园区以城市客厅作为设计目标,将自然、工作、生活、科研相互交织,衍生出更具有朝气和生命力的生态产业园区。建筑主体以半围合的形式向城市打开。

通过山峦叠嶂的方式丰富空间与形体的变化,将场地周围景观逐层渗透入园区,并与西侧山体绿化融合成一体。造型以岭南建筑为参考,将骑楼的开洞与

空间手法运用在塔楼、裙楼上。

The building opens in a semi-enclosed gesture. By using stacking and set-back, it creates changes in space and form, gradually brings the surrounding landscape

into the park and blurs the boundary. The shape takes Lingnan architecture as a reference, applying the openings and spatial techniques of Qi-Lou to the tower and

podium.

科技园将成为南网乃至能源产业创新发展的高地,友好的环境和形象也将为周边市民提供一个休息放松的场所。

The park will become a highland for innovation and development energy industry. The environment will also provide a place for the surrounding citizens to rest and

relax.

由于电力建筑的工业性质使得建筑本身形体巨大、严实,但场地又位于广州视觉

和生态通廊上,需要将工业建筑建设得绿色美观,这对整体项目提出了考验。我

们最终选择以建筑语言回应企业与城市、道路、自然的关系。

Due to the industrial characteristics of the power building, the building itself is huge and

solid, but the site is located on the visual and ecological corridors of Guangzhou.So, the

architectural language is used to respond the relationship between the power grid and

the city, roads and nature.

城市生态绿轴穿行场地,形成一轴两地三区的布局,划分园区为三个功能板块,

使两处绿地渗透其中。入口方向结合裙房层级退台,形成“凹”空间,回应园区

城市道路。建筑立面应用梯级渐变肌理语言将工业建筑大面宽转化为优势,结合

连续环绕的层级退台裙楼的线性折面元素,体现电力建筑特征。生态绿化沿折面

元素攀援而上,环绕园区韵律布置,与自然结合,一座绿意盎然的电力企业形象

跃然而出。

The urban ecological axis passes through the site, dividing the site into three

zones, allowing two green spaces to penetrate into the site. The east-west direction

combines with the podium set-backs, responding to the relationship between the

park and the road. We use stepped gradual texture languages on the building

facade. Combining with the linear folding elements of the continuous surrounding setback of podium. The green is arranged around the park, combining with nature.

