除了学业上的表彰，逸夫书院也注重对同学们责任感与奉献精神的培养。据此设立了逸夫成就奖、逸夫服务奖及逸夫精神
奖三个奖项。“逸夫服务奖”表彰给对社区服务有突出贡献的志愿者同学，“逸夫成就奖”颁给在不同领域获得突出成就的同学，
为逸夫书院更好发展出谋划策的同学则可以通过选拔获得“逸夫精神奖”。
In addition to academic recognition, Shaw College also focuses on cultivating a sense of responsibility and dedication among students. Accordingly, three awards have been established: Shaw Accomplishment Award, Shaw Service
Award, and Shaw Spirit Award. “Shaw Accomplishment Award” is given to students who have made outstanding contributions to community service, while the “Shaw Service Award” is given to students who have made outstanding
achievements in different fields and those who have contributed to the development of Shaw College can be selected to
receive the “Shaw Spirit Award”.

逸夫董事会以及董事会下设的院务委员会，为书院的发展战略和方针提供指导建议，制定并批准书院办公室管理宿舍和学
生的各项政策、方向和目标，以及监督书院的日常运作。同时，书院成立奖学金评定委员会，负责组织及实施对全院逸夫学生
的各类奖学金的评定工作。纪律委员会为违反书院纪律个案开展聆讯及决定纪律处分。
Board of Directors and the affiliated Assembly of Fellows provide guidance and advice for the strategic development of the College,
but also with duties of formulating and approving various policies, development directions and goals in hostel and student management,
as well as inspecting the operation of the College. Meanwhile, the College set up Scholarship Committee and Disciplinary Committee to
evaluate different kinds of scholarships and conduct hearings and determine disciplinary actions against College disciplinary for the
students of Shaw College.

Assembly of Fellows of Shaw College
住宿导师团队作为香港中文大学（深圳）书院制的名片和标签，一直是书院制的“灵魂”。逸夫书院经过五年的成长，现已
拥有一支由6名舍监和40名住宿导师组成的专业住宿导师团队，以确保每一至两层配备一名住宿导师，平均每人管理30-60名
学生不等。
Resident Warden and Tutor Team is the label of CUHK-Shenzhen, and the soul of collegiate system. After five years of development
of Shaw College, this team currently has six resident wardens and forty resident tutors to ensure that every one or two floors are equipped
with a resident tutor, taking charge of the management of an average of thirty to sixty students.

Every teaching member of the University is affiliated with one College. By December 2020, the scale of Affiliated
Academic Faculty of Shaw College has reached 116 people. To truly promote positive interactions between teachers and
students, we actively encourage them to participate in all kinds of college activities and strongly support them to carry
out different lectures, conversations, round-table talks, and a series of courses in their spare time.
