（一）简介

海上丝绸之路国际艺术节（简称“海艺节”）是贯彻落实共建“一带一路”倡议，

以“海上丝绸之路”为主题的国家级综合性国际艺术节，由文化和旅游部、福建省人

民政府联合主办，福建省文化和旅游厅、泉州市人民政府承办，每两年举办一届，永

久落户泉州。2014年迄今，已成功举办了四届，有60多个国家和地区、众多国际组

织和外国官员、专家学者、艺术界人士、国际友人等参与，成为海丝沿线国家和地区

开展文化交流合作、增进民心相通、传承弘扬“丝路精神”的重要平台。

第五届海上丝绸之路国际艺术节于2023年12月8日至13日在泉州举办。本

届海艺节贯彻落实习近平文化思想，围绕“多元文明，美美与共”主题，包括“共情之

美”“天籁之美”“匠心之美”“和合之美”“炫光之美”五大主题板块12项活动，融合

美艺、美音、美展、美舞、美作等，有43个国家和地区、52个文化团体,1500多名艺术

家、专家学者、国际友人和媒体记者等莅临泉州参加活动，呈现中外文明交流、多元

文化汇聚、多国民众联欢的生动图景，努力打造成“交流的舞台”“艺术的盛会”“人

民的节日”，奏响新时代“文旅融合”的丝路乐章，让丝路精神深入人心、文明之美全

民共享。

（二）节徽

★标识说明:

