技术性能 Technical Performance
1. 加热设计:自身温度均匀性能够达到±1.5℃,绝缘耐压,使
用安全度高,使用寿命长。
2. 采用穿孔加热板:独特的油路设计,控温精度高,温度均匀
性好。加热站的温度、压力、油量等安全措施,是独立于PLC
的一套安全控制措施,即使是在系统死机或PLC故障的情况
下,安全措施依然有效。
3. 导热设计:加热油箱内的加热管将导热油(SD340)加热,
在加热过程中油泵不断将热油从加热油箱中抽吸到加热油路
中,将工作面加热。
4. 真空设计:真空系统采用依波罗阀组结构,阀组与真空泵连
接,通过操作面板可控制依波罗阀门的开启与关闭,实现上
室和下室的抽真空动作。
5. 温控设计:通过铂电阻测得的实际温度,进行PID运算通过
比例、积分、微分的方式输出加热信号,保证台面温度均匀
度在±1.5℃范围之。
6. 特点:兼容性强、性价比高、人工成本低、节省空间、独立
运行、智能化程度高。

The safety measures of temperature, pressure and oil quantity of the
heating station are a set of safety control measures independent of
PLC, and the safety measures are still effective even in the case of
system death or PLC failure.
3.Heat-conducting design: the heating tube in the heating oil tank
heats the heat-conducting oil (SD340), and during the heating process
the oil pump continuously draws the hot oil from the heating oil tank
into the heating oil circuit to heat the working surface.
4. Vacuum design: The vacuum system adopts the Eboro valve group
structure, which is connected to the vacuum pump. The opening and
closing of the Eboro valve can be controlled through the operation
panel, achieving the vacuum pumping action of the upper and lower
chambers.
5.Temperature control design: The actual temperature measured by
a platinum resistor is used for PID calculation to output the heating
signal through proportional, integral, and differential methods, ensuring
that the temperature uniformity of the tabletop is within the range
of ± 1.5 ℃.
6.Features of double-layer laminator: strong compatibility, high cost
performance, low labor cost, space saving, independent operation,
and high degree of intelligence.