水平和工业水平等综合实力的大型科学研究装置。CSNS

作为发展中国家的第一台散裂中子源,其建成将进入世界

四大散裂中子源的行列,是提高我国的科学地位,开展前

沿学科及高新科技研究的先进实验平台,能够为我国的多

学科创新在国际上占领一席之地提供良好的机遇。项目中,

设计为满足高强度、高精度要求,运用了多种技术手段,

并进行了一系列创新与研究,为以后同类型大型科学装置

设计项目提供了一个成功案例。建筑设计方面,项目建筑

以轻盈通透的姿态与原生环境进行融合,以此态度与自然、

周边环境对话,并由此产生出建筑形态与肌理。园林设计

方面,岭南园林的设计方向为本方案提供设计目标与设计

手法,充分利用地形现状,塑造丰富的内部庭院空间。

Chinese Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) is

a large scientific research device that reflects

the comprehensive strength of the country’s

scientific and technological, economic and

industrial development. As the first spallation

neutron source in the developing country, the

Project will rank among the world’s top four

once completed. This will enhance China's

for our multidisciplinary study to secure a place

primitive environment in a light and transparent

Guangzhou Asian Games Gymnasium

newly built for the the 2010 Guangzhou

Asian Games, has become the icon

of the event. Thanks to innovative

design concept, unique architectural

experience and the perfect balance

between its iconic expression and

viability, our design proposal won the

international design competition and

was finally implemented. During the

Asian Games, the gymnasium, with its

dreamlike image and unique experience,

attracted great attention and won

high recognition from all sectors of the

本项目是 2018 年第十五届广东省运会开闭幕式场馆及击剑、篮球比

赛场馆。除此以外,还成功举办了全国体操锦标赛等大型赛事。以“砚

生水墨,乐活肇庆”为理念。项目尊重当地山水景观风貌,强调建筑

与环境和谐共生,规划紧凑,用地节约。场馆屋面流畅 , 体育馆、

业足球场屋顶采用花篮形网架屋面相连 , 创造了全天候的架空空间 ,

是新区城市客厅。 场馆与河岸相连,创造一体化的景观。建筑与结构

一体化 , 体育馆采用弦支穹顶结构,结构轻巧。场馆外围均采用“V”

形柱,形成整体统一的外观形象。率先采用不锈钢连续焊接屋面。泛

光以“水墨星河”为理念,泛光灯具与幕墙系统一体化设计,星点灯

光在河面形成倒影,令人印象深刻,创造出独一无二的场馆。

As the competition venue for the 15th Games of

Guangdong Province in 2018, the Sports Center also

hosts major international events and large/mediumsized artistic performances. Themed on “an ink painting

of LOHAS Zhaoqing”, the project shows respect for local

landscape and emphasizes the harmony and coexistence

between architecture and environment. It features a

compact site plan that maximizes the land use, while

the open-up spaces between venues are ideal for public

activities. The venues’ connection with the river fronts

creates an integrated landscape system for the area, while

innovative structural systems help portray a light and

consistent building appearance. The project is a pioneer

in using stainless steel continuously welded roof, and the

floodlight of \"ink-painted starry sky\" makes the project an

eye-catcher at night.

场地位于汕头东海岸新区,建筑群如同“飞舞的浪花”,

是第三届亚青会开闭幕式及田径、体操比赛场馆。建筑群

犹如大浪淘沙,激起层层浪花,展现出潮汕人民敢为人先,

傲立潮头的拼搏精神。中华文化、亚青理念被融合在独具

汕头特色的海洋文化中,寓意了潮汕地区的开放性和包容

性。建筑的自然曲面如同海浪激起的涟漪,空间随形流动,

构成自然起伏的视觉通廊,使建筑内外相互渗透,提高了

公众体验。屋面与地面绵延一体,绿化自然生长至顶,公

众拾级而上,欣赏绿树成荫,远眺碧蓝大海。拥有浪花冲

刷质感的吊顶成为体育场馆遮风避雨的护体。各类场景在

这一时空交织变幻,叠加产生连绵不断的城市活力,充分

展现出了新时代亚洲青少年青春朝气的精神面貌。

The “flying wave” building cluster in the East

Coast New Area of Shantou is planned for

the opening and closing ceremony as well as

track and field and gymnastics competitions of

Shantou 2021 Asian Youth Games (AYG). With an

integrated architecture and landscape approach,

the free-flowing spatial form resembles great

waves that sweep away the sand and symbolizes

the pioneering and determined spirit of Chaoshan

people. The project integrates Chinese traditional

culture and the value concept of the AYG into

Shantou's unique marine culture, celebrating the

openness and inclusiveness of Chaoshan region

张新的城市名片。项目定位是现代城市市民健身中心,主要功

能由综合体育场(2 万座)、综合体育馆(1.3 万座)、训练

馆(2000 座)和游泳馆(2000 座)、配套商业及服务设施

等构成,在极为有限的用地条件下打造以多元运营、功能复

合、布局集约的立体城市商业文体综合体。项目尊重地方文化

特征,以“龙腾大地、凤舞绿洲”为题,建筑体量沿河集中布

局,错落展开形成具有上升态势的有机整体,创造标志性的建

筑形象。为应对潮湿、高温、多雨的气候特征,体育中心通过

立体交通系统多维展开构成立体的开放性公共活动空间,景观

河岸、地面景观广场、二层公共平台、架空层、上人景观屋面、

The project is a multi-level urban commercial and

cultural complex marked by diversified trades,

complex functions and intensive layout despite

of various site restraints. With the design concept

of \"flying dragon and dancing phoenix\", the

project centralizes the buildings along the river

in an elegantly scattered layout, so as to shape

an organic, integrated and representative image

of gradually increased height. In response to the

climate characteristics of Lingnan, landscaped river

banks, squares, two-floor public platforms, openup floors, accessible landscape roofs and multifunctional venues are connected and integrated to