1.标志主体取形于刺桐花，引申意指泉州市花刺桐花，又暗喻海上丝绸之路起点的泉州刺桐港。

2.五朵花瓣所构成的标志形态，犹如正在起舞的庆祝喜庆节日的传统舞蹈，又像一只飞翔的

鸽子，象征着和平友好。

3.五朵花瓣也象征着来自五湖四海的国际艺术家，以海上丝绸之路为纽带欢聚一堂，同时也

体现本届艺术节“展示、交流、合作、提升”的宗旨。

4.色彩设计由刺桐花和海洋的颜色融合而成。

（二）五星出东方“一带一路”国际美术大展

由中央广播电视总台、中国文化艺术发展促进会共同策划，中国美术家协会、中国国家画院、

中国艺术研究院、中央美术学院、清华大学美术学院等众多机构支持，集中展示国内外艺术大咖的

作品，以“一带一路”题材的创作交流为契机，展现泉州海丝文化的魅力，荟萃海丝沿线精品艺术，

实现全民共建共享，扩大城市影响力。

（一）开幕式文艺演出--大型情景音舞诗《万里海丝路·千年刺桐情》

本届开幕式文艺演出以《万里海丝路·千年刺桐情》为创作主题，邀请海丝沿线国家和地区的

艺术家共同参与演出，将多元文化充分融合，在展现泉州烟火之美、戏曲之美、匠心之美、精神之美

的同时，充分体现万里海丝路历久弥新，海丝沿岸国家始终文化互联互通、共建共享共融。

节目的演出手法采用“即时即景，千年对话”“。时”为刺桐港到今天泉州的时空之旅“，景”为

泉州22个世界遗产点地标。由中央广播电视总台主持人任鲁豫以现代旅行者的身份在世遗之

景与泉州中外名人穿越对话，表达出“泉州往世界，世界来泉州”的紧密关系。

（四）第十四届泉州国际南音大会唱

泉州国际南音大会唱是世界各地闽籍华人

及港澳台同胞连结乡谊的盛会，是海内外南音

弦友的艺术盛宴，自 1981 年以来，已成功举办

了十三届。南音作为世界级的非物质文化遗

产，越来越被世人所关注与喜爱，举行国际南音

大会唱是对这一珍贵遗产“活态保护”的重要内

容，也是缔约国对遗产保护公约做出承诺的一

个实质性保护举措。

（三）“海上丝绸之路”国际艺术发展研讨会

研讨会搭建全球艺术对话交流平

台，围绕“大道之行·和合共生”主题和

“海上丝绸之路文化艺术的历代传承与

当代表达”“海上丝绸之路人文发展与

自然平衡的可持续发展”“文旅融合中

的艺术赋能与价值体现”进行研讨和对

话，研究如何通过当代艺术项目和活动

来提升泉州的城市形象，为提高泉州的

国际知名度和吸引力建言献策。

（五）“文都10年”中日韩三国文艺汇演

2013年9月泉州与日本横滨、韩国光州

共同当选首个东亚文化之都。10年来，泉州

与横滨、光州2市通过线上线下不间断地开展

包括音乐、舞蹈、书法、绘画等不同形式的艺

术互鉴交流，凝聚民心、增强了解。值此“东

亚文化之都”10周年之际，以文化为桥梁，进

一步增强中日韩民众特别是青少年群体对多

元文化的集体认同感和归属感。

（六）丝路拾珍——第三届海上

丝绸之路非物质文化遗产展

海丝非遗展以“千年丝路，璀璨非遗”

为主题，秉承“和平、和谐、合作、共享”的

策展理念，集中呈现“海上丝绸之路”沿线

国家和地区的代表性非遗作品、国内丝绸

之路和海上丝绸之路沿线省和福建省代

表性非遗项目。通过各国多样性文化的

同台展示，不同文明、不同民族、不同宗教

汇聚交融，共同见证人类文明世代延续，

薪火相传。

（七）“千年雕艺 海丝情缘”

雕艺精品展

“千年雕艺 海丝情缘”雕艺精品展将于12

月12日至31日在泉州台商投资区雕艺馆举

办。展览以“海丝”雕艺为主线，集中展示泉州

及台湾等地的木雕、漆线雕、石雕、玉雕等雕艺

精品。作品取材多样，匠心独运，充分展示出雕

刻艺术文化的深广内涵与技巧，进一步传承弘

扬中国工艺美术传统文化，以传统的声音和现

代的语言讲好泉州的文化故事，呈现泉州雕艺

文化产业的辉煌，扩大泉州工艺美术的知名度

和影响力。

（八）第七届中国泉州国际木偶展演

展演以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，秉承“展示、交流、合作、共享”的理念，深

化国际木偶艺术交流合作。邀请了境外国际木偶联会嘉宾与相关国家中心负责人及境外木偶表

演团队12个、国内木偶表演团队24个，将深入剧场、村镇、学校、社区等基层一线表演，充分发挥海

上丝绸之路国际艺术节的品牌效应。

（十二）第五届海丝泉州古城

徒步穿越活动

2023 第五届海丝泉州古城徒步穿越活动于

12月16日举行，邀请徒步爱好者共赴“古城文化

狂欢节”。

经过历届的成功运营“，古城徒步”逐步成为

泉州古城对外高知名度和美誉度的活动之一。今

年，将围绕“世遗”和“海丝”两大主线，通过四条徒

步线路串联世遗点位，让徒步参与者在徒步过程

中了解世遗泉州深厚的历史文化底蕴，感知古城

街巷文化，探寻海丝之美，借此推动全民健身运

动，助力城市品牌宣传，向全国乃至全球讲好“泉

州故事”。

（九）第三届福建省

街头文化艺术展演

本次活动作为第五届海上丝绸之路国

际艺术节子活动之一，结合献礼中山路百年

华诞及国际街舞邀请展演等活动，融合颁奖

仪式和街头文化艺术优秀节目现场展演为

一体，全面展现近年来我省街头文化艺术发

展成果，打响“海丝起点 清新福建”品牌。

（十）泉州与斯里兰卡

海上丝路友好关系图片展

泉州市和斯里兰卡交往历史悠久，今

年是共建“一带一路”倡议提出 10 周年，作

为 21 世纪海上丝绸之路先行区，为进一步

传播海上丝绸之路的友好故事，展示泉州

与斯里兰卡源远流长的友好关系，在省级

文保单位——锡兰侨民故居常设“泉州与

斯 里 兰 卡 海 上 丝 绸 之 路 友 好 关 系 图 片

展 ”。有“ 泉斯关系 源远流长 ”“ 共建丝

路 成果丰硕”“友城之花 绽放丝路”“民间

大使 友好交流”四个部分。

（十一）“我爱泉州”

