refrigerants. 除了对已确定的系统可进行称量加注外,确定制冷剂充注量的常用方法之一是观察液体

管道视液镜中制冷剂的流动情况。当液体流动清晰可见时,就可认为制冷剂已正确加注。出现

气泡通常说明制冷剂不足,但也可能是视镜前的液管存在缩放部分或冷凝压力的快速变化使制

冷剂压力下降。因此视液镜可作为一种确定制冷剂加注量的一个有效依据。

In addition to the determined system has been weighted and supplement

refrigerant, commonly used method of filling quantity of fluid is used to watch flow

condition of refrigerant in the level glass of pipeline. When the liquid flows clearly, we

can think refrigerants has correctly supplement. Exsiting air bubbles that usually indicates

insufficient refrigerants, but may also existence of scaling part in the liquid pipe before

level glass or refrigerant pressure drop because of condensing pressure changes quickly. Therefore level glass can be used as a kind of determination of an effective filling station. (三)、应保持清洁干燥,定期清扫风冷冷凝器翅片的灰尘及油污等杂物及传热管内侧的污

垢。

and debris to grease the dirt. (四)、查电控线头及其它部件是否有松动现象,如遇异常应及时维修和更换,检查前务必

abnormal phenomenon, should be timely maintenance and replacement, before inspection make

sure cut off supply power . (五)、多联机组停机时,应重点检查每组电磁阀是否关闭严,如果关闭不严将会对压缩机

造成重大的损害 When multi-connecting unit stops, we should check every group

electromagnetic valve whether closed tightly , if not closed will cause major compressor damage

(六)、机组长期停机的操作步骤 Operating steps for unit long time closing down

关闭供液总阀,打开两到三个库,打开压缩机,将氟利昂抽回至储液器里,关闭 库温

旋钮。然后关闭吸气总阀门,把总电源开关断开。Close supply liquid valve and open one

to two cold rooms, open the compressor, will withdraw the freon to liquid reserviors, close temperature knob. Then close the air intake valve, cut off the total power switch. (七)、机组长期停机后在开机的操作步骤 Starting steps after long time closing down

1) 先合总电源,,预热 12~18 小时,使压缩机曲轴箱或油分的温度周围环境高于

20℃ ,检查除供液阀以外的所有阀门是否处在全开状态。First shut off the total

power, pre-heating 12 to 18 hours, making compressor crankcase or the oil

separator temperature higher 20℃than environment, check all valves except

supply liquid valve whether is in wide open position or not. 2) 查看吸气压力是否过高,如果超过 5Bar 以上,需要开机抽氟步骤是: 打开自动控制

的启动按钮,关闭所有压缩机的旋纽开关,当有压缩机显示启动时,先打开风机和水

泵的旋钮,把任意一台台压缩机的吸气阀门关闭到还剩 3-4 圈后,用这台压缩机缓慢

把压力抽到停机压力。Check the air intake pressure high or not, if above 5Bar, steps for opening and pumping fluorine are: Open the automatic control button

and close all knob switch of compressor, When a compressor display starting up, first open the fan and pump knob, the arbitrary compressor suction valve close to

remained 3-4 laps, use this compressor slowly pumping the pressure to closing

down pressure. 3) 慢慢打开总供液阀(长时间停机要关闭此阀,将氟利昂抽到储液器里)然后看哪个库

制冷压缩机电机出现故障的原因有很多,从本质上可分为机械和电气两类。以下内容可

以帮助您确认系统中当前电机电气故障的根本原因。

There is many reasons of failure of refrigeration compressor motor, in essence it

can be divided into two kinds of mechanical and electrical. The following content can

help you to confirm the motor system failure. 山东神舟制冷有限公司建议,一旦压缩机电机发生故障,请在修理好或更换的压缩机试

机前,将检查接触器和过载保护器,如有损坏则需要更换新的接触器和过载保护器。

 电机烧毁的现象为:Phenomenon of motor burnning:

单相烧掉 Single phase burnning

指一个三相电机,两相故障而导致剩余一相两个线圈都过热或者烧掉的现象。比如说压缩机

某一相接触器持续连接,通电。

It indicates a three-phase motor, two phase failure caused the rest phase over heat and burnning

phenomenon. For example one phase contactor continuing connecting and power on. 点烧坏 Point burnning

指线圈内、分线圈之间或者线圈对地发生局部烧坏。请检查是否存在金属残渣或之前有机械

损伤。 另外,也可能是由于电涌、电压集中或者高电流而造成该现象。

It indicates inside coil, between coil or coil to ground happening part burnning. Pls

check whether there is metal scraps or before has mechnical damage. Besides, maybe

due to powe surge, voltage focus or high current caused this phenomenon. 端子短路 TERMINAL SHORT CIRCUIT