广州自行车馆为 2010 年广州亚运会场地自行车赛和花样

轮滑表演赛比赛场地,是省建院独立投标并以国际设计竞

赛第一名中标实施的设计方案,为华南地区首座国际标准

室内自行车赛馆。自行车馆建筑面积 2.68 万平方米,地上

三层,固定座席 1780 座,活动座席 240 座。其结构形式

为预应力钢筋混凝土框架结构,屋面为局部双层钢网壳结

构,网壳长度达 102 米(短轴)/126 米(长轴),是当时

国内超限大跨度局部双层单层网壳结构的首例。广州自行

车馆造型设计概念为亚运会五羊会徽与极限运动头盔形象

的融合。屋面造型为透雕效果的椭圆球体,曲线流畅,形

态舒展。建筑参考岭南传统建筑的敞厅和骑楼做法,设计

了敞开式观众大厅和环馆遮阳通廊,将地方传统建筑的智

慧融汇到现代建筑创作中。

Built for the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games,

Guangzhou Velodrome served as venue for

cycling and figure skating races of the event. It is

the first international standard indoor venue for

cycle racing in South China. With a roof of partial

double-layer steel reticulated shell structure, the

project was the first in China then that adopted

over-the-code long-span single-layer reticulated

shell structure with partial double layers.

Inspired by the open hall and arcade of Lingnan

traditional architecture, the project provides an

open audience hall and a sunshading corridor

around the venue, incorporating the wisdom

of local traditional architecture into modern

architectural creation.

暨南大学南校区体育馆作为校区主要的文化活动载体之一,

承载日常教学训练、校际比赛及校园集会等功能,开放式

多元化的场所空间使其在校园环境中充当不可或缺的角色。

设计在关注体育馆基本功能的同时,更注重其建成对校园

和城市的整体贡献和影响,多元化的场所策略使其对校园

环境的改善做出积极贡献。项目通过因地制宜的设计手段,

合理利用现状地形及景观资源,创造舒适宜人的公共空间;

一体化的功能组织形式,实现了体育馆的高效运作;外立

面参数化设计,结合室内空间对采光的不同要求,既兼顾

功能实用性,也使建筑在光线变化下呈现出不同的质感和

风貌,为建筑形象增添动感活力。

As gymnasium is a main carrier of recreational

and sports activities on campus, the design

pays more attention to the project’s overall

impact on the campus and the city on the

premise of ensuring basic functions. Thanks

to the open and diversified place strategy, the

gymnasium contributes positively to the campus

项目涵盖了原有旧馆的更新改造,新场馆、体校区及室外运动场区的建设。赛时为

亚青会游泳、跳水、水球、乒乓球、攀岩、三人篮球、橄榄球、足球等多项赛事提

供服务。赛后将作为全民健身、汕头体校及国家级体育训练基地使用。项目采用“新

老并置,和而不同”的场馆更新设计手法,注重新旧有机融合,实现改扩建过程中

原有场所肌理的有机生长。设计从海滨城市的地域特色和传统出发,在延续原有旧

馆“滨海贝壳”建筑形象的基础上,从汕头市标志性的金凤花摄取灵感,以“金凤

花开”的设计概念统领全局。整体布局突显浓郁的滨海城市氛围,力求在安全、节

能、适用、可持续发展、赛后利用等方面全方位提升建筑品质,并期待带动区域协

调发展。

The project covers the renovation of the old hall, and the construction

of a new hall, a sports school and an outdoor playground. It places

the old and the new side by side to achieve harmony out of diversity,

and emphasizes the organic integration of the two to enable the

organic growth of the original fabric in renovation and expansion.