世遗之城创意传播品牌发布

2023年，泉州申遗成功两周年。泉州市文化

广电和旅游局与澎湃新闻联合发起面向全球征集

2023 年“我爱泉州”世遗之城创意品牌征集评选

活动。专题包含活动征集和世遗之城、烟火之城、

国潮之城、奋斗之城等宣传。活动总曝光量达近

1 亿。这些宣传渠道覆盖了线上线下，既有广度

又有深度，有效地提高了活动的知名度和影响力。

本届海艺节采取身份注册卡配合通行区域的模式，进出相应的活动现场管控区域。身份注册

卡是持证人员参加活动相关项目的唯一身份凭证，通行区域是相关场所的准入凭证。身份注册卡

包括贵宾证、嘉宾证、总指挥证、副总指挥证、指挥证、工作证、安保证、记者证、志愿者证、演出证、

临时通行证等11种；通行区域包括全通、开幕式文艺晚会、国际美术大展、国际艺术发展研讨会、

非物质文化遗产展、系列活动；车辆证件包括车辆通行证A（红证）、B（蓝证）、C（紫证）、D（橙证）、E

（深蓝证）、（F 绿证）和保障车证G（棕证）。

福建省泉州市位于东经117.34度至119.05度之间，时区属于东八区（UTC/GMT+08:00），比

世界协调时间(UTC)/格林威治时间(GMT)快8小时。

泉州使用的是中国标准电压220V，频率50Hz。本地通用电源插头为国标插头，主要特征是三

泉州地处东南沿海，是福建三大中心城市之一。吴永安三年（260年）始置建安郡东

安县，唐久视元年（700年）迁至今中心城区，现辖鲤城、丰泽、洛江、泉港四个区，石狮、晋

江、南安三个市，惠安、安溪、永春、德化、金门（待统一）五个县和泉州经济技术开发区、泉

州台商投资区，土地和海域面积均为 1.1 万平方公里，常住人口 888 万，泉籍华侨华人

950多万、占全国近1/6、全省近2/3，台湾汉族同胞约44.8%、900万人祖籍泉州。现有

200多万异地泉商遍布全国，是21世纪海上丝绸之路先行区和战略支点城市，海陆丝绸

之路城市联盟工商理事会秘书处落户泉州，与海丝沿线国家地区贸易额近1400亿元、占

全市贸易总额一半。

泉州是一座“世遗之城”。入选首批国家历史文化名城、首个世界多元文化展示中心、

首届东亚文化之都，是唐朝中国对外四大口岸之一“。泉州：宋元中国的世界海洋商贸中心”

列入《世界遗产名录》，各级文物保护单位945处（国家级44处），拥有世界级“非遗”名录项

目6个，国家级“非遗”名录项目36个，是全国唯一拥有联合国教科文组织全部三大类别非

遗名录的城市，是国家级闽南文化生态保护区的核心区，南音被誉为中国音乐的活化石。

泉州是一座“奋斗之城”。素有“敢为人先、爱拼敢赢”的精神特质，在改革开放的宏

伟实践中形成“晋江经验”，被列为全国18个改革开放典型地区之一。拥有2.6万亿工业

大盘和纺织服装、鞋业、建材家居、石油化工、机械装备、食品饮料、工艺制品、电子信息、

纸业印刷等 9 大千亿产业集群，民营经济呈现“七八九九九”特征，2022 年 GDP1.21 万

亿、居全国城市第19位。

泉州是一座“国潮之城”。有效注册商标75万件、马德里商标1300多件、驰名商标

159件，数量均居国内城市前列，晋江运动鞋、石狮服装、南安卫浴、惠安石雕、安溪铁观

I. Introduction to the Arts Festival

As an important measure to implement the Belt and Road Initiative, the Maritime Silk Road