在端子上安装时扭矩过大非常有可能造成端子连接的绝缘不好,而引起端子短路。也可能

是因为压缩机接线盒受潮。在这种情况下,需确认接线盒的密封圈和进线孔的密封。

In the terminal installation excessive torque is very likely cause bad insulation of

connecting terminals and terminal short-circuit. Also may be because of the compressor

junction box damp. In this case, need to confirm the boxes into the hole sealing and line. 分线圈过热故障 COIL OVER-HEAT FAULT

指分线圈三相电机上的一个分线包由于某接触器动作或者失效而导致过热或烧掉,剩下的

那个线包无电压的现象。如这种情况请确认接触器和启动器的电气联动装置的接触功能是否良

好。

It indictaes that one coil of three-phase motor due to some contactor losing

effectiveness and caused over-heat or burnning, the rest coil has no volatge phenomenon.

If in this situation please confirm contactor and starter electric interlock contact function

is good. 均匀烧坏 AVERAGE BURNNING

所有的绕组均匀过热或烧掉。原因可能是电压不对或者电压不均衡。同样也需要检查一

All of winding uniform is overheat or burned. The reason may be wrong voltage or

unequal volatge. Also need check whether the motor is proper cooling. 22、压缩机机械方面故障分析 Compressor machinery fault analysis

压缩机的机械故障主要来源于以下几方面:

Compressor machinery fault mainly comes from the following aspects:

 由于液击造成吸排气阀片的损坏

Due to liquid impact caused the damage of absorption and vent valve chips

 由于强烈的液击造成曲轴、活塞连杆组及螺杆机的阴阳螺杆的损坏

Due to strong liquid impact caused bent axle, piston connecting rod and screw machine

damage

 由于回液造成冷冻油的稀释,导致机械运动部件的磨损

Due to return liquid caused dilution of refrigeration oil, caused attrition of mechanical

movement parts.  由于排汽温度过高造成冷冻油的失效导致机械运动部件的磨损

Due to exhaust steam temperature higher caused refrigeration oil lose effectiveness and caused

attrition of mechanical movement parts.  由于缺油运转造成机械运动部件的磨损

(一)、保修期规定:Warranty period stipulate

1) 在用户遵守产品使用说明书所示各项规定的条件下,从本公司发货之日起12个月内,

产品因质量不良发生不正常工作或损坏,本公司给予免费修理或更换。

provisions, from the date of delivery in 12 months due to poor quality or damage

product does not work normally, the company gives free repair or replacement. 2) 超过保修期规定的时间发生的机器故障,本公司负责修理,修理及配件费用由用户负

责。

Exceed the prescribed warranty time, machine breakdown, our company is

responsible for repair, but repair expenses and accessories for users. (二)不予保修范围:Not warranty range

1) 在保修期内,如因用户安装使用、操作不当引起的故障,本公司负责修理,但修理及

配件费用均由用户支付;

In warranty period, such as the fault of installation and improper operation of users, the company is responsible for repair, but the repair and accessories charges paid by

the users. 2) 产品的外观损坏,如油漆、镀层剥落等不予保修;

Product appearance damage such as painting, coating does not in warranty scope. 3) 在保修期内,产品发生故障后,请通知,由本公司维修人员到现场分析,确定处理意

见,未经本公司允许不应由他人拆装、检修,否则不予包修。

During the warranty period, after the damage of the product, please inform by our

company, maintenance personnel to the site analysis and makes disposal opinion, without the company allowance, others should not open it and repair, otherwise not

in warranty scope.

4) 客户提供资料失误,选型不合理,所选机组超出其运行范围。

Clients provide fault material, unreasonable selection, beyond the unit machine

scope of operation. 5) 压缩机未安装各种安全保护装置或安全保护系统接线不正确,安全保护包括压缩机过

热保护、油压安全开关、高低压保护(水流控制器)等

The compressor does not install all safety protection devices or safety protection

system connection is not correct, safety protection include compressor overheating

protection, oil safety switch, high and low voltage protection (flow controller), etc

6) 系统配套件选用不当,如膨胀阀选择失误,电磁阀关闭不严或未装曲轴箱加热器,造

成压缩机“湿运行"损坏。

Improper selection system accessories such as improper expansion valves, solenoid

valve is not completely closed or not install crankcase heater may cause "wet

operation" damage. 7) 选用不合格的冷冻油、制冷剂。

Choose unqualified frozen oil, refrigerant. 8) 电压异常或缺相等供电原因。

Abnormal voltage power or supply shortage power reason. 9) 在此特别提醒购买者与使用者:当您购买本公司所出售的冷库设备时,如要自行安装

调试,安装及调试人员必须是专业制冷技术人员,并有一定的安装调试经验。