Based on the local characteristics of Shantou as a coastal city, the

project continues the original \"coastal shell\" architectural image and

adopts the concept of \"a blooming kingcup\" to lead the master plan,

which highlights the atmosphere of the coastal city, enhances the

building quality and drives regional development. 123456

项目由旧有体育馆、新建训练馆、新建体育场(含地下车库)组成,赛时为亚青会

武术、足球赛事提供服务,赛后将成为城市核心区重要的全民健身场所。设计采用

“老融入新”的改造手法,以“水逐波跃红头船”为设计概念。在有限的用地内,

通过现代、流动、一体的空间形态令新旧有机融合。总体规划充分考虑基地与海景、

中心公园、滨海大道等城市界面资源的互动,营造多层次开放空间。建筑造型曲线

流动,形似扬帆起航,以“激流勇进、乘风破浪”之意彰显潮汕地区海纳百川、开

拓进取的文化精神和地域特征。在室外运动场下方增设大型地下停车场,综合利用

土地资源有效解决城市核心区停车难问题。通过改造让老场馆重获生机,有效带动

了城市重点区域空间可持续生长。

The project consists of an old stadium, a new training center and

a new stadium. With the design concept of \"a mighty red-bow

merchant ship\", the project aims to organically integrate the new

and old buildings, interact with surrounding urban resources, and

create multi-level spaces through flowing space form despite limited

site area. The building appears like a sailing ship, celebrating the

pioneering spirit of Chaoshan people. A parking lot is provided under

the outdoor sports ground to ensure sufficient parking spaces. The

本项目是佛山市 2006 年广东省第十二届运动会主场馆。体育馆由三个

多重圆水平环屋顶联体构成的建筑造型通透且独特 , 富有张力。夜晚灯

光绚烂多彩 , 成为佛山璀璨的“岭南明珠”,体现了佛山体育产业的蓬

勃发展。体育馆位于佛山市禅城区季华五路,包括主体育馆(8664座位),

练习馆,大众馆及健身娱乐、商业等附属设施。用地西侧设置市民健身

广场;主赛场为 70 米 ×50 米,可适应各球类比赛;并充分考虑承办

各种活动需求及赛后利用。体育馆利用被动式节能设计。环状的层叠式

屋顶将雨水导入首层的水池绿化中,改善环境小气候。屋面采用绝热隔

声材料,侧向天窗通过屋檐的反射使进入室内的自然光较为柔和,避免

产生眩光影响。电动开启窗可加强室内自然通风。地下室利用窗井自然

采光。

As the main venue for the 12th Guangdong Provincial

Games in 2006, the gymnasium building features three

interconnected multi-layer horizontal ring roofs, appearing

transparent, unique and highly striking. At night, the

brightly lit gymnasium becomes a dazzling “Lingnan Pearl”

of Foshan. The venue includes an 8,664-seating gym,

training halls, public halls and other ancillary facilities for

fitness, entertainment, and retail etc. In the west of the site

is a fitness square for citizens. The 70m×50m main court

can accommodate various ball games, with post-game uses

fully considered.

underline the effect of horizontal ring truss. The latticed shell technology of Dougong-supported

dome is firstly applied in large span spatial structure. The balance realized by short column truss

and diagonal horizontal ring fully demonstrates the perfect integration of legacy and innovation,