International Arts Festival (abbreviated as \"the Festival\") is a state-level comprehensive international

arts festival with the theme of \"Maritime Silk Road.\" Jointly hosted by the Ministry of Culture and

Tourism of the People’s Republic of China and Fujian Provincial People’s Government and organized

by Fujian Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and Quanzhou Municipal People’s

Government, the Festival is held once every two years and is permanently located in Quanzhou. Since

its inception in 2014, the Festival has been successfully held four times, attracting representatives of

international organizations, foreign officials, experts and scholars, artists, and friends from over 60

countries and regions. Now it serves as an important platform for countries and regions along the

Maritime Silk Road to engage in cultural exchanges and cooperation, foster people-to- people bonds,

and carry on the Silk Road Spirit.

The 5th Maritime Silk Road International Art Festival will be held in Quanzhou from December

8th to 13th, 2023. Guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping's ideology on culture, this Festival, with

\"Diversity and Beauty of Civilizations\" as its theme, covers 5 major categories with 12 activities, i.e.

\"Beauty of Empathy\" \"Beauty of Heavenly Melodies\" \"Beauty of Craftsmanship\" \"Beauty of

Harmony\" and \"Beauty of Brilliance\", which integrate various art forms, including fine arts, music,

exhibitions, dance, and artistic works. Altogether 52 cultural groups and over 1,500 artists, experts,

scholars, international friends, and media reporters from 43 countries and regions will gather in

Quanzhou to participate the Festival, thus presenting a vibrant scene of cultural exchanges between

China and other countries, a convergence of diverse cultures, and a joyous celebration of people from

different nations. The Festival strives to create a \"platform for communication,\" a \"grand event of art,\"

and a \"festival for the people\". It will demonstrate the full integration of culture and tourism on the

Maritime Silk Road in the new era, so that the Silk Road Spirit will be deeply rooted in people’s hearts

and the beauty of civilizations will be shared by all.

(ii) Festival Emblem

★Logo Description:

1. The logo takes the shape of Zayton flower (Erythrina flower), the city flower of Quanzhou,

which also refers to the Zayton Port of ancient Quanzhou — a starting point of the ancient Maritime

Silk Road.

2. The form of five petals resembles a dancing figure in traditional festive dances as well as a

flying dove, a symbol of peace and friendship.

3. The five petals also symbolize international artists from all corners of the world, connected

together by Maritime Silk Road, which embodies the spirits of the Festival--“Exhibition, Exchange,

Cooperation and Promotion”.

(I) Art Performance at the Opening Ceremony: A Large Scene-Based

Poetry Recitation and Dancing \"Ten Thousand Miles of Maritime Silk

Road, Thousand Years of Love for Quanzhou\"

The opening ceremony performance of this Festifval is themed by \"Ten Thousand Miles of

Maritime Silk Road, Thousand Years of Love for Quanzhou.\" It features artists from countries and

regions along the Maritime Silk Road, integrating diverse cultures. While demonstrating Quanzhou's

essence of down-to- earth business activities, operas, craftsmanship, and spirit, the event also reflects

the unfading purpose of the Maritime Silk Road as well as the cultural interconnection and shared

prosperity among the countries and regions along the Maritime Silk Road.

The show will be based on \"instant scenes and dialogues across time and space.\" \"Instant scenes\"

refer to the historical trajectory of Citong Port and Quanzhou as well as the 22 world heritage sites in

Quanzhou. Ren Luyu, an esteemed host of CCTV, will traverse world heritage sites and have dialogues

with Chinese or foreign celebrities in Quanzhou to voice the close bond between Quanzhou and the world.

