Based on the original functional plan, taking the surrounding projects and the demands of construction
party into account, the design uses classical style but maximally reducing its complex decorative lines. It
remains its good 3-phase proportion and redesigns the facade of commercial part of podium building,
which balances the cost and further improves the visual quality at the same time.
设计以原功能平面为依据，结合周边项目与建设方诉求，采用古典主义风格，但最大化减
少古典建筑中繁琐的装饰性线条，保留其良好的三段式比例，并对裙房商业部分进行二次立面
再设计，均衡造价的同时，进一步提升了视觉范围区域的品质感。

City. The original building is a semi-detached villa. Based on the overall planning and facade design, using
new materials and modern design skills, the project has been overall upgraded. At the same time, combined
with the current situation of the land , we have redesigned the parking spaces and other facilities and have
fully improved the quality of the ‘King Building’ .

法，通过新材料的运用和现代化的设计手法，整体上进行了全面升级。同时，结合用地现状，
对车位等附属设施进行了全面规划与整合，实现了楼王品质的全面提升。

The project islocated in Korla, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, which issurrounded with ecological
forest land. The building adopts free plan design, combined with the form of colonnade and ecological
facade, based on the local climate and cultural background, which integrates the building into the natural
landscape and gives full consideration to the living experience of the owners.
项目位于新疆库尔勒，用地周边为生态林地，建筑采用自由平面组织，结合当地气候与文
化背景，采用柱廊与生态立面结合的形式，使建筑融于自然景观的同时，全面考虑了业主在使
用功能上的居住体验。
