本项目位于西安市国际港务区向东路以北、杏渭路以西，项目净用地约69.806亩。用地性质为商业服务业设施用地，总高度约155米。项目设计理念以

“外方内圆、兼容并包”为主旨，外立面设计以“竹”为灵感，寓意大西安国际化新中心节节上升，势如破竹。一方面采用“外方内圆”的规划布局概

念，体现中国传统城市布局的设计思想，另一方面则在商业街区规划上采用现代的流线型布局。超高层建筑外立面设计利用折线、弧线的元素与奥体中

心立面呼应，波光凌凌，和灞河遥相呼应，演绎城市山水的有机整体，简洁大气。商业街区几何形态错落有致，层层叠叠，形成时尚，丰富的商业氛围，

力图打造欣欣向荣、对外开放的城市形象。

The project is located in Xi'an International Port District north of Dongdong Road and west of Xingwei Road, with a net land area of about 69.806 mu. The nature of the

land is commercial service facilities, with a total height of about 155 meters. The project design concept is based on the theme of "outer square and inner circle,

inclusiveness", and the façade design is inspired by "bamboo", which means that the new international center of Greater Xi'an is rising and breaking bamboo. On the

one hand, the planning and layout concept of "outer square and inner circle" is adopted, which reflects the design ideas of traditional Chinese urban layout, and on the

other hand, it adopts a modern streamlined layout in the planning of commercial blocks. The design of the façade of the super high-rise building uses the elements of

polylines and arcs to echo with the façade of the Olympic Sports Center, and the sparkling light and the Bahe River echo to interpret the organic whole of the urban

landscape and the simple atmosphere. The geometric shape of the commercial block is staggered and layered, forming a fashionable and rich commercial atmosphere,

and strives to create a thriving and open city image.

素，融合多重空间，取“贯古今、通未来”之意，顺应地势，整体呈现L型布局。以“丝绸之路+包罗万象=丝路万象”的理念为主，将首层和二层采用玻璃

幕墙的效果设计来营造建筑漂浮感，提升建筑内外的通透感与近人尺度感，沿着主要城市道路上以起伏流畅的彩带线条的设计手法将不同铝板与玻璃间相

互揉合，将“丝路万象”的设计理念展现在城市空间中，在西安国际港务区打造独一无二的大型商业综合体验中心。

total construction area of 147,800 square meters.The plan adopts arc-shaped elements, integrates multiple spaces, and takes the meaning of "connecting the past and the

present, connecting the future", adapting to the terrain, and showing an L-shaped layout as a whole. Based on the concept of "Silk Road + all-encompassing = allencompassing Silk Road", the first and second floors are designed with the effect of glass curtain walls to create a sense of building floating, and enhance the sense of

transparency and scale inside and outside the building. On the main urban roads, the design method of undulating and smooth ribbon lines blends different aluminum

plates and glass with each other, showing the design concept of "Silk Road Vientiane" in the urban space, and creating a unique large-scale commercial comprehensive

experience in Xi'an International Port District. center.

用地内规划有高层、洋房住宅、配套幼儿园、商业等公共设施。项目总图布置采用中轴对称的形式，南北向为主要轴线，与奥体中心城市运动生态轴相呼

应。地块内建筑布局以北高南低为主，与毗邻的奥体中心形成起伏变化的天际线，从而打造奥体板块新的城市界面。地块中央形成中心景观，各组团之间

通过错动形成不同层次的院落景观空间，最大限度的提高社区的景观资源，营造自然、舒适的生活环境。立面设计采用现代手法，与奥体中心相呼应，立

面细部结合虚实变化，通过丰富而有序的立面线条变化和顶部幕墙及单向斜坡的处理，提升建筑的昭示性和仪式感。外墙以浅米黄色为主要基调，更好的

与环境相融合。
