Shape the unique style of children's hospital in the new era

Project overview: The project is located on the southeast side of Baoding

Children's Hospital and accommodates about 320 beds. Based on the design

principle of \"combining peace and epidemic\", from the overall planning,

architectural design, and mechanical and electrical system configuration,

taking into account the content of medical services in peacetime and

during the epidemic, we will build an emergency treatment base for major

epidemics in Baoding, which can meet the treatment requirements in case of

major national epidemics. It has become a designated hospital for children's

treatment and a comprehensive building of a regional medical center.

Design philosophy: To shape the unique style of the children's hospital in the

new era, with function as the core, form follows function. Fully considering

the differences in patient characteristics and treatment methods of children's

hospitals, and in line with the \"people-oriented\" design principle, we will

create a modern children's hospital with reasonable functional layout and in

line with medical and epidemic prevention procedures.

Project highlights:

① Humanization——Combined with the existing buildings, considering the

whole, to meet and improve the internal medical functions of the children's

hospital, at the same time, with the shape of the children's hospital's own

connotation and local characteristics, to create an elegant, quiet and humane

medical environment, with patients as the center , based on medical staff,

provides a warm and harmonious environment for diagnosis and treatment.

② Adaptability - With the development of medical technology and the

complex and changeable medical needs, the overall layout of the hospital

building, the plane organization and spatial composition of each functional

module adapt to the dynamic development of the hospital.

救治定点医院以及区域医疗中心综合楼。

式追随功能。充分考虑儿童医院患者特性及治疗方法上的差异,

本着“以人为本”的设计原则,打造一个功能布局合理、符合医

Project scale: 230,000 square meters

Project overview: The project is located in the southern suburbs of Phnom

Penh, the capital of Cambodia. It is a large general hospital with a designed

annual outpatient volume of 1.68 million person-times and a total of 2000

beds. This project is a large-scale medical facility built by Chinese medical

institutions, aiming to supplement the relatively scarce local medical resources

and improve the local medical level. In the future, the hospital will also form

a linkage with the nearby medical college, which will be used as a medical

teaching and research base.

Design philosophy: As a medical facility construction project of Chinese

medical institutions abroad, the design aims to reflect the strength of China in

terms of medical technology, design technology and construction technology,

and reflect the regional cultural characteristics in terms of architectural style

and appearance. The golden roofs of the royal buildings, the overlapping

textures of the Angkor Wat ruins, and the flora of the tropical region are

combined to form a unique architectural form. At the same time, it embodies

the advanced design concept of contemporary medical architecture in the

aspects of medical function movement line organization, space layout,

material use and green energy saving design.

The largest public nursing home project in downtown Shanghai

Project overview: The project is located in the south of Huajing Town, Xuhui

District, close to Yindu Road, the main road of the city. The existing buildings

around the site include a 750-bed nursing home in the southeast corner and

an office building owned by Guangang Industrial Co.,Ltd. in the northwest

corner. The surrounding plots are mainly industrial parks and residential

buildings.

Design philosophy: This project is an urban ecological pention home with

a high starting point and high standard. It will provide elderly residents

with an old-age service experience of harmonious combination of old-age

care and nature, medical care and conservation, and innovative operation

and management mechanism. We will gradually build a three-in-one oldage service system of \"institutions-community-home\" to promote the

development of modern old-age service industry.

Project highlights:

① Garden ecology: The first floor space of the pention building is released,

and a series of winding corridors are spread out horizontally, forming a rich

visual landscape experience. The home for the aged in the garden has gardens

and courtyards with different functional themes and rich activity scenes.

② Community integration: Community functional space is shared, cultural and

sports facilities supporting the elderly can be opened to the public, and more

diverse activities can be carried out.

③ Combination of medical and nursing care: The 3# building is equipped

with medical institutions in the nursing home to provide professional medical

and nursing services for the nursing home, highlighting the concept of

④ Type innovation: From the interior detail design, to the selection of

The largest private nursing home in downtown Shanghai

Project overview: The project is located in Songjiang District, Shanghai,

adjacent to the Guangfulin site. The whole community covers an area of about

90,000 square meters, with a building area of about 220,000 square meters.

As the first project of Taikang House in East China, the community is equipped

with a professional rehabilitation hospital and old-age care equipment, which

is a large comprehensive high-end medical and nursing community.

Design philosophy: The simple and modern building has a warm and inviting

appearance, highlighting the human scale and sensory experience throughout

the project, while creatively combining all the functions of the mission book

to form a \"human space\" that matches the surrounding environment and

interweaves with art and nature.

Project highlights:

Business and service supporting functions are placed in the center of the

project. All the tall towers surround it. The concept of an open community

is maximized in the outdoor Spaces, where public services are open to the

public. The scheme is in design:

① Consider the corresponding relationship with the first phase

is connected with the shortest distance to the meeting, forming a convenient

Project overview: The project is located at Block 213, Tianlin Street, the urban

core district of Shanghai, between the inner ring and the Central ring, close

to the intersection of Humin Viaduct Road, Caoxi Road and Caobao Road, the

geographical position is superior. On the south of the base is the newly built

Xuhui Sun and Moon Center. The total building area is 42,050 square meters,

and the building height limit is 80 meters.