(II) Rising Star from the East

\"Belt and Road\" International Art Exhibition

The event, jointly planned by CCTV and China National Society for the Promotion of Arts and

Culture, and supported by many organizations such as China Artists Association, China National

Academy of Painting, China National Academy of Art, Central Academy of Fine Arts, Academy of Arts

& Design of Tsinghua University, aims to showcase the exceptional works of both domestic and

international art masters. With a primary focus on the creation and exchange of works around the theme

of \"Belt and Road,\" this event presents

an excellent opportunity to exhibit

International Symposium on Artistic Development

As a global artistic dialogue and communication platform, this symposium will accommodate

discussions and dialogues around topics such as the \"Great Way of Harmony and Coexistence,\" the

\"Historical Heritage and Contemporary Expression of Culture and Art on the Maritime Silk Road,\" the

\"Sustainable Development of the Maritime Silk Road

in the Balance Between Humanities and Nature,\" and

the \"Artistic Empowerment and Value Embodiment in

the Integration of Culture and Tourism.\" Additionally,

the symposium will witness discussions on ways to

enhance the city image of Quanzhou through

contemporary art projects and activities, offering

valuable advice and suggestions to increase the city's

international popularity and attractiveness.

(IV) The 14th Quanzhou International Nanyin Symposium

The Quanzhou International Nanyin Symposium is a fellowship gala for Fujian- native overseas

Chinese and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, as well as a feast of art for Nanyin

enthusiasts at home and abroad. It has been successfully held for 13 sessions since 1981. As a worldclass intangible cultural heritage, Nanyin is gaining

increasing popularity worldwide. The Quanzhou

International Nanyin Symposium plays a crucial

role in protecting this precious cultural heritage and

serves as a tangible effort to safeguard and preserve

this heritage as mandated by the State Parties under

the Convention Concerning the Protection of World

Cultural and Natural Heritage.

(V) \"A Decade of Cultural Capital\"

China-Japan-South Korea Cultural Exhibition

In September 2013, Quanzhou was elected as one of the Cultural Capital of East Asia alongside

Yokohama, Japan, and Gwangju, South Korea. For the past decade, Quanzhou, Yokohama, and

Gwangju have taken measures to strengthen the

civil bond and deepen mutual understanding by

fostering a vibrant exchange of arts in various

forms, such as music, dance, calligraphy, and

painting, both online and offline. As we celebrate

the 10th anniversary of the \"Cultural Capital of

East Asia,\" by using culture as a carrier, we

aspire to further strengthen the collective identity

and sense of belonging towards multiculturalism

among the people of China, Japan, and Korea,

particularly the younger generation.

(VI) Gems on the Maritime Silk Road:

The 3rd Maritime Silk Road

Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition

Around the theme of \"Brilliant Intangible

Heritage on the Thousand-Year Maritime Silk Road\"

and adhering to the exhibition concept of \"Peace,

Harmony, Cooperation, and Sharing,\" this exhibition

aims to showcase the remarkable intangible heritage

works from countries and regions along the

Maritime Silk Road. Additionally, it highlights the

representative intangible heritage projects from

provinces along the domestic part of the Silk Road

and the Maritime Silk Road, including those from

Fujian Province. By bringing together diverse

cultures from various countries onto a single stage,

this exhibition serves as a platform where different

civilizations, ethnic groups, and religions converge

and mingle. Together, they witness the enduring

legacy of human civilization passed down from

generation to generation.

(VII) The \"Maritime Silk

Road\" Carving Art Exhibition

The Carving Art Exhibition will be

held from December 12 to 31 at the Carving

Art Museum of Quanzhou Taiwanese

Investment Zone. Primarily focusing on

\"Maritime Silk Road\" carving art, this

exhibition mainly exhibits wood carving,

lacquer line carving, stone carving, jade

carving masterpieces, etc. of Quanzhou and

Taiwan. These works, diverse in materials

and uniquely crafted, fully demonstrate the

profound connotations and skills of carving

art and culture. They further inherit and

promote the traditional culture of Chinese

arts and crafts. By telling Quanzhou's

cultural stories through traditional voices

and modern language, the exhibition

showcases the brilliance of Quanzhou's

carving arts culture industry, thereby

enhancing the renown and influence of

Quanzhou's arts and crafts.

