ACCOMMODATION preference

School room allocation is based on availability at the time we receive your deposit; all room types are allocated on a

first-come, first-served basis. Final allocation is confirmed shortly before the start of the term. Students under 18 years

of age are expected to live in CATS Cambridge accommodation if they are not living with their parents. If they wish to

live elsewhere, a written request must be submitted to the CATS Cambridge Principal for approval.

MEDICAL and WELFARE INFORMATION

We have a dedicated team of health care professionals within all our schools who are experienced in supporting

students with additional learning or mental health needs along with existing medical conditions. We can best provide

this level of support when notified well in advance and with collaboration between students, parents, and their care

providers at home.

• New students should arrive in their accommodation 48 hours prior to the start of their first term.

• CATS Cambridge closes during the Christmas holiday but remains open throughout other holiday periods.

Fees may apply if you wish to stay during these times.

• During half term, fees apply for all students who are aged under 16 on 1 September 2024.

• School policy is that all students aged under 18 are catered.

• Catered accommodation fees include breakfast, lunch and an evening meal on weekdays and brunch and supper at the weekend during term time.

• Day students or self-catered students will need to purchase any meals required.

• Students under 16 require an unaccompanied minor service and will incur an additional £75 fee.
