最小长度安装尺寸：是在整体浴室内空长度净尺寸的基础上，加上100-150mm，如：整体浴

室长度净尺寸为2000mm，则安装尺寸为2150mm；

最小宽度安装尺寸：是在整体浴室内空净宽度尺寸的基础上，加上100-150mm，如：宽度

净尺寸为1400mm，则安装尺寸为1550mm；

备注：整体浴室采用高密度高强度的SMC防水盘，地面及防水翻边一次性高温高压成型， 杜

绝渗漏；土建安装面可以不用做建筑防水工程，（防水要根据当地建设局质监站要求甲方自

己决定）但需要对土建安装面做水平处理， 要求平整度误差小于5mm。

最小安装高度尺寸：

（1）同层排水：H(建筑高度)≥h(壁板高度)+500-550(顶盖，电

器件和排水管路高度+防水底盘厚度+地面排污管路高度);备注:如

需要与浴室外完成面齐平，需有降板220~250mm;

（2）异层排水：H(排水管最低点到地面高度)≥h(壁板高度

)+450/500(顶盖，电器件和排水管路高度+防水底盘厚度);备注:

如需要与浴室外完成面齐平，需有降板90~100mm;

土建门洞及窗洞的预留尺寸：门洞需留门垛80~100mm，高度不

得超过墙板高度；窗洞需留窗垛100-150mm，窗洞高度尺寸不

超过1250mm;

排水管预留：

（1）同层排水：预留管道井内的排水立管上安

装三（四）通，三（四）通管口径应为De110

mm； 三（四）通管口下沿距卫生间地面10-20

mm；我方将整体浴室同层排水的洗面台，地漏

和座便器三孔排水汇总到De110的PVC管与预留

口对接。

（2）异层排水：按照我方提供的《楼板开孔图

》甲方进行开孔，座便器排水对接管径：DN110

mm,土建开孔尺寸：￠180 mm；直排大地漏排

水对接管径：DN75 mm,土建开孔尺寸：￠180

mm；面盆排水对接管径：DN50mm,土建开孔

尺寸：￠75 mm；顶上排水管最低点距卫生间顶

板完成面不低于300mm；我方只负责将面盆排

水管引至并伸出楼板100mm，其他排污、地漏

法兰直接安装在底盘，其他由甲方对接并负责卫

排风口预留

甲方须将排风管系从管道井引至整体浴室安装部位的上方距卫生间地面不低于 2600 mm位置

，预留直径100mm 的接头；如没有专用排风管井，可以在与设计的排风墙壁上或排风管井上

，开一个距地面高不低于2600 mm，直径100mm的圆孔装上止回阀接驳头供我方对接；

乙方负责连接排风扇与按照要求预留的排风管系接头之间的连接，软管长度不超过1500mm；

电路预留：

甲方须在卫生间顶上预留二路或三路控制线及一路插座线，整体浴室电源线均为2.5平方线，插

座线为2.5-4平方平方线，所有线路必须连接有漏电保护，线盒预留在浴室正中投影顶上楼板内

，所有线路需按照交底深化图将线布到整体浴室用电点位并留线300mm；卫生间外墙上应预留

二联控制开关；如有等电位接线箱应按照将等电位接线盒引至距卫生间地面高不低于2600mm

处位置；

电气部分：我方负责整体卫浴内部电气部分电线引至整体浴室顶部，甲方负责对接完成及调试。

进水管预留：

甲方将冷、热水上水管接到整体浴室上方距卫生间墙板顶部高度

150mm位置，并引至整体浴室正上方或穿出管道井墙面不少于200

mm；采用PPR管，端头预留口径De20mm，并做好打压试验，确

保管系不漏；排列方式：上热下冷或左热右冷，中间间距不小于

100mm；

乙方负责将整体浴室内部冷、热水管系的安装并升至整体浴室天花顶

上方150mm；天花顶上方冷热水管的连通与端头对接，交由甲方总

包负责连通对接完成；

大部分科逸整体浴室可设置管道井，将风道、排污立管、通气管、给水立管等

根据实际情况合理设置在管道井内。整体浴室管道井一般有300mm*800mm、

200mm*600mm等尺寸。

整体浴室是否有管道井尺寸取决于应用建筑的设计，具体选型可向科逸咨询。

当管道井在卫生间区域内部的时候，可利用整体浴壁板作为隔墙，取消管道井

部分非结构性墙体，节约空间及土建成本。

面盆排水若采用安装极致尺寸，可采用地排式或墙排预埋。

座便器排水若采用墙排式则需要考虑特殊的尺寸要求。

Nanjing University

南京大学仙林国际化新校区，位于江苏南京仙林新市区九乡河以

东白象片区西南部，校区规划用地4910亩，总建筑规模约120万

平方米，科逸为校区供应一千余套整体浴室，均采用干法施工，

装配化安装，为项目节约了诸多人力成本，缩短了施工工期。

The new Xianlin International Campus of Nanjing University

is located in the southwest of Baixiang District, east of

Jiuxiang River in Xianlin New Urban Area, Nanjing, Jiangsu

Province. The campus has a planned land area of 4,910 mu

and a total construction area of about 1.2 million square

meters. The rest of the integral bathrooms is all adopted dry

construction and assembly-based installation, which saves

a lot of labor costs for the project and shortens the

construction period.

南京大学苏州科技城校区

Nanjing University Suzhou Campus

南京大学苏州校区占地面积约133万平方米，建筑面积约100万

平方米，校区建设将坚持智能化、生命化、集约化、人文化、现

Dushu Lake Higher Education

苏州独墅湖高教区位于苏州城东独墅湖畔，规划总面积约11平方

公里，规划总人口约20万人，至2015年，已拥有24所入驻院

校，是江苏省苏州市发展高等教育，大力培养创新人才，增强城

市综合竞争力的重要建设项目。学校关注每一位学生的身心教

育，成长环境，不断对学校进行优化，学生公寓采用多个型号的

Suzhou Dushu Lake Higher Education Zone is located on

planned total area of about 11 square kilometers and a

2015, it has had 24 settled universities. It is an important

Zhengzhou University Talent Apartment

为引进高层次人才，郑州大学投资8.5亿建设人才公寓，总用地

用房等，其中示范建筑为新建高层装配式人才楼共计12栋。公寓

实行统一装修，成品交房，让高层次人才实现拎包入住。科逸为

Chengdu Geely University

成都吉利学院办学用地2000亩，规划总建筑面积120万平方米。

按照百年高校的建设目标，秉承人与建筑、自然和谐共生的理

念，以规划建设中国智造的创梦校园的先进理念，建设现代化、

国际化、生态化的智美校园。成都吉利学院二期宿舍新建项目均

采用科逸整体浴室，为校舍建设提供了极其便利、高效、安全、

可靠的一体化实施方案。

Development Group Co., Ltd. and Guangxi University for

Jinan Licheng No. 2 Middle School Caishi Campus

济南历城二中彩石校区总投资9亿余元，占地面积145亩，建筑

厅、学生活动中心等设施。校区学生公寓、教师公寓均采用科逸

Xi'an Weiyang nine road security housing

渭阳九路保障性租赁住房项目位于高陵区昭慧西路以东，渭阳九

路以南，杏王村以西，规划路以北。总建筑面积约9.88万平方米

，6栋住宅、3栋公建配套，建设租赁住房1280套。高装配率是

该项目的一大特色，项目总体装配率高达46.6%。该项目均采用