(VIII) The 7th China Quanzhou International Puppet Show

Guided by Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the Show

upholds the concept of \"display, exchange, cooperation, and sharing\" to deepen the international exchange

and cooperation of puppetry art. Guests from UNIMA, along with the heads of relevant national centers, 12

overseas puppet performance troupes, and 24 domestic puppet performance teams will be invited to

perform in theaters, villages, towns, schools, communities, and other frontline locations. This initiative will

fully leverage the brand influence of the Maritime Silk Road International Arts Festival.

As a part of the 5th Maritime Silk Road

International Arts Festival, this event aims to

fully demonstrate the street culture and arts

development in Fujian and promote the brand

Point of Maritime Silk Road\" by combining

the centennial birthday of Zhongshan Road,

the International Street Dance Show, the

awarding ceremony, and the outstanding live

show of street culture and art.

Maritime Silk Road Friendship

Photo Exhibition

Quanzhou and Sri Lanka have witnessed

a long history of exchanges. This year marks

the 10th anniversary of the co-establishment of

the \"Belt and Road\" initiative. As the pilot area

of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road,

Quanzhou aims to further spread the friendly

stories of the Maritime Silk Road and

showcases the enduring friendly relations with

Sri Lanka. The permanent Quanzhou- Sri

Lanka Maritime Silk Road Friendship Photo

Exhibition has been set in the Old Ceylonese

Diaspora Residence, a provincial cultural

heritage unit. The photo exhibition is divided

into four parts: Enduring Friendship between

Quanzhou and Sri Lanka, Fruitful Projects on

the Maritime Silk Road, Blooming Sisterhood

of Cities, and Folk Ambassador of Friendly

Exchanges.

(XI) Creative Communication Brand

Release Conference of City of World

Heritage for“I Love Quanzhou”

The year 2023 marks the second year following

Quanzhou's success in the application for world

intangible cultural heritage sites. This year, Quanzhou

Culture, Radio, Television, and Tourism Bureau worked

with The Paper to launch the \"I Love Quanzhou 2023\"

brand creativity collection and evaluation for this city

of world heritage. Activities include work solicitation

and publicity for the city of world heritage, the city of

bustle and hustle business, the city of Chinese style,

and the city of entrepreneurship. The total PV

amounted to nearly 100 million. With these online and

offline communication channels reaching far in both

breadth and depth, the reputation and influence of the

event were greatly enhanced.

(Ⅻ) The 5th Maritime Silk Road Quanzhou

Ancient City Trek Through Event

The 5th Maritime Silk Road QuanZhou Ancient

City Trek Through Event 2023 is scheduled for

December 16. Hiking enthusiasts are invited to join the

\"Ancient City Cultural Carnival Festival.\"

After a successful track record, the Ancient City

Trek Through Event has gradually emerged as one of the

most prominent activities in Quanzhou Ancient City,

gaining recognition and reputation worldwide. This year,

the focus will be on two main themes: \"World Heritage\"

and \" Maritime Silk Road.\" The event will have four

hiking routes to link up world heritage sites, giving

hikers a deep understanding of the rich historical and

cultural connotations in Quanzhou's heritage sites,

allowing them to experience the folklore of this ancient

city, and seek the thrill of the Maritime Silk Road.

Moreover, the event serves as a tool to promote

national fitness, boost the brand publicity of the city,

(vi) Documentation Services

In this Festival, visitors shall register their ID cards to have access to corresponding control areas.

A registered ID card is the only identity certificate for visitors to partake in events. Visitors are only

allowed to enter permitted areas. There are 11 kinds of registered ID cards, including the VIP card,

commander-in-chief card, deputy commander-in-chief card, commander card, work card, security card,

reporter card, volunteer card, performance card, and temporary pass. Permitted areas include all areas,

the opening performance, the International Art Exhibition, the International Symposium on Artistic

Development, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition, and serial activities. Vehicle passes include

A (red), B (blue), C (purple), D (orange), E (dark blue), F (green) and security vehicle pass G (brown).

