Hainan Changyu Law Firm founded in 1996. Looking back to the past of Changyu, it had been lurched in its

development for ten years since established. After set up the Party Branch of Hainan Changyu Law Firm in

2006, based on the principle of

emancipating the mind, working hard and perseveringly

, we led the deve

lopment of this law firm to the fast lane. Changyu has been awarded the honorary title of “Advanced Part

y Branch” for years by the higher-level Party Committee. The main leaders of the Ministry of Justice and t

he Commission for Political and Legal Affairs of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee visited our law firm

many times to investigate into and guide on the Party construction, and held on-site meetings to promote

our experience and practice. The honors, which are both a recognition of past achievement and an innate

drive that keeps us going, inspire us to forge ahead. In 2019, we upgraded our Party Branch to the General

任，率先将党建⼯作内容列⼊律所章程的律师事务所。⽬前，党员律师在⼀级合伙⼈中占⽐⾼达70％，确保了党

As a law firm with a strong sense of social responsibility, Changyu Law Firm has always attach

ed great importance to social responsibilities. Over the years, Changyu has been engaged in le

gal aid, social welfare, village legal adviser, petition duty, law popularization publicity, and tra

ining of young lawyers, etc. practicing the historical mission of legal workers.

律师在法律援助、社会公益、村居法律顾问、信访值班、普法宣传、⻘年律师培养等⽅⾯，践⾏着

2023年，昌宇所共计有40名律师担任⽩沙、临
