint processing dept, upper-level petition dept and other

depts, or a written statement that the complaint are not accepted due to the

entry or completion of administrative reconsideration, administrative litigation

and other procedures; 6. additional proof of the complainant's identity, power of attorney and proof of the delegate's identity, if the complainant delegates

someone else to submit the complaint. The power of attorney shall specify the

delegated matters, limits of power and duration.

If the complaint involves the protection of rights and interests, the written

document covers the name of the complainant, contact address, zip code,

of the claim, and problems related to foreign investment environment and

suggestions for specific policy measures.

Note: the complaint document shall be written in Chinese. Relevant evidence

Guizhou Province ranks 3rd in terms of bauxite reserve in China, its annual electrolytic aluminum output reaching 1.2

million tons. The province enjoys obvious advantages in phosphorus, lithium and manganese resources and comparative
