盐城以“环城皆盐场”而得名，历经两千多年的历史沉淀，处处散发着深厚的文化底蕴。汉末“建安七子”之一的陈琳文雄海 内、

蜚声华夏，范仲淹修筑范公堤泽被后世、世人传颂……盐城是名副其实的人文荟萃之地。

Yancheng used to be famous for salt fields surrounding the city. With over 2000 years of history, Yancheng emanates the charm of

profound culture everywhere. At the end of Han Dynasty, Chen Lin, one of “the Seven Scholars of Jian'an”, was very famous for his literary

achievement. Fan Zhongyan built the Fangong Embankment, for which he was eulogized for generations till now. Yancheng is veritably a

place breeding culture and talents.

原名江淮戏，距今已有 200 多年的历史。淮剧“九莲”“十三英”“七十二记”等传统剧目，是戏曲文化宝库中的独特财富。淮

剧的音乐，起源于民间的说唱与劳动号子，现已经形成几十种艺术流派。新中国成立后，创演现代戏的传统，在淮剧界得到进一

步的继承与发扬。优秀中青年淮剧演员梁国英、王书龙、陈澄先后获得戏曲演员最高奖——“梅花奖”。现代戏淮剧《小镇》荣

获中国第十五届文华大奖。淮剧被列入国家级非物质文化遗产名录。

Huai Opera, formerly named Jianghuai Opera, has a history of more than 200 years.“Jiulian”, “Thirteen Heroes”, “Seventy Two Records”

and other traditional operas in Huai opera are unique treasure in the traditional opera culture. The music in Huai opera originated from folk

talking and singing and work songs and dozens of art schools have been formed at present. After the new China was founded, the tradition

of playing modern opera was further inherited and developed in field of Huai opera. Excellent middle-aged and young actors of Huai opera

such as Liang Guoying, Wang Shulong and Chen Cheng successively won the highest prize for actor of traditional opera-“Plum Blossom

Prize”. The modern Huai opera named Small Town has won the 15th Wenhua Prize in China. Huai Opera is listed into directory of national

intangible cultural heritage.

盐城市“建湖杂技”发源于江苏省建湖县境内“十八团”杂技，相传两

千余年，为中国杂技三大发祥地之一。先后赴亚欧美等 50 多个国家和地

区演出交流，创新精品节目 200 多个，多次荣获国家金菊奖、文华奖，

《扇舞丹青》获吴桥国际杂技艺术节金狮奖 , 音乐杂技剧《猴》在美国纽

约林肯艺术中心连续商演 27 场。此项目列入国家非物质文化遗产名录。

“Jianhu Acrobatics” in Yancheng City originated from “Shibatuan” acrobatics in

Jianhu County of Jiangsu Province and it has been passed on for two thousands

of years and thus becomes one of three birthplaces of Chinese acrobatics. It

has been to more than 50 countries and districts in Asia, Europe and America

for performance and exchange and it has more than 200 innovative programs.

Besides, it has successively won National Golden Aster Prize and Wenhua

Prize. The Dance with Fan won the Golden Lion Award in Wuqiao International

Acrobatics Art Festival and the musical opera of acrobatics named Monkey was

continuously performed for 27 times in Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts

in New York of America. It is listed into directory of national intangible cultural

heritage.
