题的方式变得更加成熟，自学能力不断增强。

Yingqi graduated from the University of Sheffield.

Currently, he is studying for a master's degree at the

University of Edinburgh.

There were so many different resources during my study at

SBC in Shanghai. I have learned to arrange my time

reasonably and been able to gradually adapt to two different

educational models. My thinking and self-learning abilities

are much stronger than before.

耳机，走在工科生著名的“呆萌”教学楼后面的一条小道

上，看着来来往往同样轻松明快的同学们，有一种“谈笑

有鸿儒，往来无白丁”的感觉。

Class of 2017, She graduated from the University of

Sheffield, and obtained a Master's degree in Electronic

Communication at the University College London in

2018. She is now working as a cloud computing

architect for Amazon China.

SBC has provided a good platform for me to gradually

adapt to the British education during my study in China.

That's one of the biggest reasons why I chose SBC.

Class of 2021 in Mechanical Engineering, Hongyi won

SBC Top Table Scholarship in 2017. He graduated from

the University of Sheffield in 2021, and obtained a

Master's degree from the University College London in

2022. Currently, he was employed at China Electric

Power Construction Corporation East China Survey,

Design and Research Institute.

Now I often recollect those sunny afternoons, when I was

walking with my headphones on a path behind the

Diamond, the famous teaching building for engineering

students. Watching the students passing by talking and

laughing, felt a strong and enjoyable academic

atmosphere.

的一项技能，这为我商科领域的学习研究打下了一个坚

实的基础。

Class of 2019 in Business Management, Xinping

graduated from the University of Bradford in 2019, and

obtained a master's degree from the London School of

Economics and Political Science in 2020. Currently,

she was employed at Alibaba.

What attracted me most was the combination of teaching

theory and practice. As a business student, I loved case

studies because I could apply the knowledge and skills into

real-life practice. Critical thinking was one of the most

important skills as a solid foundation for further study and

research in the business field.

Class of 2021 in Business Management, Jiwei graduated

from the University of Leeds in 2021, and obtained a

master's degree from the University of Warwick in 2022.

Currently, Jiwei was employed at Agricultural Bank of

China.

My biggest change is the way and perspective of dealing with

problems. After four years of undergraduate study in SBC and

in the UK, I become more question-oriented and research

oriented and stress critical thinking when doing analysis and

researches. I focus more on what I have learned and how it will

affect my future other than the short-term results.

赛中斩获季军，创下了国际赛道中全校历史最好成绩。

学院机器人赛队荣获2023睿抗机器人开发者大赛

（杨凌）全国总决赛二等奖。

学院“彗星”学生团队在中美青年创客大赛全国总决赛

中，荣获“主赛道优秀奖”“中美合作赛道中美青年合作

奖” ，也获得了学校在该赛事中的历史最好成绩。

Maker Competition, and achieved the best record

in the history of USST in this competition.

International College Students' \"Internet +\" Innovation &

Entrepreneurship Competition, the best records in SBC

history.

职业服务与发展中心创新传统就业理念，构建大学生职业发展规划服务体系。职业发展课程从大一开始，将职业生

涯规划贯穿四年大学。课程帮助学生认清自身优势和特点，统筹安排大学时光，逐步确立未来职业目标，并在大学期

间有意识地锻炼成为合格的职业人，增强就业能力。职业服务与发展中心创新传统就业理念，构建大学生职业发展

规划服务体系。职业服务和发展中心结合不同年级学生发展特点，为处于各个阶段的学生提供全方位、个性化的职

业发展服务使学生能够在态度层面树立职业规划的自主意识，在知识层面掌握职业规划的步骤和方法，在技能层面

掌握自我探索、环境探索以及生涯决策技能，从而能够尽早确立生涯规划目标并付诸实际，实现其对学习专业和未

来职业发展的科学选择。

Career Development Training starts from Year One and carries on through the final year, The training is

designed to facilitate the development of self-awareness, recognition of one's own strengths, motivations,

values and personality in the context of vocational and life planning, thus leading to students' gradually

establishing step-by-step career goals and devising a four-year university professional development

action plan.

CSD has developed modules of bespoke and comprehensive career training courses on a systematic

basis. This will help students by guiding them through the career planning and career exploration

processes, as well as opportunity awareness, transitional learning and career decision making, equipped

also with the insights and skills necessary to make the first successful step in their chosen occupations

and field of endeavour.