For individuals who are required to enter the site of the event, the corresponding department shall

V. About Quanzhou

Located on the southeast coast of China, Quanzhou is one of the three central cities of Fujian. The

city was built in Dong'an County, Jian'an Prefecture in the third year (260 AD) of the Yong'an Reign in

the Wu Dynasty, and was relocated to the current downtown area in the first year (700 AD) of the Jiushi

Reign in the Tang Dynasty. The city now governs four districts (Licheng, Fengze, Luojiang, and

Quangang), three sub-cities (Shishi, Jinjiang, Nan'an), five counties (Hui'an, Anxi, Yongchun, Dehua,

and Jinmen (to be united)) as well as the Quanzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone

and the Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone. Covering a land and sea area of 11,000 square

kilometers, Quanzhou has a permanent population of 8,880,000 people. Moreover, it is home to more

than 9,500,000 overseas Chinese, accounting for nearly 1/6 of China's and 2/3 of Fujian's overseas

Chinese population. 44.8% of the population are Taiwanese compatriots of Han nationality, 9 million of

whom have an ancestral root in Quanzhou. It is a pilot area and strategic pivot city for the 21st century

Maritime Silk Road with more than 2 million Quanzhou- based businessmen spreading across China.

Being home to the Secretariat of the Business Council of the Maritime-Continental Silk Road Cities

Alliance, Quanzhou boasts RMB 140 billion of trade turnovers with countries and regions along the

Maritime Silk Road, representing half of the city's total trade turnover.

Quanzhou, known as a \"city of world cultural heritages,\" holds a prestigious position as one of the

first national historical and cultural cities. It is also recognized as the world's first multicultural

exhibition center, the first cultural city of East Asia, and one of the four major export ports in the Tang

Dynasty. With heritage of \"Quanzhou: Emporium of the World in Song- Yuan China\" incorporated in

the World Heritage List, Quanzhou now features 945 cultural relic protection sites of all levels

intangible cultural heritage sites. It is the only city in China that covers all the three categories of

intangible cultural heritages recognized by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural

Organization (UNESCO). Furthermore, Quanzhou serves as the core of the National Cultural and

Ecological Reserve of Minnan while Nanyin is considered a living fossil of China's music.

Quanzhou is a \"city of startups\" renowned for its spirit of \"daring to lead and fight.\" As one of the

18 exemplary regions for the Reform and Opening- Up Policy, it has developed the \"Jinjiang

Experience\" through its magnificent practice of the policy. Quanzhou boasts a large industrial market

worth RMB 2.6 trillion, covering nine one-hundred-billion-worth industrial clusters such as textile and

apparel, footwear, building materials and home furnishings, petrochemicals, machinery and equipment,

food and beverages, handicrafts, electronic information, and paper and printing. With a GDP of RMB

1.21 trillion in 2022, ranking 19th among cities nationwide, the private economy of Quanzhou exhibits

the \"seven-eight-nine-nine-nine\" characteristics, namely contributing to 70% of taxation, 80% of GDP,

90% of R&D input, 90% of urban employment, and 90% of enterprises.

Quanzhou is a \"city of Chinese brands,\" impressively known for its 750,000 effective registered

trademarks, more than 1,300 trademarks under the Madrid Protocol, and 159 well-known trademarks,

placing it at the forefront among domestic cities. Its exceptional products are widely known around the

world, such as Jinjiang sports shoes, Shishi garments, Nan'an sanitary ware, Hui'an stone carvings,

Anxi Tieguanyin, Dehua white porcelain, and Yongchun vinegar. The city has been honored as one of

Quanzhou is also known as a \"hustle and bustle city.\" As the core of the National Cultural and