Design philosophy: This project aims to create a rental housing project

with social and public significance. By setting up high-rise and multi-storey

enclosed courtyards, the ground floor is open and overhead, and continuous

维度的公共空间,高效率利用屋顶平台等技术措施激活城市社区,

高效利用城市空间,打造创新型租赁房模式。

Project overview: The original name of the project was Mainland Shopping

Mall, invested and built by Mainland Bank, one of the \"Four major banks in

northern China\" during the Republic of China. The building was constructed of

reinforced concrete and completed in 1933. In the late 1990s, the whole interior

of the building was transformed, and it was renamed Donghai Mall, Rixiang

Department Store (not opened), 353 Square, and now Shanghai Yue Hui Square.

Design philosophy: This project pays attention to the use of space, is good at

lighting to create indoor atmosphere, using modern techniques and traditional

elements to integrate into the interior space. In the selection of materials, we

make full use of the texture characteristics of different decorative materials to

obtain the interior art effect of thousands of changes and different styles, and

also reflect the historical and cultural characteristics of the region. Rich in the

sense of fashion and Shanghai local characteristics of the experience of the

business, together with more and more landmark elements.

Shanghai Yueyhui Square adopts immersive experience to construct a popular

Minhang District, Shanghai,and the current base shape is an approximately

triangular site. The east-west Huaji Road will pass through the sharp corner

on the north side, so that the north side of the site will become the junction

of Old Humin Road and Huaji Road, forming a circular curved road red line on

the north side. The total construction area is 32,000 square meters, covering

an area of 29,000 square meters.

Design philosophy: Based on the development of the e-sports industry, this

project will re-plan and upgrade the original factory building to build a new

e-sports cultural and creative industry ecosystem. Create a beautiful office and

living space, a perfect entrepreneurial environment, an attract high-quality

Project overview: Tianshan Cinema is located in Tianshan Road, Shanghai.

It used to be one of the most famous cinemas in west Shanghai. However,

with the rapid development of the New Hongqiao area in Shanghai, Tianshan

Road has now developed into a bustling commercial street. So the Changning

district government decided to renovate and expand the state-run theater and

renamed it Shanghai Hongqiao Art Center.

Design philosophy: The integration of different elements, in order to show

the two functions of theatre and cinema more clearly, two different facades

are used in the facade design. The materials are: the traditional theatre adopts

the traditional stone material, like a whole boulder, which is supported by

columns and the spiral staircase in the lobby. The modern film screening hall

adopts a very modern metal plate facade, like a metal box, stacked with each

other, the largest projection factory is set up on the street corner.

Project highlights:Hongqiao Art Center has diversified functions. It not

only has seven film screening halls of different volumes, but also contains

a medium-sized theater with 1000 seats. Since cinema and theater have

different audiences, they are usually regarded as two different cultural and

entertainment venues and built independently. This project, on the other

hand, connects the two functions through the public lobby area and creates

a large transition space between the theater and the cinema, which not only

ensures the characteristics of the two functional areas, but also promotes the

integration of film and performance arts and attracts different audiences. The

indoor public lobby is equipped with ticket office, cafe, temporary exhibition

area, event exhibition area and other facilities, so that visitors can have a rest

while overlooking the bustling outdoor square and street scene.

影院之一,但随着上海新虹桥地区的飞速发展,如今的天山路已

然发展成一条繁华的商业街,老旧的天山影院与其周边林立的现

代建筑,商场未免略显不合。因此,长宁区政府决定对这一国营

影院展开一次改扩建,并更名为上海虹桥艺术中心。

设计理念:不同元素的融合,为了能够更加清晰地表现出剧院及

电影院两大功能,在外立面设计上采用了两种截然不同效果的立

面,材料 -- 传统的剧院采用了传统的石料,宛如整块巨石,下

方由圆柱及大堂的旋转楼梯支撑 ; 而现代化的电影放映厅则采用

了极单现代风的金属板外立面,犹如一个个金属盒,相互堆善,

最大的放映厂则架设于街角。

项目亮点:虹桥艺术中心功能多元化,不仅拥有了七间不同体量

的电影放映厅,同时也包含了一间 1000 座的中型剧场,由于电

影院和剧院有着不同的观众群,通常被视作两类不同的文化娱乐

场所而独立建设。而本项目则通过公共大堂区域将两大功能相互

衔接,并在剧院和电影院之间打造出一大过渡空间,不仅确保了

两大功能区各自的特色,也促进了影视与表演艺术的交融,吸引

不同的观众群。室内公共大堂内安设了售票处,咖啡馆,临时展

场,活动展区等设施,游客可在小憩的同时,眺望繁华的室外广

场及街景。