区体育中心是佛山市第十届市运会的开幕式主办场馆,建设地点位于佛

山南海中央公园内。方案以“腾龙跃海”为设计理念,通过体育场馆灵动飘

逸的屋面曲线与自然山体轮廓连为一体,宛若在海边盘旋欲飞的巨龙,呼应

当地悠久的舞龙文化,并以现代建筑技术与材料表达,在外观上体现场馆的

时代特点。本项目充分发掘场地已有的山体湖体景观资源,在保留现状山体

前提下,利用两山之间的开阔谷地进行布置,最大程度节约用地,减少对于

环境的干扰。同时将集散广场等公共活动空间沿中心湖体布置,将优美的自

然景观融入建筑室外环境。创新性地提出了一种既满足抗侧刚度要求、又能

有效释放温度效应的空间结构体系,实现了 540m 超长钢结构屋盖不设缝;

通过精细温度场分析,提出大跨度超长结构温度效应分析的简化方法。

The project is located in Nanhai Central Park, Foshan. With the

design concept of \"a dragon soaring over the sea\", it creates

dynamic and elegant roof curves for the stadium to integrate

with the natural mountain contour. The building resembling a

giant dragon hovering on the beach is a response to the longstanding local dragon dance culture. The site plan makes full use

of the open valley between the two mountains and minimizes

land use. The project proposes an innovative structural system

to meet the rigidity requirements and effectively mitigate the

greenhouse effect. It also realizes the 540m joint-free steel

structure roof, and, through careful temperature field analysis,

puts forward a simplified approach for temperature effect

analysis of the large-span super-long structure.

2008 年夏季奥运会老山自行车馆,是国家体育总局为举办第 29 届

夏季奥运会而兴建的专业自行车比赛场馆。该馆由主体建筑和裙房

组成,提供一个可容纳 6000 名观众同时观看场地自行车比赛的场所。

在建筑设计上,采用圆形主体与低平的裙房相结合的平面布局,133

米宽的碟形建筑主体设于用地南侧,其与西面的五环路之间形成开阔

的休憩广场,便于赛时各种流线的组织。巨大的碟形场馆主体为自

行车运动员头盔的抽象表现,位于南北贯穿的裙房平台之上,给人

以气势恢宏的感觉,充分表现出体育建筑特有的结构美感。在结构

设计上,选用封闭式单层网壳体系,该结构能有效地降低结构高度 (整

体跨度达 140 米,结构高度不足 1 米,起拱高度约为跨度的十分之

一 ),避免室内的无用空间。

Laoshan Velodrome is a 6,000-seat professional cycling

competition venue built for the 29th Olympic Games.

Its planar layout is characterized with a circular main

building and low and flat podiums. The 133 m wide

dish-like main building in the south of the site takes the

abstract shape of a cycling helmet. Closed single-layer

reticulated shell system effectively reduces the structural

height and avoids inactive indoor spaces.

layout ensure a setback from the pedestrian square on the southwest

惠州市金山湖游泳跳水馆是广东省第十三届省运会场馆之一,设有满

足国际标准赛事及残运赛事的游泳池、跳水池、热身训练池等,在非

赛事时期对公众开放,为城市营造了一处标志性公共活动场所。项目

以“山水意象”为题,以青山为背景,呈现出多姿多彩的建筑体量,

既如起伏的山峦,又如运动员在水中搏击的阵阵波浪。场地内,功能

分区清晰,空间连贯一体。三维造型的跳台及背景板设计是馆内空间

的焦点,运动员从里面走出来,如同登上一个开启梦想的舞台。场馆

钢结构屋盖结构的纵横向均呈流线型,纵向高度变化较大,借鉴桥梁

设计的经验通过合理选用新型抗震减振支座释放温度作用,减小构件

尺寸。建筑的自由形态同时体现出钢结构的韵律美。

As one of the venues for the 13th Games of Guangdong

Province, the project can accommodate both

international standard events and public activities.

Themed on \"mountain and water imagery\", it portrays

flowing and changeful building forms that appear like

both mountains and waves against the backdrop of lush

mountains. The venue features clearly defined functional

zoning and coherent interior spaces, where the 3D diving

platform and backdrop naturally become the visual

focuses. The steel structure references bridge design and

creates a light, elegant roof that fits the free architectural

form.
